Love our new doors, and service was great

I 1000% reccomend accurate doors! Being a local company and servicing their local area they were able to do a next day emergency fix for my family and I. Spring broke and our garage door wouldnt work. Their competitors were at a week wait for the fix and they were at our house at 9:30 a.m. thank you Torey for a professional fix and excellent customer service.

Accurate Door Systems promptly sent someone to fix my garage on one of the coldest days of the year. They were efficient and honest about what would need to be repaired and they gave me several options to best fix my garage. Belt wore down on my opener this morning. Called this afternoon and within an hour and a half they were at my house. After an 1.5 hours later my new opener was installed. Also, they put in two new sensors, an outdoor keypad, and programmed our car to open the door. Professional, clean, courteous people. An absolutely fantastic experience all around!

Dave came out and replaced a spring on one of our doors same day. The guys were fast, courteous and friendly. They also replaced a bad wire free of charge. Happy with the service and would recommend them.

This company installed two doors for us and we have constantly had problems with the door handles. They seem to think it is our job to contact the manufacturer and claim we didnt return the defective part once as the reason which is false. They obviously disposed of or missplaced the parts. We even offered to bring the part in for an exchange. I may have to file a small claims just on the principle of the issue. The lady answering the phone doesnt help matters with her mouth and rude attitude. This company does not stand behind the lifetime warranty. I plan to file a complaint this week with the better business bureau if the problem continues. This is an update as of 9/20/19 the warranty has not been honored. The manufacturer tells us that Accurate Door has the replacement parts but we get the run around when we call them and of course the owner refuses to return calls. A complaint with the Better Business Bureau is now in process and a small claims action will be filed if not resolved this month. I find the response humorous as they state under normal use we shouldn’t have problems with the parts like what do they think we are swinging from the doors. Very unprofessional company that I will never use or recommend.

Un- organized and unprofessional. Was told to takeoff the garage door spring and bring it in and they would have it done within a half an hour. Not enough respect to even call me back and tell me that they don’t have my parts.
