After waiting in the longest line Ive ever enountered, at this facility, with her I used to frequent quite often, I asked the lady nodding off behind the counter if I could please get change for a $20 bill with four quarters to use the air pump. Without even looking she declared that she had no change for a 20, as I find it very difficult after watching several customers ahead of me pay with cash, and was witnessing a person steady nodding off if they were strung out on heroin. I got a pack of gum to which she refused to serve me because I was just trying to get change for a $20 bill . Her name was Christina and Ive never been so insulted and treated such disgrace and all of my life at a gas station wouldnt go back in there if they were the only one in the world who had water

Great staff! I had to preorder a few dozen donuts for an office event. When I called the day before to place the order I was greated kindly and ensured that my order would be ready. When I arrived in the morning my order was ready and the two ladies that helped me were wonderful. They were helpful and made sure to help me out to my car all with a smile and kindness. Good customer service is hard to find so even small acts should be recognized.

The large woman behind the counter named Melissa is rude and obnoxious. She made nasty remarks and has a foul mouth. She should be working in a place where she does not have to be seen or heard.

All of the cashiers are very thoughtful, friendly and make you feel welcome treat you like you are somebody not just another customer excellent service

Quick in and out great gas prices

Bad customer service, poor attitudes from employees. Ran out of donuts at 11am on a Saturday and over 30 min wait for new.

The chip reader wasn’t working and the attendant kept making me try it that way and my bank locked my account for “fraud”. Giant inconvenience to my day.

This place is the WORST ! There customer service is horrible !! You are never greeted when you walk in, they never ever get your order correct, there ice coffee is never fresh its kept in a pitcher !To to top it off one of the employees had the nerve to argue with me while he was fixing another customers drink I tried calling the districts office, left several messages no one never returned my call, its a wonder why the employees act the way they do !! Take my advice Starbucks is right down the street better quality drinks and service !!
