Great selection of food, great customer service. Clean store. Self checkout works great with no issue.

The store overall is beautiful and very clean. The departments are staffed with very helpful and checking out at the registers is very quick and efficient. My one complaint is finding store associates in the store to help with any questions

Great store. Great visit. The only thing is that the personal shoppers take up too much room. I get they are doing their jobs, but maybe the isles need to be spaced better to allow for large carts for large orders.

More overpriced than any other grocery in North Canton. And, while probably physically the biggest store, it somehow has less selection than Acme and Fishers. Also, rowdy college mutants from Walsh are a regular occurrence here.Between the high prices, poor selection, and less-than-pleasant customers, I see no reason why youd want to shop here.

Personally, I love the meals to go they offer. I usually get the 3 piece chicken combo with two sides. The brussel sprouts they serve are on another level to me. They serve two types though, a roasted type I think. Not the greatest in my opinion. Cheese potatoes are on point, The Mac and cheese is also Muy Bien!~I definitely recommend the sides. They also have fried chicken, baked chicken, and fried fish.The Sushi is good. Im no connoisseur, but I do enjoy the options they provide.As for the shopping experience though. Its grocery store. The usual experience albeit expensive at times.

This is my go to place to buy my groceries and fun stuff. They have cleaned up the store. Great wine selection, great beer selection, and if you want a cool cocktail while sitting under s tree for shade youll find what you want.

Great experience. Stopped for a couple items during a busy time. I checked out in a regular line, didnt have to wait long at all. Will stop again when I have more time with a bigger shopping list! (Solon location)

Average. Like most stores in the area, dies not have everything I need. Aisles are too crowded, some produce did not look fresh. Our area lacks in having good grocery stores. Its frustrating.

Parking is really bad here. The set up is literally setting up customers to get hit or run over. Considering the amount of elderly that go to this store, they may want to reconsider the set up of the parking lot. This is a good store though.

This store (the GE across from Walsh University) carries a remarkable selection and regularly offers TONS of affordable promotional deals, particularly for customers who are GE Rewards members.The Giant Eagle location in Washington Square has friendly, helpful staff members who are willing to provide actual customer service. The service at this store is SO MUCH BETTER that my wife and I are willing to drive considerably out of our way to shop at this store, rather than at the GE location thats literally 5 minutes from our home.I sincerely hope that others will reward the exceptional service at the Washington Square Giant Eagle with their patronage, as well. Kudos!

I’ve never had an issue with this supermarket. The staff is great and the Pharmacy is always well stocked! There’s always a fish smell in the air, but that can’t really be helped. Other than that, it’s awesome!!

The lady at self checkout on Dec 20th at around 4:30pm was so nice.

Two weeks in a row I returned home to find items I had purchased had not ended up in my cart, very infuriating!

They have just about everything you’re looking for, but prices are not competitive.

Google and store sign said closes at 11 on Saturday. Was not open 🤬. Then when you do curbside using EBT you have to go IN the store to checkout. Kinda defeats the purpose. Why?? Every other grocery pick up has the little doohickey to do it right at car, why dont you?

This store could be so much nicer if they werent constantly blocking every aisle with random cardboard displays! Its so hard to navigate through people, carts, displays and keep social distancing. Its so cluttered it looks junky!In addition, they dont clean their seafood counter often enough. The smell of bad fish takes your breath away (even with a mask on and the constant essential oils being diffused directly across the aisle)! I go to other Giant Eagles as well as Acmes in the area and none of them smell like this. Clean it up Washington Square!

This particular giant eagle has a great selection. Store is always clean and the staff is friendly. Seems to not get as backed up at the cash register either

We come here quite often and have never had a disappointing experience. This Giant Eagle is definitely my preferred location over a few other nearby ones. The staff had always been kind and helpful, and has been a lot of the same people over the past few years. So I would guess management is great as the staff are staying. Store is always clean, and if not then. someone is already on their way to fix it. Bakery is great and I’m always impressed by the ease of navigating the store even when busy. I will say that it would be wonderful if you considered replacing your current child/car carts. They are a BOAT to maneuver through the store and nearly impossible when it is busy. My kid knows that when we are at this store, she doesn’t get to “drive”, because mommy can’t handle it. Otherwise, love it here!

Always an excellent choice for shopping. They have an incredible selection of products that, in some cases, you literally cant buy anywhere else. Theyre always clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. Their staff are always friendly and very helpful.

The meat is the best. we get stuffed cabbage at the butchers counter, & they are delicious. Sales are good. Bakery is excellent. Fruit & veggies fresh. Paper products reasonable on sale. I shop there at least twice a month.

If you have a medical condition that does not allow you to wear a mask, DO NOT go here! They will not check you out if you don’t wear a mask, even if you tell them you can’t because of medical reasons. You then have the option to do the curbside pickup except you have to spend $35 or more for online orders! So if you have a medical condition but only need a few items, too bad you have to spend at least $35. Also, the wait time for curbside pickups is ridiculous.

Produce,deli,meat department are too notch. Little pricey even with rewards program. Nice state liquor store attached to expansive wine and beer area.

Giant eagle has great tasting meat. Good place to shop. Will not purchase taxables, can find better prices else where. They have a friendly group of employees who are very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The Giant Eagle at Washington Square is well stocked and produce is fresh and nicely displayed. Theres also a large wine and liquor department as well as a pharmacy. Lottery tickets are sold at Customer Service. The floral department is small. The staff is friendly. I enjoy shopping here.

This store at Washington Square is my home away from home. The associates are hard-working, yet friendly and attentive. Lots of special items in floral area, nice bakery, helpful deli and alcohol beverage associates. Way above other area grocery stores.

I only shop here when I have to. Prices are higher than many other local grocery stores. Giant eagle is a chain headquartered outside of our buckey state.

My friend bathwater drinker charles told me to go to Giant Eagle to get more bathwater. now as soon as i heard that there was A GIANT EAGLE i completely forgot about the bathwater. the biggest eagle i ever seen was like a foot tall. so i waddled my wittle way down and there was NO DARN EAGLE. charles is not only a bathwater drinker, but a LAIR too. instant 1 star.

Very good, clean grocery store with a huge selection of all kinds of groceries. From canned foods to frozen foods, produce (organic and regular), dairy, deli, bakery, Pharmacy and Flower Shop plus Prepared Hot Foods and meals ready to go. Only downfall is this place attracts a lot of people and is always busy, and for good reason too!

I just picked up some fried chicken in the deli and it was so dry it was not worth eating. This was the second time in a row the chicken was dry. They really need to pull the older chicken and only sell fresh chicken. Its very frustrating to plan a meal and get such poor quality food.

Their prices are a little high, but if you shop sales, you can get good deals. Also, their fried chicken is really good for a quick meal.

Not a great experience. Lots of employees standing around talking to one another in front of items, horrible self check out probs, and a lot of grumpy customers who were especially fun while almost hitting me and my family with their cars in the parking lot. Only nice thing was the man at the meat department who chatted with us.
