I always get the best of service because they treat you special from the time you walk in until you are finished. They go above and beyond with service, that lets me know I’m valued as a customer. I drive from Akron because of the service. There is a closer location but the personal service at the North Canton store is worth the drive. Keep up the great work guys!! Online shopping is convenient but I’m glad to still have quality local businesses open. I hope my business no matter how small will help keep them open. We lost so many small businesses during this pandemic I hope this one will continue to thrive.

We brought our Miele vacuum cleaner in for repair. The young employee originally said it was a faulty electrical cord and should only cost $75. After waiting a month for the part to come, they figured it wasnt the cord, and the repair would be $300. We reluctantly paid it and brought it home. When we used it the suction power was very low. We had bought a Shark unit from Sams for $275 thinking its time for a change. It worked great. I brought the Miele back hoping to get my money back. They then discovered they forgot to flip a switch to the high power suction. I took the vacuum cleaner back. Well return the Shark tonight. Lesson learned. I wont be returning back to Classic Vacuum ever. If you need a very good vacuum cleaner, dont buy a high priced Miele, buy a Shark.

Keep you Rug Doctor water tank clean and dry.One design fault of the Rug Doctor is that after multiple uses the fresh water tank has no visible way to measure how full it is - and more importantly - there is no drain spigot or plug to drain it. This tank is where you pour your rug cleaner. To drain, WORSE you have to take it outside - and tip it over - which is BAD for the ENVIRONMENT because of the caustic chemicals used in rug cleaners will wash untreated out onto your property or down the storm sewer out into the nearest river or lake.If you dont empty the fresh water tank it starts to go stale and a bit smelly after long periods.Elegant solution: 3 Foot Drain Hose - For $15.00 (price paid includes shipping) from Custom Vacuum and your bucket.It attaches to the back of the Rug Doctors quick release valve that is used for Tool attachments. Turn the machine on TOOL power on switch, and the fresh water tank empties out. On the first try, I was surprised how much water/cleaner mixture was emptied from the Rug Doctor. We had rarely emptied it thinking that the water tank was nearly empty - it was not. We disposed the stale water down our drain so it would flow through the regular (not storm) sewer system, which at the water treatment plant should handle soaps and other detergents that come from household and commercial kitchens.I think this is a great cheap elegant solution - and every Rug Doctor owner should have one. I hope Classic Vacuum has the patent on this!

Helped me get my vacuum back to 100%, even found a few issues I didnt know about that were effecting the performance and helped get those replaced as part of the warranty repair. Took some time to try 1 thing, order new parts, then repeat the process until we found the root cause, but Im very happy with the end result.
