Started well enough but ended very badly. I will not purchase another vehicle from these people. Ever. I bought a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider. The car was supposed to be thoroughly cleaned up and serviced before I left after the paperwork. Filthy. Low coolant levels, battery cells almost dry, windshield washer fluid almost dry. No owner’s manual when I was told it was in the car. One of the two remote controls was non operational. There’s more. I’ve requested the approximate date of the oil change… no response. None of this can be deemed unreasonable. Even a preowned car should be properly serviced upon delivery. Terrible customer service. Just a hard sell for the extended warranty!!! Even if you have to drive a little further.. do it and avoid this place.

Bought my 2021 Dodge Durango from Hendrick. I had the best buying experience of my life with Laurel Lowe. We stopped at a half dozen dealerships. We stopped in to look at Hendrick and out came the cutest, most honest and down to earth humans named Laurel. She wasnt pushy or aggressive. She took the time to listen to what i wanted and what i was looking for. The dealership didnt have it in stock. She didnt push me to settle or try to get me to buy something i would have surely had buyers remorse. She was patient and kind and she found my vehicle. It wasnt easy and it took some time but she found just what i was looking for . She has been following up with me for weeks as i am entirely technically challenged. She made sure everything was right and i was happy and taken care of long after the sale. If you want someone that cares more about you being happy than they do about making the sale go to Hendrick and ask for Laurel. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’m a couple months late to writing this- but better than never!My boyfriend and I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Compass back in August and we could not be happier! Wesley helped us out just over a year ago with the purchase of our Ram. He was so wonderful, we went right back to him when we wanted something for me! He has always been so friendly and helpful. From the initial test drive, all the way through financing and signing papers- everyone is so welcoming and happy. We won’t be going anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

This review is for the service department. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for today. My brand new 2021 vehicle has the check engine light on, there is a recall for the vehicle. When I made the appointment she said it wouldn’t take too long and I could wait at the dealer. When I arrived, I was never greeted, had to park and go inside to get help. The person at the desk asked if it was the hybrid. I told him yes. He rolled his eyes and said “oh well I hope you’re dropping it off because I doubt we have someone certified to work on that.” I asked about a loaner vehicle, which is supposed to come with my warranty. He laughed and said “well in a perfect world that would be nice, but we don’t have loaner vehicles”. I asked him how long it would take and he said he was only the middle man and couldn’t guarantee a time. Could be 3 hours, could be 8, could be days. How am I supposed to make plans for an alternative vehicle if they can’t give you a time for repairs? I asked for my keys back and left. Will never be returning to this dealership.

I took my van here following an incident on the interstate and I couldnt be happier with the service. Dennis was awesome and everything was very timely. He also kept me up to date with constant communication.

Arrived at 0827 for at 0830 appointment (oil change & tire rotation for Jeep). Took nearly 20 minutes to get through the line to check in. Then told it would be 2-3 hours for routine maintenance WITH an appointment. At no time in all of the reminders sent this week was there ever any mention of the wait times being this long. I also own a GMC and have never experienced anything like this with service at Baker.

What an awesome experience and excellent staff! Love my new truck. They made the purchase very easy. Difficult times to get a specific truck. Purchased it over the phone, they kept me apprised during shipping, and walked in and out rapidly as soon as it arrived. They kept ever promise and then some!

This was the last dealership of like 7 I had been to this day. I really wasn’t in the market for a Jeep but I’m so glad I bought it! I have had it for about a week and other than it drinking gas 😩 ( I’m used to my Altima lol) and that automatic stop, I LOVE IT!!! Napo Alvardo was my sales consultant and he was amazing!! I asked to see the inside. We test drove it. And I bought it! It did take a little longer to sign everything but Carson A. stepped in and help since the other guy was still with customers. The service technician was very thorough on my 20,000 mile check/up and found two functional problems under warranty that I didn’t know existed (radio screen started delaminating and hydraulic struts in rear hatch weren’t up to par). Customer waiting was perfect as I worked remotely while my Grand Cherokee was being serviced. James managed the process perfectly.

Got my jeep towed here bc it was having issues starting! Battery would die. My car sat there for 2 weeks! I didnt even get a loaner car atleast then i was told that everything was fine they blamed my car dying bc of an amplifier that i used to have wired up. I was told my battery was tested and alternator so I finally got my car back and i had to pay $150 for the diagnostic….. my car died again bc they didnt even fix anything… i took my car to another shop…. They ran a test told me i needed a new battery!!! Withing 3 hours my car was fixed and the warranty covered it all! Thats all it took a new battery. I just feel bad i payed $150 for no reason. Then again ive had my entertainment system changed 2 times and its still messing up so not even surprised by the service department.

SaDana Rivers was a great help. She went the extra mile to make sure i had great service for my oil change! Even followed up the next day when i wasn’t able to pick up my car. She was great.

I needed to have three of the original tires replaced and it seems like only the dealership had them is stock. I called on Friday to see if I can how early I can get an appointment, but Desnnis said if I brought it they would squeeze me in. I took my vehicle around 4:30pm and Friday so they can get to it on Saturday and by Friday at 6:00pm my car was ready. Of course I could not pick it up at that time because the shop was closing so I picked it up and the price was better than the other shops I had called around. It was a good thing the other shops did not have any in stock. Thank you Rick Hendricks for your timely work and Dennis for making everything happen.

Always have had great service, but this time was not up to par. Scheduled service over a week out, for oil change and to determine why my Sirius was no longer connecting - after my battery was changed out at home. Kept my car for three days, while I was off work, in the middle of a week. Had to pick up on Thursday afternoon since I worked the next day. They did not have enough technicians to look at my radio problem and DIDN’T EVEN TAKE IT INTO THE SHOP TO CHANGE THE OIL. I was told they were short handed. I have not returned. I WILL return, because I have bought an oil change package, but I cannot be without my car for over three days just to get an oil change and then, not even have my car touched. Would have had different expectations if I had just walked in and I expected services to be rendered.

Very professional when dropping off my truck for a tire change.Updated review: from 5 star to 1 star. I had new tires installed on my Ram Rebel. Customer service was great but the quality of work was poor. Even though they said they balanced the tires they did not. Either they lied or the mechanic needs to be retrained. Had my truck back in to realign the tires. They said it was unbalanced and it was fixed. Now it feels like I am driving over tiny speed bumps at every speed. I no longer trust the work here and will find a mechanic that knows what they are doing. Beware if you have alignments done here.

I had suspension issues on my truck and took it to Rick Hendrick Dodge Jeep Chrysler. James Marsicano in service diagnosed the issue and was very honest and up front with me. I knew what to expect after our conversation and went forward with fixing the entire front end suspension since everything was rusty and falling apart. James was very helpful and super knowledgeable and I appreciate that very much! I’d recommend bringing my truck to James with any car / truck issue you may have.

AwfulJust like other Hendrick dealerships where I had to take cars because of computer problems that local guys can’t fix. It was 4 days until they could take the car and they said they would do diagnostics that day but I didn’t hear from them 2 days after that so I called and they said they hoped they would get to it the next day. Three days later I called and they said they knew what the problem was but they needed a part. Three days later I called. Voicemail only.A day after that I got a very cheerful call telling me it was ready.I understand that somethings take time. No problemI suggest that you avoid all Hendrick service departments unless you have no other optionsI would give negative stars if I could

I wish I had the ability to give less than a star. There is nothing worse than knowing youre being scammed by a dealership And you have no choice but to do with them. After they replaced my replaced my tire telling me my old one was not repairable I called the tire manufacturer and went to Gerald tire and they were able to repair it when I asked the dealership to take their tire back they they said it would be damaged during the removal process so I would still have to pay for it.

I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area and while moving my daughter into college my truck had mechanical issues. Of course this was over the weekend when the Service Department was closed. Not knowing this dealership, I was very nervous leaving my truck for major repairs. They have a convenient drop box with envelopes for your keys and a place to provide your service request. This turned out to be the best experience! James kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. They provided me with a complete checkup of my truck, identifying things that needed attention that I didn’t ask them to review. A thorough, complete, and fair examination. And there was no pressure to get it all done. Their willingness to work with me, instead of pressuring me was amazing. How many dealerships do you know that want to partner with you and they knew I was an out of town customer that had the high potential to NOT be a repeat customer. I’m not saying it makes sense to drive 10 hours round trip for an oil change, but as long as my daughter is in the area and when I visit, I will plan to get my vehicles worked on here and nowhere else! The time estimate for when the work would be complete was beat by two days. Since when does that happen at a dealership service center? They obviously have a strong working relationship with the parts house, because my part was on back order! My daughter now has wheels again, thanks to the extremely professional team in this service department! They definitely have earned my business and trust! And if I can rely on them, being out of state, you can too! Good old fashioned customer service! Thanks James and team!!!

It is disappointing to report that service has deteriorated substantially since first reviewed. In all areas of the process there has been dismal failure. Yesterday for the third time our vehicle was returned to us with tires that had not had the air pressure checked after rotation, leaving us with a tire so low it would probably have blown out on the 50-mile drive home had we not checked it before departing the dealership. We are a bit weary of having to re-check the work of new technicians, paying for work not done on-time or properly, enduring lengthy check-ins and out, and especially lack of courtesy and follow through. Thank you to Rami who tried to make it right but due to poor management had no way to accomplish such.

I’ve had to bring my van in several times and always get great customer service. The last few times I’ve had James and he’s always very professional and I understand what’s going on with my van. If I need anything in the future, I’ll bring it there again.

Do not waste your time with Rick Hendrick serviceWe scheduled a 9am service for oil change and diesel filter replace. It took them 3h15m to perform this simple task.They tell u what you want to hear and once they hide your vehicle in the back you are lost on whats going on, this is the second time they got me. NEVER AGAIN.the first time I went there I waited half day for them to check transmission and I called to check on it they told me they have it in the shop being looked at, they lied I was sitting out back and my truck never moved. Nothing but liars.I would give negative 5 if I could

I am a Chevy guy but after window shopping Chevy and GMC, sadly I was let down. I hate to admit it, RAM has more options for the same money, if not less. They offer more packages in the Big Horn line than Chevy offers in their LTZ and Z71.

Glad I purchase the tire warranty protection! I got a nail in my tire so I brought it to Rick Hendrick Jeep on Rivers Ave. Logan took great care of my issue. Service was quick and when I got my car back she told me in detail with pictures that showed the tire needed replacing instead of just patching it. This is my wifes SUV which this explanation made me feel comfortable about her driving the vehicle without further tire problems! Thank you Logan and service staff.

I rarely leave reviews, but Dennis Davis in the Service Department deserves a MAJOR shout-out! I have had challenges at another location with a service issue on my Jeep for a long time, which has been frustrating at best. Dennis went above and beyond to resolve the issues, to make sure the correct parts were available, and had an appointment set up for me very quickly. Most importantly, he was kind and helpful the entire time. I live on Johns Island, but will happily make the trek - with traffic - to the North Charleston location in the future for any service/maintenance on my Jeep because of Dennis service! Super impressed!

I had an issue with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler and took it in for my first oil change. The issue was thought to have been resolved but it wasn’t. I had to make an appt with the main service area and had Roland as my agent. It was requested as a “drop off” and I was told it could be around 12 that they may find out what was wrong. At 3, I still had not heard anything. I called at about 3:30-4. Roland was able to give me an update and that parts were needed to be ordered. The Jeep should be done toward end of week. I did not hear anything on Friday or Saturday so I called. Again Roland was forth coming explaining that the parts did not arrive until Friday and they were unable to get to the Jeep until Monday. Again no update on Monday or Tuesday, so I called Tuesday and the work had not been completed or even started. I asked about a loaner car and was told they did not have any. I tried to contact the Service manager, Aaron and was told he was in a meeting. Roland continued to be up front and honest with me about my Jeep but my confidence was lost in the service department when the service manager never called to speak to me about the issues. Until I contacted someone on the online chat, Aaron was not able to solve the issues and had poor customer service. This is my first Jeep and I am very disappointed in the dealership and feel like there should be more education on customer service. My Jeep repairs were not complete until 3 on Friday 7/23. Roland was the most helpful and honest about the service and issues out of his control. The rest of service department seemed unable to handle the repairs and have any customer service.

From them not being able to find my car for an entire day to “losing” the keys these guys could not be more clueless. Aaron who was the manager “helping” me out was a complete train reck. He basically lied to my face saying that he looked for the car and it wasn’t on the lot, then said that he found it right where I told him it was later that day. We then asked if it was still able to get serviced he said I don’t know your advisor will reach out really soon. No one called for 3 hrs so I called them again and they still couldn’t give me a straight answer. Then they couldn’t find the keys so we drove all the away out there for them to inform us that they just found the keys and that one of the associates had them the entire time. Wow. I don’t think customer service and the service department could have been any worse.

Service is great whichever location I choose, I had my scheduled oil maintenance last week an Marissa was Awesome❤️. !!! Came back to have my sliding door repaired and James was Awesome ❤️!!! I love your Uber service, doesn’t take long at all💕

Logan was an amazing advisor. She got my truck taken care of at the time of my appointment, and checked with me throughout the process. It was a shame that it took 3 attempts to get my oil changed. The first two were trying to use the FastLane without an appointment. Though it is not posted on their website, you have to have an appointment after 2pm. It appears the best way to get service is to schedule an appointment.

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had a great experience. I did end up having a small issue but they took care of it and the customer service was fantastic from the Used Car Sales to the Service Dept. I will note this is my 3rd vehicle purchased and I plan to continue to use them for all my car needs.

SaDana was very helpful and very nice when I came for my oil change. I would definitely recommend you ask for her when you go.
