I really like this Office Depot. It is very conveniently located for all of your office supply needs. They are well stocked and have good prices. The staff here is super helpful and can find or order anything you need. The store is clean and well run. It is one of my favorite places to take care of my business supply needs.

Print shop is great depending on whos working. We went to have flyers made when an African American girl was working. They didnt have the color paper we needed and she said we had to buy an entire ream off the shelf. Weve never had to do this in the 10 years weve been using them. She also couldnt find the proper file to print it from. We left and came back later. There was an African American man working then. He told us to go pick out the color we needed and bring it back to him. He didnt charge us for the entire ream. He had no problem finding the file we needed and we were out of there in a half hour. Now we have to call to see whos working b4 we go there.

An older employee by the name of “Mike” lacked customer service skills. I was standing at the copy and print counter for about a minute to get my vaccination card laminated. I stood there in his sight until a cashier walked by and said his name to get his attention that I was waiting there. He looked over and mumbled something and continued doing whatever he was doing on the computer (there were no other customers around), which he could’ve stopped and tended to his customer (me). I waited and looked around hoping he would stop and assist me but didn’t. It took another employee behind the counter working on something to stop and ask what I needed assistance with, which she then helped me.

I love the convenience of their copy and print station. My printer needs have changed since the days of making short run CD jackets and tray cards. I may print less that 20 documents if that. The copy machine accepts credit card payments and has a USB port on the front to import your files. Quick, in and out allows the associates to assist other customers.

Returned a $400 Office chair because the arm came off within two weeks of purchase, the cashier called the Manager up front to take care of the return/exchange. The Manager came up front like a turtle and stated Im tired was unloading a truck, she had the cashier pull my transaction up and asked for my credit card. I did not want any money back I wanted a chair. oh well, no chair. when i asked if I could be refunded the $15 I paid for assembly she said it was non-refundable. So no chair and Im out 15 bucks. Great Cashier, Poor Manager.

Customer service was great however it is absolutely ridiculous that Corp has no ac going. All the employees were sweating and the cashier had two small fans going. It was really hard to shop and breathe through the heat.

What a bummer, it was closed. Had to go Staples, cool!

It use to be bad service at copy & print until I met Rodney I rate him 5 stars, ask for Rodney he will take care if you and Christian also. Rodney it’s the man!

The general manager was so helpful! He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about an office chair. He also carried the chair out to my car for me. That is some 5 star service 😊

I waited in a long line, only to be told to step aside... wait for them to get around to printing me a receipt for a FedEx drop off for shipment... while the take other customers who are behind me. Meanwhile, the manager is walking around the store doing NOTHING. And the woman who had me wait for a receipt to be printed, was supper short on manners.

I absolutely love the ladies in the printing department I wish I knew their names. I am constantly printing shipping labels they always have them ready and waiting for me to pick them up. They are also very kind and sweet. I wish I could give them a 10 star

Never an easy task shopping after work with my kids but the store was open, clean and easy to absorb layout. I found a new pen I wanted to try the patent product for here... Didnt expect that, quiet surprised and excited. Definitely found some pretty unique deals that I didnt expect.

Just left this store.... I NEVER post negative comments.. life is just too short but that was the worst experience . Waited and waited in one line to send a fax only to rerouted to another line to pay3 pages over 30 minutes . Poor cashier looked inexperienced and manager was on computer offering no help to him.All of that can be someone having a bad day..... until the mgr was rude.

Very long wait for online print order pickup, nearly 15 minutes to get to counter. Only one person working with another employee standing on the side by the registers doing nothing while 5 customers waited in line. The Invitations I had printed had lines for cutting and pretty much every invite has them still visible. Due to wait time I didn’t want to ask for it to be corrected, so I will have to recut them myself. Disappointing to say the least.

I needed something for my classroom and next time I will just wait and buy it on Amazon. I was ignored by employees when trying to ask where to find laminating sheets (50 for $28 here vs. 100 for $13 on Amazon). I finally found them myself and they only had one brand in stock. The cashier was pretty rude in that she had us stand there for a while before acknowledging us because she was eating a snack. We were the only people in line.i was then told that Office Depot doesnt have a teacher discount. Really? Every other location Ive been to had a pretty sweet teacher discount which is why I went there in the first place. Rather than argue, I just paid for what I needed and left. I will definitely not be going back.

An old women did an amazing job and printed labels for me and then when I ran out I came to the store the next day and the coworkers told me they aren’t allowed to print labels for me and rolled their eyes at me. I’ve never felt so disrespected. They went about the situation and was pointing at the price paper like I was stupid.

Went into this Office Depot location today to purchase school supplies for my children and for my wifes classroom. We went to Office Depot for the Back to School deals! These deals offered by Office Depot were $.01 for notebooks and $0.01 pencil pouch inserts are great! This location as well as the West Ashley location have for the last three years allowed teachers to purchase up to 10 of a item instead of the 3 as advertised with proof of employment. This year we were told the stores will not do that for teachers. Teachers are not paid that much as it is. Teachers spend their own money so parents dont have to buy so many supplies. Buying additional supplies also ensures that all students will have supplies. Not all students are able to bring in school supplies. Sadly, my family did not participate in these deals or purchase from this store at all. We will do our shopping at retailers that support school districts and teachers.

I came in Saturday needing to print something from my email, but was having trouble accessing it. Fortunately for me, this young man in Copy & Print named Jemel was EXTREMELY patient with me and took me through every step without getting frustrated. Im a woman of a particular age, so Im not as good with technology as the younger generation (LOL). But he was smiling and enthusiastic about helping me, and just a great attitude overall! After he helped me print my documents, I thanked him and he told me to have a wonderful day! Now, THATS what I call customer service! Because of his patience and willingness to help the customer, I will be returning to this store as long as hes working there. That man deserves a raise!

Their printers never work and they dont have the courtesy of even putting a sign on them to let people know. Their print staff is exceptionally slow and unhelpful. Dont waste your time.

TRY STAPLES INSTEAD FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!While they have a wide range of office supplies, the staff continues to be poorly trained and not responsive to customers requests for assistance. Using copy services in the last week, had to switch machines 3 times to find one with paper. Told the clerk. 5 minutes later I am almost finished and observed another customer enter, who also asked for paper. She experienced the same lack of results. The two young ladies were chatting still and not about work. Unfortunately, this has been the norm since they opened their doors. I miss the Office Max. Drove to Staples at Tanger today to purchase toner, other office supplies, and make copies. Its worth the drive for the excellent customer service.

Copy and Print center was super accommodating for 5 large poster prints in a great timeframe. Left very happy with the final products. If you need nice large scale printing at a good price with great customer service, look no further.

So far the best place to get copies close to Goose Creek that Ive found. Reasonable prices, short to no wait for walk in copies (been 4 times now), great customer service, and my order has never once been messed up!

Bought furniture, didnt have all the pieces in the box. They told me to call manufacturer. I already paid to have it built, and everythings up except the missing important piece.Awesome.

Customer service at the printing department was very poor! Didn’t like the attitude of the young lady that works there and plus they told me that I couldn’t get a certain thing I wanted done when that is what they are there for to print out things for people

Bad, Bad, Bad costumer service! Just went in there to try to get some bookmarks printed for my Aunts funeral and i formed a line where it said and waited forever while guy infront of me complained as well. After they finally got down line it was my turned to be helped they just went on about there business while i stared at them not helping me. So i just left went to registers bought my $2.50 drink and left but he was a smart you know what to! NEVER GO HERE!!! Go to staples if you want good costumer service!

I went to get prints. The printshop isnt properly trained. The store manager reprimanded a print shop associate in front of me (which was awkward for the both employee and I). Only one associate knew how to print properly. That employee was very helpful but when the employee being trained asked for help, the store manager rolled his eyes. I was there for over 45 minutes for something that should have taken 10 minutes. I had a talk with the store manager about how he shouldnt talk condescending to his employees in front of customers and other employees on the floor but he seemed to be unresponsive to my advice.

Copy and print department were very nonchalant to the long line. Never spoke, never informed customers that they would help as soon as possible. There was no acknowledgement to customers or their time. After two gentlemen came to assist, we were finally able to get help.

Except for one associate it was a horrible visit. Waited for a very long time for assistance with office furniture. When the young man camr to assist he complained about straining his pretty little back.

Prices way too high, and currently no clearance deals!

When transfer printing services. The line was short but the wait was long. There were four workers in the front area but I guess only one was allowed to work in the business printing area.

Got my adult coloring books spiraled there amazing but some pictures are sideways and now the hubby wont let me take it to go get it fixed but other than that they did pretty good Ill just bring one book at a time to get spiraled for now on !

I noticed the associate was the store manager. He was very unhelpful. This was the second time in one week Id had a bad experience with this store and the store manager. I get my labels made for my peanut brittle and all the different flavors of my fudge at this Office Depot I bring them fudge and peanut brittle as a appreciation and as a tip they look forward to me bringing in my stuff Dell computer section staff are amazing

Why order for pick up when I have to wait 30 minutes in line for my order.Terrible customer service. Waited at the online pick up sign and no one said anything to me. When I asked they said I have to get in line. 5 people that came after me were served first.

Our company is contracted with Office Depot and must order through them. This specific location shows stand-out bad costumer service. Abrupt and unwelcoming on the phones, and rude in person. Sadly, this does not change if you ask for a manager or supervisory level employee. I would recommend a different office supply store for a typical retail costumer.

The worst service ever! I was soooooooo disappointed. I recently moved from Nebraska to South Carolina and ordered all of my home office furniture online. I contacted Customer Service to have it all delivered to this store to be picked up when I arrived in Charleston. They told me they could do that. The next day, I received a call back and the customer service rep advised that I call the store directly to ask them to hold the items for me since I couldnt pick it up within their 5 day hold window. I called the store and was assured they would hold it for me. When I arrived to pick it up.... nobody seemed to know anything about it and the sales person (may have been a manager) was condescending and didnt believe me.... Until he found half of my order there with my name on it. Long story short.... They did not have the furniture I ordered. I cancelled the whole thing... And now I am a Staples customer!
