Ordered a cake on 8/24 to be picked up on 8/28. The district manager called to let me know they had to cancel the order due to the baker being out from COVID. Understandable. I had enough time to find another bakery to accommodate my requests. However, the 1 star is due to the fact that it has been well over a week and I was still fighting with this location to refund my money. I reached out to the district manager, Jenna to ask for a status update and she said that she would contact the store and get back to me. Well, she never did. So I called the store and spoke to the general manager who eventually helped me figure it out but made it sound like a complete burden or inconvenience. I find it especially rude when I am explaining the circumstances and I get interrupted mid-sentences by a “ YOUR NAME?!”. Unbelievable. I may not own a business, but I would never treat a customer like that. I couldn’t tell whether or not they had an attitude or they were stressed out. Just happy I got my money back. But based on my experiences I will NEVER think about giving this location a dime of my money. Unbelievable customer service.

Tried to go on three separate occasions and every time no one answers the speakers at the drive thru. We have checked the hours each time and are always there well before close. The employees are always there but won’t look at you when you drive by the window. They are lazy. I expect it’ll go out of business if something doesn’t change.

Went at 8:10 and they were closed when it said open till 9:00, I think some of their employees make their own hours

Waited forever at the drive through and then they forgot my Sunday all together had to wait all over at the door and told them but got no apology as well.

Tried to go twice, but they had closed early both times. Another time I called 7 times over the space of an hour to check if they were open and they never picked up the phone. Im sure the over cream is good, getting it is the problem.

We had Cherrys Jubilee. It was Awesome. One scoop was plenty. The service was great and very friendly. We were there in the middle of the afternoon and it was pretty quiet.

After sitting in drive thru (dining room closed) for 30mins, I was informed that are not making any of their Baskin-Robins drinks. If this had been posted on the door or anywhere it would have saved me a lot of time and one less vehicle clogging up their drive thru.

Everyone was polite and my order was correct.

Customer service person can never answer questions that you would ask its always I dont know.

They literally won’t answer the phone

We went a few days ago and got there a few minutes before they close and they refused to serve us, and we just went today after double checking hours online and they had decided to close 2 hours early despite what their website said. Very annoyed.

Husband was just there and stood 7 minutes, workers completely ignored him, not a single other customer in the store. I hope this place goes out of business. It’s the worst.

Wish there was a place to enjoy the ice cream outside. No tables or benches outside? They are needed at that location. Nice people working there and good ice cream.

Ordered a icecream cake for my wifes birthday. I requested three words; Happy Birthday Karen. I received the cake without her name. I was told by the that there was no room for a name. The attendant did not address the error or even apologize.

These guys are AMAZING. They went above and beyond for my little one that has food allergies of their own decision. I didnt ask for that just simply stated shes allergic to chocolate and peanuts and they came up with an awesome idea for a donut for her. Theyre always super friendly and I appreciate them!

Good clean place. Staff was extremely helpful and and polite. Was treated like family there and not a customer. Highly recommend this store.

Terrible customer service. If you dont have butterscotch syrup, take it off your menu. I went through the drive-through with my friend. We both ordered Sundays with one scoop. I asked for butterscotch syrup and was charged for it. She asked for hers to be put into a larger cup and they said no problem. She asked this so when the ice cream melted a bit, it would not go everywhere, so I asked for mine like that too. The lady said no problem. I got to the window and paid and waited for the ice cream about 10 minutes. When I got mine there was no butterscotch syrup I was told by the rude lady at the window they do not offer a butterscotch syrup. I pointed out that I was charged for it, and she told me she put caramel syrup instead without even asking me. Then I pointed out to her that both of our cups were regular size and not what I asked for. Ill also pointed out to her that the lids had smashed the ice cream down over the lids and were also melting over the rim and I was not putting that in my car. She all but through napkins into my vehicle, rolled her eyes and told me she was not making it over. I called the corporate office customer service number, and the lady said she would send an email to the manager and store, I never heard anything from this. Seems to me like they dont care. Make sure you get what you pay for... I thought I was paying for good ice cream but instead I got melted mess, and ghetto staff.SEVEN MOTHS LATER...Still no damn butterscotch sauce and it is still on the menu. Asked when they would have it and she said she didnt know. Ordered a combo, paid, and THEN she said she had to fix my food. Had to ask for napkins as our ice cream was melting. I asked for ketchup and she gave me the bag with no ketchup and acted like I was inconveniencing her.

Great place, not the best donuts but my first choice when I want to take my daughter out for a doughnut or ice cream. The staff its so nice and friendly every single time come here. Big thanks for making sure this place is family friendly.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. They give you barely enough cream cheese to cover half a bagel and charge almost 2 dollars for extra and they have absolutely no clue how to make a caramel latte, then they make you feel likes its your fault they screwed up.

Went here about closing time. The staff was really nice. They were busy, but it is a lot of work closing shop at the end of shift.They had mint chocolate chip ice cream and recently got in butterscotch syrup. BOTH WERE DELICIOUS!!!Baskin Robbins always finds out.

I have been going to Baskin Robbins since 1982 and have always purchased the 3 Scoop Sundae. All of a sudden the portion size has been cut nearly in half and the price has either stayed the same or increased depending on the location. The managers response was they had been using the wrong sized scoop. For 37 years? Not happy. Will be going to Ye Ole Fashioned from now on.

Service has done a 180 for the better from our last visit. They had a variety of flavors this time, fast and friendly staff, and a clean shop.

It is a nice clean place with a variety of flavors. 32? Not so much. Workers are friendly enough but seem to be of the space cadet society.

What I didnt like was that there were only two people there working behind the counter, and it took a while for me to get what I asked for. Other than that, the customer service was great, I loved what I got, and I am definitley going back.(P.S., I am totally in love with their Patriot Pop float)

Went in with my grandparents and we ordered two double scoop cones and one single. One of the doubles only came with one scoop on it. The peanut butter and chocolate ice cream didnt have any peanut butter in it at all. The staff manager acted like we were a huge inconvenience when we asked for the second scoop on the double scoop we ordered and also when we asked for a new waffle cone to be fresher, due to the fact that all three of our cones, all different types, were stale and seemed to be from days before. 10/10 would not recommend.

Unfriendly staff with poor customer service. Its summertime, someone should be assigned to ice cream. Hire staff that want to work and know how to be friendly and welcoming instead of looking at us like we are inconveniencing them and making them work. Out of mint chocolate chip also!!!

Good service, tasty ice cream. Prices are a little high and the sitting area feels cramped. This location is shared with a Dunkin Donoughts so they should have sweets that everyone will enjoy.

The guys are great but Baskin Robbins boasts of 31 flavors and seems as though they fill all the holes in the freezer but double up on flavors and just dont put signs up.

The employees were very helpful and patient with my choice selection.

Beautiful Ice cream Cake, Didnt have cake ready till 3 days but there was a large storm and was ordered last minute, I would order with more time.

I go here often the service is great. On a few occasions they run out of toppings, mostly bananas which is disappointing....I actually went one time and they ran out of vanilla and butter pecan ice cream!

The prices for the cones were misleading and I ended up paying almost $20 for three cones. The person who wrung up the order wasnt the person who assisted us. The manager wasnt helpful at all. I wont be returning to this place!!!

It was terrible. To start with they did not have the ice cream that I wanted, the salty caramel and we got the waffle cones and they were very stale. I mean completely bendable, they were awful. We also got the little glazed donut holes (little glazed balls) and they were as hard as a brick, the worst thing Ive ever put in my mouth. The only way I would ever eat ice cream or Donuts from Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts again is if it where my very last resort when Im wanting ice cream and even then I may end up in the grocery store buying my own container of ice cream. The Dunkin Donuts / Baskin-Robbins ice cream store was on Dorchester Road and it was totally the worst experience of ice cream and donuts that Ive ever had.

We bought over$70.00 worth ice cream and had party of soccer team there. They were a little loud but we kept them under control so we took them out side and one had to wait for their ride we were still buying drinks and ice cream so they called the police on us to have us moved I was trying to keep kids busy so I was playing b ball with them to keep kids busy. So next time Ill let kids tear the store up and scream no better than that we will never step foot back into one of ur stores!

My Husband and I went by about 2 hours ago and were disappointed by this location for the last time. I literally live 3 red lights from the store, but both our sundaes were liquefied by the time we got home. Neither of our orders were made with hot chocolate so Im at a loss as to what happened? A few weeks ago this same store they was out of bananas so we left without the banana royale sundaes wed hoped for. Its one thing to under order supplies, but to serve melted ice cream is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Overcharged for ice cream and then charged for a cup on top of it. Employee was texting while we asked for samples. Apparently a kids size cup and a 2-scoop cup is almost the same amount of ice cream. Never ever returning to this location.

Just took my 2 yr old daughter there to go get ice cream like i promised her got out and the door was locked the hours said till 10p and it was only 8:30p and the employess just stared at me so needless to say i have a very disappointed child and one pissed off momma if your going to close early there should be a sign and you shouldnt make it look like your open when your not
