First, this is not an in store retailer. Secondly, since they are not you would THINK that they would have excellent customer service since they can not do it in person. Well, they dont. I called with only a few simple questions and the lady before I could even finish my sentence cut me off and told me that they didnt have what I was looking for and for me to try somewhere local. She stated that they would need my insurance information and serial number for the wheelchair, to which I told her I had readily available. But then its oh they only do custom orders... Okay and what if I wanted to do a custom orde?!? I was really surprised at the lack of interest or compassion this lady had for her job and hope they realize how poorly it reflects on their company! Would not recommend.
I’ve worked with Mitch and have always had success. He is polite and knows what he is doing. It is great to work with him and his company.

Great service and customer service and support
Will not answer phone,disconnect calls,no return call backs. Slow at submitting paper work to insurance, no emails or texting. Insurance company called also and was transferred 4 times before getting cut off. I would not recommend this company to anybody due to poor customer service.
Called last week spoke to Wendy. I faxed info and a week later NOTHING. They dont answer the phone, they dont return calls. For someone that is in dire need of getting around, they sure take things lightly.
Service continues to decline on response, repairs and receiving equipment.
