Service is terrible (if you can even find someone). They never have cars inside, leaving you to walk around the parking lot to find one. Store is not particularly clean. And they never have thier shelves, including meat, stocked. Even pre covid. Find another place to shop.

Not a bad walmart. The area is apparently sketchy. Ive never had a problem. But then again, I dont hang around in the parking lot after dark longer than I need to. Store wise, its typical walmart.

After standing in like for 20 minutes at self checkout, i learned they were ALL only taking cards. I paid for what I could, then had to stand in another line for 30 minutes, backed up to the clothes, to pay for 3 items i didnt have enough on my card to pay for at self checkout.

Ive been a Walmart customer for a few decades now. Honestly, since Mr. Sam passed, Walmart is a different store now compared to what it was under his reign. Walmart under Mr. Sam was all about customer satisfaction. Todays Walmart is all about policy. Therefore, the staff there is more concerned about following policy than they are making the customer happy. So, I highly recommend downloading the Walmart app and doing everything possible with the app and keeping contact with staff to as minimal as possible. You will be much happier if you do. Policy is built into the app.

Well what gets me about Walmart, I go to the web and see if they have a certain item. When I get there nope they do not. About 45% I get a cart that has bad wheels. I was going to buy a vacuum cleaner that was listed they had it wrong! I will say this, I ordered it and I read that it would take around 10 days to get to my house and then later another store had it and it was delivered the same day. Very pleased with that. They got things I like then they do not carry it anymore. Over all I really rate it 4 stars.

They had only two lanes open to accept cash. It tool 30 minutes before we were able to check out. There were 10 to 15 more people waiting to pay for cash.

Clean store, alway busy and friendly

Walmart delivery is super convenient. The shoppers in the store take care in selecting and packing your items. Deliveries are stacked neatly on the porch or directly in my garage.

Lots of security look really nice the store was kind of being renovated but other than that not many people got through the line pretty quick

I needed additional house keys made.It was done without a hitch. Also, it was very reasonable.

The store wasnt very crowded. The checkout lines were long. The self check out was open and only 1 cashier available. I shopped in the garden section, but could not check out there. I had to carry everything to the other side of the store to check out. Some of the grocery aisles had big empty spots.

Best Wal Mart in the world, but loaded down with piggies. Probably someone stealing? Bah. I wouldnt know. I only go to smell the cleaning ladys hair ❤️

This place absolutely sucks. The deli is never open, the employees arent helpful, the produce isnt good(I have seen mold on many things there). You usually have to find a shopping cart in the parking lot, and I have yet to get into a register line that doesnt have at least 10 people already in line. Im surprised that with 18 lanes that could be manned, at 6:30 on a Saturday there are only 2 open registers. This place is trashy, if you could go anywhere else I would highly suggest that.

I both live & hate this store. I always go there because I know that they will have everything that I need. The problem is... you pick up everything that you didnt know that you needed until you saw it as well...

Do not go here in the evening. Just dont... very few places I will give 1 star to. If you like encountering people high on drugs nearly every isle with your family, go for it.. try to pick a good spot in the parking lot that doesnt leave your shoe bottoms covered in broken beer bottles and urine.Couple of other things that stood out to me: I saw carts everywhere filled with groceries but left there, no customer in sight - like someone went shopping and decided to leave?? But there were numerous carts like this. Secondly, there were an overabundance of self check out lanes that accepted cards only. Not a problem for me but... why?

Wanted to know if store carried Wrath of man and employee told me if I dont see it they dont have it. asked employee if they had a system she could check and she said no, didnt offer any customer service. when I get home home and check their website, I see where this item is available for pickup at this store. when I leave the store Im told to have a nice day by an employee addressing her cell phone. lots of signs saying store has been improved customer service. maybe employees need to read these signs

Pickup was super fast. Order was accurate. Pickup associate was friendly and polite. Great experience!

No shopping baskets for people in wheelchairs. Very narrow bathroom door that swing closed fast. If you in wheelchair grab a laundry basket, and do your shopping.

This is ridiculous that there’s only two registers open and there’s a lot of employees that are not being crosstrained

If I could leave no stars, I would. From the moment I parked, I realized that this lace was the armpit of Charleston. How do you not have trash cans available for your customers. None anywhere publicly. The parking lot is patrolled by security. The store has an officer at the door. Just catch a bad vibe all around. I would try to locate another store before shopping here.

I really like this Walmart Supercenter. It is very convenient to get to off of the interstate or rivers. It has everything you need to get by and is a really big store. They have plenty of self serve checkout lines so you can do it yourself and many times that is quicker. Very cool Walmart.

Could use more employees actively stocking in the floor.... It will help keep the store neat & madness it easier to find help from an associate instead of having to walk all the way to the front.

I have lived in the North Charleston area all my life and this Walmart every year just continues to decline, the management is horrible and there’s no order there. DO NOT order something from the photo center and pick it up, have it delivered because there is never anyone in the photo center and you’ll be waiting for 20 minutes. There’s so much more I could say but this store just needs some major rehabilitation

Make sure that youre well rested when you visit this location. They don’t have cashiers, shopping carts or hardly anything on the shelves.

No carts on the carts bay never never never. You dont believe me go there any day and youll spend 5 to 10 minutes finding a cart in the parking lot. Also shelves are empty. Employees using earbuds while working on stacking. Take my advice go to another Walmart. Avoid this one

Only place open after 10:00, went in for one simple item, that they were sold out of, place was a disorganized mess, tried to get an alternate item, noone would help me get it from behind glass case. I have purchases 5 bicycles in the last 3 months. 4 20 inch huffy boys rock it easy assemble 2 red and 2 blue for my grandsons 59.00 apiece with 3 year warranty. 1 3 wheel ladies pink bicycle for my wife. 1 blue bike left pedal fell off causing my grandsons to injure himself.i checked the availability of a replacement and located one at the 5900 rivers Ave store. I ordered the bike 30 july 2021. 59.00 was the cost. 31 July I finds the order 4822102-816179 was canceled. I looked for a replacement and found availability at the same store for 106.00. I called the store and as with other wakmarts I was on ignore. No one answered made no difference which department I tried to call.I am returning the bad bike for a replacement and wondering do I have to pay the 106.00 price

I went to Walmart and I shopped with ease. At the end of the shopping, I was very aggravated! It was a huge letdown to proceed to the checkout lanes and see there were minimal checkout lanes open! Its a Saturday, so to me, there shouldve been ALL lanes open! Again, I shopped with no complications, but, getting to the checkout lanes and there were so many closed caused much frustration!

We got this Coronavirus going on and this place has no soap in bathrooms and its nasty. Do better.

Finding the place and getting to the place in the store was the easy part. Getting some one to help to get the product was the hard part. I only went in for one thing and that was a light bulb for my headlight. It was under lock and key and there wasnt anyone to assist me. My son went to an associate to ask for help and they called for assistance which in turn had some one paged to come to assist us with the service we needed. After 20 minutes of waiting longer and still no one came to help, we just left. The auto dept. was very busy but so was every one else. They really need more help.

This is by far the worst Walmart in the Charleston area. This North Charleston Walmart on Rivers is absolutely pitiful. It lacks proper management and the customer service is hopeless. Its like your bothering them. Wow..I realize my business will not hurt their overall bottom line but theyve now lost business the last 2 times Ive visited.No one wants to provide assistance, especially in the sporting goods dept. Nothing ever stocked, pallets blocking aisles, no cashiers which causes huge long lines backed up at u scan. Rude, employees who are not helpful at all. Never any buggys inside either. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Dorchester Rd or Summerville.

It was ok. Couldnt find what I went after but got other things and was happy with my purchases. Went through self checkout so didnt interact with anyone. Today it was quick and easy.

Did you know, that you can get your customers out of the store faster during closing if you dont shutdown your self checkout registers so early? At least leave some open for card only.

Walmart is starting to not be my favorite place to shop. They are always out of so much of the usual stuff that its disappointing when I shop. I know theres things going on with not being able to get merchandise into port and not enough workers in the warehouse. Im just saying Wally World is slowly becoming my least favorite place to shop.

Went to Walmart to get a a black ink cartridge at 10:00 the store does not close until 11:00. Could not get cartridge because case was locked early. What’s the point of staying open when you cannot help your customers. Spoke to a manager and she said she couldn’t overrule the store manager who wasn’t here.

I went to the store on Rivers Avenue today store was clean it looks so good different from what it used to look Im not a young lady her name is Lori she was very friendly also all the cashiers was friendly they greeted you with respect I asked whos the manager a woman named Kim he was busy at the time really wanted her to know and shes doing a fantastic job of that store

Horrible wait times, messy and often disorganized, lack of effort from employees, unsafe feeling regarding the store, and generally bad everything. Used to be better. Do better with your pickup as well. Was supposed to be ready at 4. Here we are at almost 8, no phone answers, and without our items.Edit: 8:30. Received no updates nor our items.Edit: They couldn’t find our items. Told us to take what they could find or take nothing.

Shopped there on 6/9/2021 spent 106.00 I was in the self checkout and the worker there stood over my shoulder the whole time I was ringing stuff up. As soon as I started to leave she came over and said she needed to see my receit because she thought I had not rang up the cat food that I bought. Had to show her where it was on the receipt and then she demanded I show her the 16 pound bad of dry food and the big 12 can box of food and the the big container of litter.
