Arrived on a Friday afternoon (they dont open on weekends) to get a scoop of sand to set up a pool for my kids and the gentleman said no because he didnt have the loader up here. Whatever that means. We all have work during the week and Im trying to get it last minute because that. Real bad service.

I called to get a quote on a center piece of lumber that I needed. They gave me a quote and said theyd have no issue getting it in a week or two. I started my project and which required this lumber, and I tried to contact them on the next business day and didnt get called back. I got a hold of them the next day and they said theyd call the supplier to get me a delivery estimate. Two days later I get a call saying that they cant this lumber anymore and I was basically out of luck. At this point Ive already put a weeks worth of work in on this project and now I dont have the wood that I need to keep going on it. I like to do business with people I can trust, and they basically told me that I was out of luck and they werent going to do anything to honor what their word.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also have an impressive amount of cut stone.
