Fox Music House delivered my piano in excellent condition. The movers were extremely careful and professional in moving the newer piano in and removing the older piano. They were also careful to wear masks and keep a healthy distance given the unusual situation these days. Fox Music House was also attentive to polishing and cleaning up the newer piano which had been in storage a little while. Great job all around, thanks!

I requested a phone call on status of the repair time estimate for an instrument I brought in, and after three days there was no call. I called again and spoke to a different person promising a call within an hour, still no call after two days. Third attempt was met with the same result.UPDATE: 12/15/2020 I spoke with the manager and he took full responsibility for the incident, and was very professional. While this one transaction was unfortunate, he attempted to make the best of it and not make excuses, but rather embrace the challenge to make it better.We have had a number of interactions and a piano purchase with Fox, and they have always been good with those.

Contacted Fox to have our Piano repaired and tuned. They sent Kevin who was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using him for Piano Work.

I carried my keyboard to Fox Music for repair. I took my board in because the power source was damaged and my keyboard would not come on.. I was charged $90.00 in advance. I kept calling and calling to see when my instrument would be ready. I finally got a call from them saying something else was wrong. I told them that I wanted it fix. Fox Music kept my board so long that I finally went to get it, and they had the nerve to keep my deposit. I finally found out that they did something to it. I got my board fixed and the experienced expert told me that whoever worked on it did not know what they were doing.

I have been a customer of Fox Music for over 10 years. They have professionally moved my baby grand piano (once my great grandmothers - so I cherish it greatly) several times. I have also purchased several musical instruments and had them refinish / repair others even after moving out-of-state. They are amazing and go above and beyond for their customers! A three-man crew from Fox moved my baby grand piano to a new home today. I couldn’t have asked for a more conscientious, careful, gentle crew to move the piano I played and cared for for 27 years. My piano was in exceptional condition when they arrived, it was in exceptional condition when they loaded it onto the truck, and by all photos from the individual who purchased my piano, it was in exceptional condition when it arrived at its destination several hours later. The organ installation included integration with an existing 70 + year old pipe organ. The resulting instrument is magnificent. Great deals and service, even better staff

I rarely if ever take the time to provide online reviews, but really felt compelled to say something about Fox Music in the hopes that anyone out there, especially beginners, would be encouraged to check this place out for themselves. They have a great selection of pianos, organs, sheet music, etc., but what really sets this place apart is its staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy in the least. Also very knowledgeable--ive gone in there to look at sheet music and ended up getting advice on regulating a piano (that i didnt even buy from them) and which technicians to go with. You really cant beat that. I would encourage anyone looking for a piano, new or used, to head directly to Fox Music. They wont pressure you into a sale, but will provide any information you need, and wont hover over you while you try out the pianos. It can be a little nerve-wracking if youre new to the instrument to walk into a piano store, but the staff there will set you at ease. I also used them to move a piano and that service was excellent as well.

My wife used Fox Music for a digital piano rental. She loved the piano and it came with the pedal, case, and everything necessary to plug in and play her gig. Great service and top quality equipment. Highly recommend.
