My husband and I had an appointment for noon today, to look at cars. Caressa was the contact I had been conversing with since this past Saturday. I had asked many times about being approved for a car. I was reassured repeatedly I will have no issues getting one, I also told her what my max down payment is and what I can and will afford each month. No problem was the reply.I test drove two cars (Ford Fusion and Kia Optima) and I liked the Optima best.Enter the finance part...I was approved, with a $3,700 down payment...What???? Thats not what I was looking for. I make very good money, Im working on improving my credit.Ive never felt so disappointed, I hate being told one thing one day and an entirely different thing another day.Caressa did a fine job answering my texts last week, she was very pleasant, and she didnt mind my coming in earlier than my appointment time.I didnt appreciate being lied to, and I definitely didnt like the down payment needed. For that much, I can buy a car or any vehicle outright.

My experience was ok here. Jeff was your typical salesman nothing special. My only advice is keep your eye on your paperwork as your buying. The sales price of the car was 14800 and by the time paper hit the table it was 15800 and then by the time it was signed it was 16000. I feel i was taken advantage of. Jeff raised the price without me knowing and feel it was shady.
