Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Watch out! They charge different pricing for different clients. I am familiar with their towel service. One thing they like to do is double charge you for towels. If you normally need 375 towels per week but have a slow period and only use 200 per week they only deliver the 175 to bring you up to 375 for the week but charge you for 375 delivered. Then when you question the practice, they cancel you. Find another company to do business with.

I spoke with a supervisor to get a communication issue resolved. I am hopeful that it can be put to bed.

This Company was good for about 4 yrs then the last year got a different delivery person and its been one thing after another,they have ripped me off for hundreds of dollars, I hate this company
