This place used to be wonderful, but it has since changed hands. I get in these crazy times all of us are kind of crazy so initially I wanted to cut them all kinds of slack. Nobodys perfect and were all overwhelmed, but I was in on a recent Monday around 4pm to get some keys to my mother down in Florida. She asked that they arrive Wednesday. Youngish guy I dealt with was fast, moved fast, was running through the steps, and suggested I do 2nd Day Air delivery. He never told me this option was NOT guaranteed. There was zero mention of that. I also had a passport photo taken, which I think threw him off his usual game, routine. Im guessing this because while he gave me a credit card receipt, he never gave me my shipping slip with the tracking number, and I never saw him put a label on my package.When the package didnt arrive on Wednesday by midday and my mother was worried, I had to go and get the tracking number I was never given, and that caused some difficulty; they werent sure how to give it to me just using my credit card receipt. Still, I got it. They tried, and I only got an edge of attitude which I get (crazy times). When I entered it into tracking finally, it said the label for the package wasnt created (not scanned) until nearly 6 pm, surely after that days packages had gone off. I think thats when that 2nd Day Air became the stuff of guesswork.My mother also called the store today (unbeknownst to me until after shed called), and she was upset the parcel of keys had still not come as promised (its Thursday now, early evening; and still no keys). She got mounds of attitude, straight-up rudeness, no kindness or apology. My mother is a senior citizen. I wouldnt be writing this if not for how they treated her -- without professionalism, patience, or kindness. Just nonsense all around or MORE nonsense. If I were you, Id avoid this place under its current ownership and head to the Post Office or Fed Ex to mail anything important or precious or time-sensitive.
The most unpleasant person I’ve experienced in customer service. I just brought in a package with a ups label already attached. All I needed was an employee to scan it and give me a receipt. Got a healthy serving of attitude and lack of interest from the beginning.Also, I had a form FROM UPS with instructions for the store representative to sign and keep with the shipment (for insurance). I was told “I don’t sign anything.” Thanks for your help!Don’t go here unless you feel like being treated like garbage!
The associates at the store are very helpful and provide great customer service. Convenient location with plenty of parking makes this an easy stop to drop off packages.
I have Been to this location several times in the last few months. Today when I visited the North Hampton UPS, I was having a difficult time with a time-sensitive package. The people (especially the man who I believe was the manager) at this location were SO helpful and basically solved my entire problem for me. Every time I walk out of the North Hampton UPS store, I think to myself, “well, that was easy!”
Walked in- Got in line as second and the woman behind the counter ignores me and takes a guy who was still filling out his forms - not even an acknowledgment.Sad when a business which depends o. Customer service is so miserable at it.If had a choice will always use someone else.

A small UPS store located next to a LLBean Outlet store in a strip mall.Staffers are somewhat friendly.The issue is that the store isn’t easily found on online maps like Google or Yelp.The map location marker is in the Wrong location, usually in the location of a Shaws supermarket which is located across the mall from where it’s located.
Worse place ever. Bring them directions and they throw them back when paperwork says bring to them!!! They don’t know what they’re doing at this store!
The guys at this UPS Store took very good care of my $$$$ package and I plan to give them all of my business from now on.
I can honestly say Ive never seen a better packing job in my life, and Ive done a lot of shipping in the last 60 years. I needed to box and ship two large paintings cross country, and I was nervous because they mean a lot to me. Not only did Doug (the manager) build a custom shipping crate, but each painting was perfectly wrapped in multiple layers of protection. Both paintings arrived in perfect condition, and UPS called me in advance to arrange delivery. The driver had to walk down my block with a 200 lb. crate on his dolly because his semi wouldnt fit. Im so grateful for this excellent service on both ends, and especially to Doug and his crew in North Hampton for being careful, professional, and just generally fantastic. Thank you!!!
Does a great job at handling UPS packages. Every time I have needed to pick up a package they have been great at handling it unlike some craft store that now has become a convenient UPS access point.
Unwilling to help when things get lost that are shipped out from this facility and they blame it on the fact that they are a franchise and can’t do anything. If you want good service go somewhere else.
Was running late from work and got to the store doors at 5:55pm 5 minutes before closing time & an employee was already locking the doors I ran up to the door & they just smiled & laughed at me seeing the box in my hand & realizing that I was trying to get something shipped urgently by my body language. Very, very, bad experience; definitely will not be trying this UPS again!
My wife, Barbara has been using the Shredding Service for the last 3 years and they are very pleasant and helpful whenever she visits the store. She have been getting rid of personal documents that she wants to make sure they are destroyed and feels very confident in the Shredding Service which they have in this store. They are also very helpful when she needs to ship things to Florida and New York several times during the year.
Efficient, competent, confident employees. The packaging service exceeded my expectations. I worked with Jackie, she did a great job.

I have used the UPS store several times to ship packages. Never an issue and always on time with deliveries. Very friendly staff in the North Hampton office.
I had a previous review that definitely needs to be updates. I did have a problem but I placed the blame on the UPS Store and not UPS itself. Jackie went out of her way to figure out what the real issue was. Now that I have a complete understanding of the situation I will most definitely use this location again
Went in for some difficult color surveys. Jackie Coyne was amazing. Jackie worked on my project while twenty packages came in at the end of the day, processed them so her UPS driver could load and leave. Always smiling under the pressure of the end of the day business. Jackie converted my surveys, solved the problem for a perfect print.
Pick up package each month. Small fee great service. Highly recommend
Found out the hard way that UPS stores charge extremely high fees for shipping certain items (total ended up being twice the online estimate). Had to call their corporate office to get the itemized fees, they were not shown on the receipt nor were the staff able to tell them to me. Skip the scam and just take your packages to the Dover warehouse, not too far and they wont charge you crazy fees.
Always 100% helpful, nice, patient and relaxed. Super people, and that makes a service business.

The UPS store in North Hampton always offers some of the best customer service you can find in the seacoast NH area. The staff is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure that my packages are delivered safely and efficently.
Its the first place I think of going to when I need to ship or get something notarized. Pleasant, professional and convenient
Dave Anderson at the UPS store goes above and beyond for our company and will even drive from North Hampton NH to Amesbury Mass to pickup product for shipments. They dont stop there as they Will print Flyers and make copies for us as well.
Sent a $700 package out of this store with insurance. Package was returned damaged but North Hampton UPS store will do nothing about it because they say it wasnt packaged correctly. Wouldnt they tell you that when you decide to spend the money for insurance?
