The manager Kyle was extremely rude to a customer over a sale price. Could have just said price changes when u put member number in but instead was snooty to customer..if its that hard to do ur job maybe u should find a new one. Everyone is short handed no need to be rude to people who help pay your paycheck!!!!!!! I will be going els where from now on. What a disappointment for a manager to act that way....

I went to the store this morning for one item. I quickly located the item, but I had to wait in line far too long because they had ONE cashier! Do better......

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and care “provided” by Renee in pharmacy. I hope I will be able to amend this comment in time but I may no longer patronize this location. If your closing hours are at one particular time please adhere to that. As well, if you choose to work with the public don’t be blatantly rude and ignore them while they are speaking. I’ve never been told that we will not do a follow up with the doctors office even after I told her that I spoke with them and am trying to facilitate the communication. This was horribly unacceptable.

I typically always use this Walgreens because of the location but they, by far, exceed the other stores in the area. Yesterday, a Goose creek location could not fulfill my order and did not even bother to call. Today, at this Rivers location, Chasity was extremely considerate! She went above and beyond of just putting together my picture order. She thought I made an error and she took the time to call me first and then finished my order a whole day sooner than requested. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! I wont go to any other locations!

This Walgreens location on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a very convenient stop for all of your drug store and pharmacy needs. The location is very easy to get to from the interstate or Ashley Phosphate or Rivers if you are in the area and need something basic and need it quickly. I have found what I was looking for each time I have been in here and have been impressed with the level of customer service here.

Went in today to have passport pictures taken. Kyle was great. fast, efficient, and a happy guy. it was a pleasure dealing with him.

This place seems great the few times I have gone. Very nice people but one today, I cant recall her name, was short with me on the phone. Maybe because they are very busy, which happens when you work anywhere. I dont like feeling as if my children and I could be short sighted just because its busy. Im in a tough spot right now with budget and need to know if something can be covered with insurance, not something cheaper. But beside that moment on the phone, I really like this place.

This is my favorite go to place and I always find what I come in for, being greeted as you enter the store, is really nice! Once inside Walgreens I am amazed at how clean and well organized everything is, that just adds to the pleasure of shopping there. Plus help is right next to you when needed. I want to thank all of you guys!

Rachelle is an AWESOME manager and cares about customers. Had a problem picking up a western union at another Walggreens location and she called them and helped us get our much needed emergency funds. Thank you so much Rachelle for being such a kind hearted and caring person!

Fast checkout and items i was buying were on sale and a real, friendly cashier. Thats excellent.

Clean store. Photo printing setup is fantastic and technologically updated (especially compared to Target or other places), pictures that I had printed turned out great.

Irritated. Some kid at the pharmacy was horrid. I understand closing time is at 9 and i got there at 850, however sign posted saying nothing will be filled after a certain time. The woman this kid was arguing with was there for I dont know how long before me and could have been filling the prescription instead of wasteing time arguing. Completely unprofessional pharmacy.

I am a cancer patient and my Medicaid was cancelled because I made a little over the $900 a month on Disablity, so while going through my cancer treatment Ive been blessed with the kindness and Charity of Roper Hospital. I have to use the goodrx discount for my pain meds. I get two pain meds that Ive been taking for nine years due to s fractured spine, and two botched surgerys. After being diagnosed with esophageal cancer( I was prescribed Dilaudid) in December and went from 250lbs two years ago, to 114lbs just two months ago, I have got my weight back up to 150lbs now, so I can have surgery to remove the cancer that chemo and radiation couldnt, and they will remove my esophagus. So the reason for this bad rating was because I had went to the Walgreens in Knightsville, and the pharmacist refused to fill one of my pain med prescriptions, because my Dr for my spine and other bone issues writes two prescriptions for pain meds, and my Oncologist writes the one for my Dilaudid. Now I have had them filled at the 24hour Walgreens in Summerville, last month. Walgreens is the cheapest for generic brand pain meds using goodrx discount cards. I asked the pharmacist if he would call my Dr.s and verify that they wrote the prescriptions and know about each other. He said, NO, I WONT. I asked him why? And he said, BECAUSE I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE TO FILL THEM. He smirked, and chuckled when he saw I was upset. So I found this Walgreens on Rivers, and the pharmacist said, I cant fill this because the pharmacist in Knightsville refused to fill it and he suspects abuse, so by law she said she couldnt fill it. I asked her what can I do to get it filled, and she said Walmart is across the street. I went there and had to pay $275 more to get it filled. Total was $630. I understand if it was a corporate policy, but it was filled the last few months at 24 hour Walgreens in Summerville. If it was against the law, Walmart wouldnt be allowed to sell them to me. Also when I told my Bone Dr. About the Dilaudid he said ok. And I told my Oncologist that I get two pain med prescriptions from my Bone Dr. They were ok. I doubt they would not tell me that it was ok if it was illegal. So that my 1 rating ad I gave the Knightsville store. The pharmacist on Rivers was nice and agreed I did nothing wrong, but because of the other pharmacist notes and redflagging my name she couldnt fill it legally. So Monday, Ill call corporate, and speak to a few people that friends of mine e knows, so hopefully it wont be a run around. Store was clean also.

Worst pharmacy ever. Took in a prescription for cough medicine and the pharmacy worker cancelled my prescription and would not give a reason! The big Asian girl shes a total jerk!
