I had the best Jewelry shopping experience no one could ever ask for. Was looking for a Wedding ring for my girlfriend with only a few slight ideas as to what I wanted. The main thing was to for it to be unique from the others and represent her. I met Kent and he worked with me through every stage of the process giving me tips on on designs, cost guides, ideas, and even personal advice. He kept me aware throughout the entire process and helped me avoid any pitfalls that would have come. I couldnt ask for a better representative.Once we got the design set he advised me as to what colors worked well and what stays in style. He sent the design in to have it crafted and I am 100% happy with the design. The lady is going to love it. However, keeping with my want to keep the design unique, I do not wish to disclose the details here online.🀫🀫🀫 You will have to ask Kent.I have also went with the wedding band to go with the ring. I will absolutely recommend going to them. All of their staff was helpful. There was another young lady that assisted in providing a female pov on designs and she was great help with the early stages.I was very nervous in the beginning as I was afraid that going to a big named jeweler would cause me to receive service that was not geared towards me. My original plan was to shop around and see. That didnt happen. I had the best personal experience I could ever ask for with the staff ar Reeds in Northwood Mall.

My wife bought me a Bolivia watch that cost over 500 dollars. I wore it 3 times and the watch band broke. We took the watch back but due to COVID-19 we didn’t take it back as quickly as we would have liked.I informed the manager that I was a lifetime customer. I’ve purchased engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond earring, birth stone necklaces, and much more. I’ve spent over 20,000 dollars with REEDS.The manager refused to help and told me I was on my own, he wouldn’t do anything to make it right.I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT SHOPPING AT THIS STORE, IN FACT, PLEASE HELP ME MAKE A STATEMENT. HELP ME SHOW REEDS THAT WE THE PEOPLE HAVE MUCH POWER.

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding bands from Reed’s.We didn’t find what we wanted walking in the door but the staff worked with my husband over the coarse of several weeks to design and create a custom ring just for me! It turned out absolutely amazing and completely unique which is just what I wanted! My husband also got a ring he designed from a company that works with Reeds so that he could have exactly what he wanted as well and it turned out beautifully. From our experience there is nowhere else we would rather go to get jewelry of any sort, especially due to the hard work and dedication of Angela Ramsey the Assistant Manager. She worked so hard on and off the clock to get us the rings that we absolutely love. We appreciate all the work you all put in to make these rings truly special! We highly recommend Reed’s because not only is all the staff absolutely wonderful to us but the care plans they have for our rings is better than any other jewelers has to offer! We cannot wait to do business with them again!

Emalie Stone, Michelle, Angie, Bill and Kent are an amazing group at Reeds!! They are very knowledgeable on all the products and helping you figure out the perfect fit no matter what you are looking for! They are very friendly and make you feel like family once you’re there! My MIL comes in for Pandora and they know her and her husband the moment they come in and treat everyone with such a fun and friendly personality! They were amazing in helping my boyfriend and I choose the perfect setting for our diamond that would make the ring even more gorgeous! Bought an engagement ring/wedding band set with a 1ct. loose stone to be set in the engagement ring. Picked what I wanted, had it sent off, then a day later decided I wanted to go bigger to a 1.5 ct. stone. Called to cancel the order, and the charge to my reeds card. Had nothing but great customer service the whole time. No problem cancelling my order and clearing my card. Got the the 1.5 ct. stone in within a few days. Went back up there to compare, and was yet again greeted with nothing but fantastic service, great attitudes and a sincere willingness to help and get the right rings, as well as a great deal. Truly a pleasure working with everyone there and really felt like they wanted to help and wanted to give me what I was looking for!

Thursday (12/13) I went to get a pandora bracelet & charm nobody greeted me & several of the workers eyes just stared at me until I literally had to walk up to someone for help which was awkward because I hate walking up to people. They didn’t have the size in stock so he ordered it for me online. His customer service wasn’t as inviting. I thought I had forgot my debit card in the car and I notified him before he got further into my transaction and the irritation was all over him. I received an email saying it would be ready for pick up Wednesday I get there Wednesday he said they had it but they never sorted the stuff out yet and that he would call me when it’s ready. Why should I have waited for my merchandise if it told me that day that it was there and they had it ? Went back the next day because I NEVER received the call saying it was ready. When I went I stood there for 10min straight ALL THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED ME IN MY EYES! Didn’t say β€œhello” or anything. Just let me stand there. Never will I ever purchase from there again. I don’t get a comfortable feeling going there πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ

I want to take this opportunity to commend all the sales represenatives at Reeds Jewelers in Northwoods Mall. Kent and his staff were very professional and courteous when I went to purchase some Christmas gifts for my mother and daughter. The store was extremely packed because it was the second week of December, but they were very diligent to address me even though they were busy. They helped me choose the perfect gifts, told me about optional care plans, and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a jewelry store. I bought a Pandora bracelet, Pandora necklace and charms to go with it. Spent about $700 in the store. I was not satisfied with the fit of the Pandora bracelet. I took it back for just an exchange. The rude clerk said he couldnt exchange without a receipt. Obviously untrue because the lady said that she could look up my transaction and help me. Needless to say that I was annoyed by that time and no longer wanted help. I returned the $400 worth of bracelet and charms and will be returning the necklace as well. Bad customer service is not worth the money!!

Took my Diamond Wedding Band there, which I bought 11 years ago with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.I have had the ring inspected as required for each year that I have owned it and have a record of it on the warranty information that they gave me along with my receipts from the purchase. They tired to tell me it had been 11 years and that it expired . Basically I said well I havent.. I am still very much alive and it says lifetime replacement ( I had lost a diamond out of the setting about 2 months ago ). The young man that was attempting to help said well that is fortunate I asked him to read my paperwork and then explain the situation to me again. He read it and with his expression I could tell he hadnt seen this before( considering he was probably in grade school at the time) did and said well we no longer have that policy. Needless to say that was the wrong answer . He said let me let you speak to Mr. ----- I said I think that would be great and in your best interest. Mr.---- Said I would need to pay for the replacement of the prong I said No problem The young man proceeded to stare me down like he had something else he would like to say. I asked for his name and with his cocky immature attitude said here is my card you will find my name on it . I said That is excellent thank you. He continued to stare me down while commenting as though I was not standing there that Mr. --- should make sure to make copies of all of my paperwork. I said I think that is a great idea Mr----. My wedding band will be ready next week. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE ANOTHER INVESTMENT BY PURCHASING FROM REEDS EVER AGAIN.

My wife and I stopped at this location to purchase a bangle.They didnt have the correct size in stock so we had to order it which was fine.The salesman was very unprofessional we told him what size to order and his response was help me help you. He then said that the only size that they had was a 6 .Well we just told you we needed a size 4 not a 6!!!! We dont work here you do!How are we supposed to know?He then decided to take the other bangles that were on display for measurements and he said oh its a size 4!! He acted like he didnt know what he was doing. I wont be coming back to this location.

Took my Rolex there for repair. What a mistake.Supposedly they had a Rolex authorized” repair center. After waiting 5 weeks, I received a quote for repair that was over 6 times what they originally estimated. I went and got my watch and took it to M.P. Demetre Jewelers downtown and they had my watch fixed in 4 weeks for less than 1/3 of what Reeds quoted.Beside trying to gouge me on the repair, their manager Sidney Wally Odom was abrasive, pushy and rude. He reminded of the worst used car salesperson out there. Reeds may be a fine company, but unless they get a new manager, I would avoid this location like the plague.

Emalie and Kent are amazing! Every time we go in there we leave smiling and laughing! They both really go the extra mile, and have been with my fiancΓ© and I as I change my mind back and forth. We have been in there constantly trying on two different bands until I make up my mind. Every time I’m there Emalie cleans my ring and I fall deeper in love with it each time! If you want a personable experience with fair prices I would definitely go to reeds and ask for one of the two. There is no harassment and they are not pushy at all, I feel like family walking into that place!

Every time I walk into this store, I feel so welcomed and not pressured like many of the other jewelry stores. By far the best employee they have is Emalie. I had originally walked into this store looking for a specific type of jewelry, when Emalie approached me, she was willing to work with me and even utilized all of the stores resources just to find EXACTLY what I wanted and helped me special order it and worked out a fair price. Went back a couple months later to purchase wedding bands for my fiancΓ© and I, and went straight to Emalie because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. She is an amazing representative of Reeds and they genuinely care about what they’re selling unlike other companies that just see dollar signs. Highly recommend! 10/10

I stopped in Reeds a couple weeks ago looking to busy something special for a female friend, unsure what I wanted to purchase. I was greeted by Emalie, who was a very friendly and courteous employee. Unlike other jewelry stores, where the sales person is obvious that theyre trying to make a sale (like many car dealers), she asked me questions to help me make a decision on what I would like-my friend would appreciate. I have my idea on the gift, Im just waiting for her to hint whether she would like the the bracelet or necklace I have in mind. I have talked to friends and they have gone to Reeds since then, and they are planning on purchasing something from Reeds (thru Emalie). Without her knowledge and friendly service, I probably would have already purchased something that wasnt appreciated as much. With Reeds being a family owned jewelry store, they obviously care about their customers, and every moment shared with them.

I took the Pandora bracelet that my husband purchased for me into Reeds and asked if they could resize it. The clerk was rude. Barely making any eye contact, he ask when was the bracelet purchased. I said it was a Christmas gift. He said No maybe you can take it to a Pandora store and that was it.The bracelet was in the box and Reeds pouch so I was very disappointed that Reeds wouldnt take a few minutes to adjust it and that the gentleman was so short & rude. Usually most store clerks at Northwood Mall are nice and friendly. In spite of bad experience at Reeds, I like shopping at NWs Mall.
