I gave mattress firm a call today after needing to get new mattresses delivered. I currently have a bad shoulder injury and when speaking with Glen letting him know briefly my case he was beyond respectful, curious and extremely helpful. I live about 8 blocks away and he said not to worry and to head on over as he’d assist getting the mattress on top of my forester to avoid a delivery fee for me. The moment we got there we probably spent if anything 5 mins. Him and his team were super fast. I’m so grateful for my experience and will recommend Glen and his team to anyone needing a mattress. This was our first time going to Mattress Dealzz, the salesman (Glen) was really nice and super helpful! What is usually a lengthy process only took 10-15 minutes. Our mattress is being delivered, so I dont have a review for that yet, but overall experience was awesome, would definitely go here again.

Guy who helped us was extremely rude and condescending, older white man in his late 40’s. Walked in and immediately got a harsh tone and it was very apparent he did not want us there and had no interest in helping us. Ended up buying at Mattress Firm, much better.

I had a great experience buying a mattress from this store. The sales team was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to buy, but returned after shopping around at several other stores because of the selection and great prices here. I was given a really great deal on an excellent mattress, and they even stored it for me for a couple months while I completed some renovations. I will be back in the future!

I have purchased 2 beds from Mattress Dealzz and am about to buy a third! I dont plan on ever shopping anywhere else for a bed. My first experience: I needed a queen bed delivered in 2 days. After maybe 15 minutes in the store my bed would be on its way, just in time for my last minute guest. I recommend them to everyone!

This was the first place we had been to that actually had a staff member greet us and help us find what we needed. We had just been to 3 other places and didnt get a glance from an associates at any of them. The guy that helped us was really nice, not pushy, didnt hover, was patient and really made our experience a good one. We made a purchase and I will make more purchases from there in the future. First thing, I am not sure why the reviewer Clayton said that their warranty is air tight. Our experience was the opposite. My wife and I bought a Mattress about 3 years ago at the Pleasant Grove store and have loved it. It was a very soft pillow top mattress and over the course of 3 years it started to wear a little in the spots that my wife and I usually sleep. We called Mattress Dealzz to see about our warranty. The next day one of the owners came to our house to check out the mattress. He gave us full credit for what we originally paid for the mattress and even said he would include new box springs for us. We selected a new mattress yesterday. I was very surprised with how easy it was to warranty our old mattress. They had us in their records so we did not have to even search for old receipts. The service in the store was great and their prices are great. I am super excited about our new mattress and I know that we will be taken care of if there are future concerns. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new mattress!

I told him what my budget was and he made a number of great suggestions. I ended up with a very comfortable mattress and so far am very pleased. Pablo was kind enough to help me load the mattress and box spring as well as secure it to the top of my car.I would definitely go back.

My experiences with Mattress Dealzz havent been the best.The mattresses Ive purchased have been nothing like the floor models and the staff seem to want to get you in and out as quickly as possible.Their warranty and satisfaction guarantee are virtually impossible to use and has left a bad taste in my mouth.

We stopped by just to see what they were offering and walked out with just what we were looking for. The price was great and the quality of the mattresses seam to be great as well. I thought it was a great value.The staff was great friendly knowledgeable and not pushy. I repeat not pushy and a very relaxed shopping environment. I was ready to purchase a mattress at Sams Club online and my wife convinced me to look around a little more. We went into mattress deals near our house and had a great experience. The employees told us they were not paid commission and were very helpful. They had mentioned that they will beat any competitors price by 10%. After hearing that I pulled up Sams Club and had them compare that mattress to one of their own. The mattress at Sams Club was 449$. I was able to purchase a king size 10 inch memory foam that was originally 699$ from mattress deals for 409$. Incredible deal!

We bought a mattress from Mattress Dealzz 3 years ago, a Stearns & Foster. We liked it at first, but woke up with back aches within a year of buying it. A sleep over at my sons house have our backs such relief, that we contacted Mattress Dealzz about the warranty. We were told that if the mattress had defects and we kept the warranty tag on the mattress, Stearns & Forster would warranty it. Our mattress had a serious lump in the middle and side. I sent pictures of the defects and mattress tag and the manager told me within a week he got the manufacturer to give us a full credit. Now we have a wonderful hybrid Stearns & Foster with an adjustable base and couldnt be happier with our mattress and Mattress Dealzz. They really helped us out. To top it off, they delivered the mattress, (and set it up) from Murray to Cedar City for only $150. I only will buy from these guys.

Went there to just check into a mattress because our friends had bought one a few weeks earlier. Cameron was the guy helping us and he was more then helpful and not pushy at all. We fell in love with the Paradise Plush bed and ended up purchasing that same day. Love it in our home and would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I almost skipped this place because of its name and how it looks from the outside but Im really happy that I didnt. I went in to just look at their prices and came out with a better mattress than I expected and for a better price than I expected. They will try to up sell you on mattress covers and extras, but thats to be expected and they werent too pushy about it. I have owned this mattress for about two years and it looks and feels just like the day I bought it.

I was so happy when I finally got my taxes back to be able to purchase from them. Their mattresses are a great deal/buy and they are high quality. Im very impressed with the service the girl that helped me. sat with me and talked with me while my boyfriend and their crew helped load the truck. they also provided tie to tie it down it was great I will defently recomend them. oh and their not pushy because they are paid hourly not commission. :)

Great service & good knowledge of their products

Pretty knowledgeable place about mattresses. Had quite a few employees working at the same time which is good it wasnt too busy though so maybe they were training new guys for the holiday season. They were friendly and in seemed to be in good moods.Biggest problem I found here is what one brand of mattresses calls a specific mattress for example a Sealy Heaven 3, would be named something totally different here I like a Sealy mountain top. There is absolutely no way to find out what the exact mattress is that you like and price compare. Mattress dealzz pretty much pushes their own brand which is understandable. But it doesnt matter if the owner and founder worked for RC Willey for number of years...
