This place is okay for truckers but free parking fill up quick before 5pm. But quiet and okay if u want a quiet place to sleep for truckers.

The guy Brian had me to drive 50 miles for oil change and DOT inspection and when I arrived he informed me that I will be looking at 7 hours of a wait.Pls be honest with people and don’t think if you have me drive there I’ll agree to what you said.Honesty will bring you money and people.Don’t lie to people and wait for karma

I have been eating breakfast most mornings at this location for the better part of the past 5 years. There are several long-serving waitresses who are fantastic. Unfortunately, they recently hired a new waitress who is mean and rude. In my first interaction with her she overcharged me $5 for my regular breakfast. When I politely brought it to her attention, she accused me of trying to get a bigger discount. This was after I observed her getting into it with a professional truck driver whose order was incorrect. He had the gall to ask for it to be fixed, and her response was, What are you complaining about!?!I contacted TA corporate with my concerns, and I came into the store at 6 AM one morning to speak with the new site manager. He assured me he would address the issue. I left town for a week, and when I pulled into the parking lot there she was continuing to wait tables.So, thats the end of the story, I guess. I know its hard to get good people, but I estimate I spent about $5,000/year eating at this establishment. It was part of my morning routine. No more. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove down the road to a different restaurant. Its time for a new routine.

Clean restroom, ample car parking but small store with small selection of items. More if a truck stop with tuck service, drivers lounge, restaurant, and showers.

I am still stunned by how clean and hygienic this place is. We took showers from a camping trip and this place is amazing. The girl at the counter was super efficient and nice to us as well.

Poor management. My door was knocked every time I parking and sleeping in reservation parking spot, of course I did have preserved it. Never happened once in other truck stops.

I eat breakfast at the North Canton location all the time. Unfortunately, it has become so expensive I may just find somewhere else to start eating. My morning meal (3 eggs scrambled with cheese, hashbrowns, and chopped steak with a Diet Come) is now $16.05 after tax. Prices just went up for the second time in the past six months. What they need to do is to figure out how to fill these empty booths instead of jacking up the prices all the time.On a positive note, the serving staff at this location are outstanding.

Very bad serbian at the end after 16 h to change a tire, the staff gave a feeling of discomfort by retrucking his work tools as if to demonstrate that, I dont know why if only with disarming we couldnt, I would have looked for another site

Stopped to get air in tire. Young man heard a slow leak so we bought repair items needed from him and he repaired it on spot. He was such a pleasant and friendly young man in the truck service area. You don’t many employees like that in today’s world. We were back on road very quickly.

You must wear a mask for service. The menu in the restaurant is reduced due to covid. The pancakes were tasty and served very hot. The coffee was brewed perfectly and a small pot was left at the table for refills. Our waitress was attentive and our order was served promptly. Our bill was just under $25 for two of us.

Very clean store well stocked with a wide variety of products! Showers with supplies included in rate very reasonable. Even at 4am there was a huge selection of hot foods and light snacks!

I was stuck here and so I tried the restaurant..I had the soup and salad bar.The clam chowder was homemade.Partner had the fish. It was good.

Their shop is run very poorly. Very loud music, only one mechanic who walks around in a tank top binging on energy drinks and a crazy long wait to get anything done, assuming they can do it. This is the kind of place that makes you want to DIY

Food was good clean dining room friendly staff

Very dishonest mechanics. Brought my truck for a tire fix and I was told the tire had a hole on the corner and that I was impossible to fix therefore I needed a tire. I didnt trust the manager, I drove a few more miles and was able to find a place where they patched my tire without a problem...This picture show the actual hole and it was right on the middle therefore tire was fixable. Drivers please let us help each other and keep posting reviews about these type of practices. We have to look after each or these people are going to keep stealing from us O/O.

Was in for flat tire repair, mechanics are just busy talking and not worried about completing the job. Spent 2 and half hours on a flat tire repair.

Its kind of a small TA. Not a whole lot of truck parking. However, the place is clean. Pretty good restaurant too.

While standing in line, cashier reached past me to help the man behind me in line first. Not only did he have to violate social distancing but what was that? There were even two more cashiers just standing there. Charged me an extra day to park extended reserve parking but I didnt argue because I was desperate to get home to my sons wedding in Michigan. My company was already not getting me home. I didnt need the help. I had to leave my truck and rent a car. So it was a sexist, expensive and rude experience.

The ladies room was really clean and well stocked. When we had dinner, the servers clearly worked as a team. Our food came out very quickly, hot, fresh, and by another server when ours was busy. She didnt mind getting us extra napkins and our original server came back to check on us a few minutes after dinner was served. About halfway through the meal someone else refilled our drinks without even asking. She observed what we needed and brought it. Couldnt ask for better service, and the food was good!

Clean well stocked restrooms and a very friendly staff. We ask or little more than that...

This is a very SMALL TA. Parking is slim to none. I only got one because I got here right at 2:pm. Went inside to pay ($18.00!!!) and when I came out the last two open spaces were already filled!The Country Pride is closed, so there is no food until next month. Only choices are a bag of chips because there isnt anything around to get actual food.Wont come back unfortunately. :(

This TA has the BEST SALAD BAR & FOOD at any Country Pride ever!!! Fully stocked, clean, tidy, neat & many many choices; for healthy eaters, picky eaters, & hearty eaters!! I recommend this establishment for a nice meal that is served with kindness & goodness. :) The wait-staff is the best!! Our sweet waitress was very polite, & on-the-ball with everything we ordered. Its a big bonus when the food matches the pictures in the menue:)💯‼🥰👍

It had been several years since i last visited this TA. It was pretty run-down, dimly lit, and the restaurant was not good. Somebody has cleaned, rebuilt, re-energized the old place! I had a wonderful, tasty, and filling meal. The salad bar had been a disaster - It is now CLEAN, well tended, and somebody took care and (I hope) pride in how the whole salad bar and its servings appeared. A well-earned pat-on-back to all involved.

Spent my 34 hour restart here.... place was clean and organized, little small but that is ok. Did laundry at this facility and that also was well kept and neat. Along with the store services I had my oil change done in the shop here as well. Had almost an all lady crew working in there today. Was super impressed with the technicians working today (all ladies)but knew what they were doing and did great work.. Not so impressed with the service writer.

Stopped in last night for a soda and fella working register was super nice with a great personality! Came back this morning after loading down the road to a really nice young lady at register when I went to retrieve fuel receipt. Thats all it takes with us... didnt try the restaurant or showers but Im sure theyre good too.

Absolutely the dirtiest truck stop I’ve ever stepped foot in. I know us truck drivers may not be the cleanest people in the world but this place smells like a 1970’s drug den. Bathrooms are nasty and they have zero options for grab and go food. And what is there is hours old and taste like welfare and two packs of stale Newport’s in the rain.

Shower was very dirty... Restroom was horrible. Waitress was very rude. No dress code for the waitress like going in to a strip club.. This is not a place to bring your children to eat..

Food was good. But only warm. If it had been hot 4 stars.

Bad, mechanics keep too much time to do what ever, 8h to do my oil change and I have to get out, no oil change and I lose 8h, 👎👎👎👎Bad personal..!!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!This TA was the worst ever Ive been working on cars my entire life and have 5+ year working on class 8 trucks they ripped me off for 1700 dollars to do a 500 dollar job. I had no choice they had my truck in pieces dont ever use TA service for anything. I would rate even lower if possible!!! It also took 2 days to do the job they worked on for less than 4 hours I was around shop the entire time watching.

Tristin the Mechanic did a great job and was very helpful. One of the best Mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of fixing my truck. He definitely deserves a raise and is the reason why I would definitely be a repeat customer. Some of his coworkers could follow his example

Amber is an amazing server and fun. Excellent food choices. Love the chicken fried chicken here. We enjoy stopping here when we come up this way.

Spent a whole weekend there. Very dissatisfied. The workers were fantastic but the ace itself was just disappointing, no restaurant, no food what so ever.

Shop repair very good. No restaurant, they closed it.

Older TA but still serves it purpose. Store is clean. Nice selection of quick grab and go items if traveling. Hard to enter and exit. Tight parking area. Have used the scales numerous times. They are quick and professional. Easy access off the highway.

My wife and I had breakfast on Saturday, April 27th. Waitress was great and the food was very good. Nice pleasant atmosphere and clean. Was great to meet Kevin the manager in the dinning area. He and his staff couldn’t do enough to ensure a good dining experience. Hats off to you guys for a great place for drivers to eat.

This ta is smaller than the rest Ive been to. Shower faucet head - the water pressure is hard to control. My hair ends up wet when I didnt want it to. And this ta doesnt sell fresh cut fruit cups that normally go for 2 for five. the only restaurant there is a country pride. Its too expensive. Dennys have better deals for the same mealsHowever all of these things r tolerable. And the lot doesnt smell bad like some other truck stops Ive been to. And the restrooms r clean, decent and have a modern feel.I wouldnt mind visiting again if Im in Canton Ohio.So Ill give this ta 3 stars

Alright people dont wear masks the customers that is they have a feel of entitled or plain ignorant. On the plus they have DQ which is extremely slow but if your caught in a storm its not a bad place to wait and let it pass.

Shame on you TA for charging truck drivers to park in your lot! Arent you a TRUCK STOP? We are in the middle of a pandemic, your restaurant is closed and to make up for lost revenue you charge truckers to stop for rest? You should be charged a very hefty fine.

I wanted to give this TA a better rating but I cant. The restaurant was excellent, food and service. The shower, was not. My shower, #1, was not cleaned. When I walked in it appeared nice. I used the toilet to pee and it was stopped up. Went to take a shower and there was still a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower curtain rod. We as drivers pretty much call these truck stops our home. We eat, sleep, and take showers here. I already have a problem taking showers at truck stops but I do it everyday I am out here on the road whether it is free or I have to pay for it. But seeing this just made it that much harder because these two discrepancies were tell tell sign that these showers are not cleaned like they need to be. If I can help it, I wont be back to this TA.

The store had poor selection on drinks and food.Country pride restaurant service was great, the cook needs to stop arguing with manager in front of customers. Watched half my Togo order sit in window for 10 min asked if it was going to be hot with rest of order . Cook claimed it didnt sit there that long ....lie I seen it,eggs asked to be over easy lol set there so long the ended up hard. So in all we wont stop again at this TA

Had a amazing dinner and breakfast. Best country pride so far this trip. Our server Erica stayed on point and was very nice, the Saturday morning manager Shawna is awesome she keeps everyone laughing and in a good mood. Our morning server Tina was great. Will be back when we come through again.

This is my home truck stop. This is where I park my rig when Im coming home to see family. No, its not perfect. No, its not new. But the people are friendly if you act like a civil human being. The store is clean, as are the bathrooms. The shop is good enough for most stuff. Again, the service you receive will be reflected by the attitude you show. It definitely isnt my favorite place to land on the road. But its home, and I love these people :)

Had a tire blow out at 9pm. They were the only ones open with right size tires. When you are in a pinch they are great but make sure you have your check book there parts are 30-40% above average

Not many parking spaces. The C-store is a little small. The restaurant is a country pride with a pretty good soup and salad bar but no buffet. Theres a pretty big mall on the other side of the interstate with a Walmart, grocery store, movie theater and a bunch of good restaurants. Theres also a few fast food restaurants sprinkled around.

Just fine. Had the old Horseshoe Crew at dinner. 1 old guy talking all kinds of crazy stuff that had them all convinced that he was living in his own insane world. But when the one waitress was taken in and willing to give him a ride he came up with another obscure reason to change her mind.. That was when I was sure he was one of the best chain pullers that Ive ever experienced.

Got here early to grab a quick shower and go to sleep... A clean shower with great pressure helped me fall asleep real quick 💯💯💪🏿💪🏿

TA universally are worse everytime Im forced to stop at one I find they are dirtier and more expensive than loves. Like charging for wifi ? Dirty showers always disappointed.

This is a review on country pride. I wish I could post a picture of my steak. I get take out here 2 to 3 times a month for my lunch break. The food is always good and Ive never had a problem. I got steak today and didnt think to check my meal before leaving because Ive never had anything wrong with anything Ive tried. After I left and got to where I was taking my lunch I opened the box and the steak looked awful. I wish I could post a photo. It looked like it had been microwaved. There was no brown sear from a flat top and no grill marks from a grill ..there was nothing and it was extremely tough ..i called the manager to discuss the issue and he got an attitude with me and basically called me a liar that no way did this cooks food look the way I was describing and what did I expect him to do about it? He said well if you want to turn around and bring it back in you can discuss it with someone up front like what??! Youre the manager! He was like well there is no way our cooks food looked like what youre describing basically discrediting my complaint. Horrible customer service .. i wasnt asking for a refund.. I would have taken the food back uneaten with my receipt ..they could have offered to make it again OR make me something else. If you have that horrible of customer service skills why are you even a manager in a customer service related field? At this point im going to just throw this away. Why would I waste my time turning around and going back if this is the managers attitude? I have gotten steak here before and its never looked or tasted like this. But I am really unhappy with how this manager handled it more so than the poor quality of the meal!

I have been at this TA several times. Its has a Country Pride restaurant on one side and a Truck stop on the other with commodities associated with Professional Drivers. This location also has a Truck service center. Great coffee is always fresh.

Conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center, this TA staff was very courteous and helpful. Clean restrooms and hot showers. Country Pride restaurant also on site.

Staff were friendly and professional. I have been here a number of times and on this visit I bought a sale item but it didnt ring up as on sale. I showed the nice cashier girl where it was and it seems the sale had ended in Feb., but she honored the sale price due to old signage being left up. That was pretty awesome. I stop here just about everytime I am in N. Canton Ohio.Good restaurant here as well. Nice staff too.

$11.49 for a bowl of chili and a soft drink??? The bowl was hot and the food was cold, meaning microwaved. I am a truck driver, 36 years, and the attitude of large truckstop chains is profit over value. I dont mind paying for a meal, but I want my moneys worth. When I mentioned my concerns, I was told thats the portion you get. The contemp was very obvious.

Meals are pretty simpleI will give this one kudos because its not fast food orientedJust like most of the truckstops they have reserved parking for a feeWe fought for years not to pay, but with the new aged idiots that are out here now they taking in the cashIf you are gonna charge those that pay at least enforce your parking areasShowers are $14 without fuel, just several years ago $6 old towels and small showers

This TA has had its ups and downs for the last several years, but its always here, and always has a way of pulling you back in for more. Even the least of attentive employees are better than a lot of various truck stops around the nation. The only drawback I see, is the restaurant closes at night, but to remedy that, Burger King across the street does have drive thru service all night. If you arent a regular here, try it out... youll be glad for the experience in the long run.

The facility is nice and clean parking lot is very small for a t/a. And the paid parking is higher then other truck stops. For the future I will avoid this truck stop after 4pm.

One way in and one way out with few fuel pumps and a BUNCH of paid parking. The store itself was clean. Employees were friendly enough. Facilities were clean. Restaurant was good and Michelle did a great job.

5 hours here in the shop to fix one tire. I am only customer here. Two their guys left in the service truck, for emergency call. I am not emergency, becouse I am in the shop already. Still waiting.

If I can put minus 100 I will!!! :(((((((Probably This is the WORST truck service TA center. I send my brother there for an oil change only, witch is typically around $300 on Detroit s 60 with regular Delvac 15/40 + Lubrication . They calling me after they did it, because I was paying for it, and the guy is telling me $ 475 . He said that the mechanic replace the air filter and the cab filter . I asked him how come without my approval he said that that the mechanic saw that the filter is dirty . I personally replace it 4 months ago and I new that the filter was fine . They refuse to return the old one and my money :( The other thing they found was a broken s cam on the steer axle, but they said that they cant fix it that day and they didnt give me an estimate how much will be . The next Morning this guy calling me and telling me that he need 2 days to get this s-cam sent from the dealership and there only 3 s-cams left nationwide and he should put an order asap. That happens Sunday he said that they probably can get it done by Wednesday . The total $700 for an s-cam and labor . So I decide to look for an alternative way to work that out, and went to a local shop and they did a great job .

Great place to fuel up the truck and the boat. Lots of room to maneuver the boat around the pumps and parking lot had plenty of choices.
