Was told we had a deal but tried to close twice and scheduled two appointments to close but was then told the car was already sold.

What started off as a good experience has turned into a bad experience. I drove from out of state to purchase a car from this dealership. The car was in ok condition and ran fine but they didn’t have the title for the car and told me they would get it the following Monday, mail it over night it to me, and send me the tracking number once it was mailed off. It has been five weeks and I still do not have the title forMy vehicle. They have since stopped answering my calls, emails, and text messages whenever I ask about the title. Last time I spoke to the gentleman who sold me the vehicle he said he would have Juan call me about my title. That was two weeks ago and still haven’t received a phone call from anybody concerning my issue. I did however get a response when I told them I needed another temp tag. They were able to over night me another temp tag but my issue is not having the title to the vehicle that I purchased. As I said before what started as a great experience has turned into an issue. I could have purchased the same vehicle from another place and had my title in hand the moment I handed over the money. If they knew they didn’t have the title to the car they shouldn’t be advertising it to sell.Edit: It has been three months and I still don’t have the title to the vehicle that was purchased.

Salesman was helpful and polite. The vehicle I went to purchase wasnt available to be driven home since the windshield was crank and a few other issues with the vehicle. Plus the price increase astronomically after taxes was added to include documents fees of $150 and dealership fees of $250. Wow was lookingforward to a great experience but it didnt happen here. Not sure if its just because I was a women that they could over charge. Dont expect any negotiations at this place.

I would recommend this car lot to my friends, they were an easy group of people to deal with and not pushy like the other car lot i was at before i came to this one.

🚫 BAD PURCHASE EXPERIENCE‼ ️BUY A TROCA THATSupposedly I WAS IN GOOD CONDITIONS AND THE MONTH THE MOTOR WAS NO LONGER HELD AND TODAY I DONT HAVE AN ANSWER THEY DID GET THE PROBLEM, I DONT BELIEVE IT IS JUST TO TAKE ADVANTAGE AND SELL A DAMAGED CAR.
