Theyll answer questions, do research on your products to ensure everything will work together as it should before you make a large purchase. I wouldnt deal with another company. The manager, James Woodland and the entire staff has been so helpful every time I’ve been in the store. Really knowledgeable about the products they sell and really reasonably priced. From day one, they’ve treated me, my son, and my wife like they’ve known us forever. I highly recommend this shop to anyone from huge corporations, to the backyard welder, or even the beginner hobbyist.

Always deal with Roberts and enjoy it. Today I arrived a few minutes past closing time due to traffic. Went to turn my truck around to head home and as doing so caught an employee named Sean as he was walking out the door to go home. Before I drove off he asked what I needed, opened back up, and completed my request AFTER HOURS. Prime example of top notch customer service, going above and beyond for the customer. If your in need of welding supplies with fantastic quality and price in the Charleston area, this is the place to go. I have been going here for the past year and a half and have had nothing but the best come from here. The staff, is something you would wish for in every business you walk into. When you walk in, they automatically get greeted and immediately get help offered if needed. There are three gentlemen to look for in there; James, Sean, and Robby. They are always willing to help and will help you every step of the way. One thing also, they remember who you are, something that is so rare these days. You walk in, they automatically remember you and treat you as if you were family, heck they even remember if you ordered something months ago and keep it on the side and remind you next time you come in. When I come here, I get nothing best of everything and you will too.
