Buyer beware. As a customer who placed an order with this business for interior doors, they are very quick to take your money and pretty terrible at paying you when they cause damage. Matt Prendergast was my sales person that I used. When they were delivered, the delivery drivers destroyed multiple spots on the newly installed and painted ceilings. I called and traded emails multiple times, was told to email Matt and his supervisor (Marcus Goins) only to be put off constantly or told that I would be called back. After giving Builders 1st Source the chance to make it right multiple times, Im left to warn other potential customers that there are much better options available. Pictures are attached of the damage they caused.

NO STARS!!!! Wish I could give them a negative 10000 star rating!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The guy who sat at the counter needs a course in Customer Care!!! I would give his name but he had no name tag on his shirt. I gave him my credit card IN HIS HAND but he placed it on the counter when he returned it to me. I brought it to his attention and he proceeded to tell me that your card is right there, pointing to it where he set it down on the counter. Honestly, I called him an A**hole, signed my receipt, left it on the counter and walked away. He TRIED to be nice after we were done but that was not acceptable to me. He shouldve practiced being nice from the start. FIRST IMPRESSIONS My contractor needed what he needed and thats the ONLY reason I did not ask for a refund and left. Next time I hope my contractor will find another business to patronize because this is NOT a business I will return to.

Great prices, fast and friendly service

This place has great potential, unfortunately they do not have their stuff together. I’m a contractor and they’ve messed up my last four orders. And to make matters worse I call for pricing on products for jobs and they do not call back! If you don’t stay on them you can forget about it. I hate it because they have so much to offer but they are not on their game. Unless I have to I will no longer be looking to these guys for any of my job material needs.

Considering how busy they were, they still got my order pulled and loaded out back pretty darn quick. For walking in the door and not calling ahead you cant ask for much more.
