The store is well organized and easy to find what I needed. Irving, the sales guy, was awesome, knowledgeable, and super helpful. This is a much better buying experience for major appliances than the competitors.

Great, quick, friendly service. Irving was very helpful and got us in and out quickly before our toddler got impatient. So happy our new fridge will be delivered in 2 days so we don’t have to struggle for very long without a very important kitchen appliance. Very happy, returning customers!

We bought a discounted demo grill and was told it was exactly the same as a new grill except it has been on display in the past year. When we received the grill, the ignitor wouldnt start because the cap to the battery holder was missing. We went back to the stored to get a replacement part, but they didnt have any in stock and was eventually told by a manager that we needed to call their supplier to order a replacement part that would arrive the following week. Luckily, another sales representative/manager who understands the value of customer service gave us the cap from another demo grill, which we offered to replace. We purchased a lot of meat that we had planned to grill over the weekend, so this was extremely helpful.

This evening we had the pleasure of dealing with P.C. Richard & Son, North Haven Manager, Michael Koumou. He was great; easy to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Weve purchased all of our appliances and much more from this location over the years and continue to go back which says a lot for their customer service.I also have to mention the extended warranty that we purchased almost 10 years ago. Replacing our dryer is proof that P.C. Richard & Son backs up their warranty. After not being able to get the part to fix our dryer, they replaced it! It was an easy process with the service center and then Michael in North Haven finished the process. If anyone is debating purchasing the warranty, it is well worth the money! We will have a brand new dryer in just a few days! Thank you Michael and P.C. Richard & Son!!

The dryer at one of my offices died during a busy Monday. I reached out to PC Richard and was assisted by Brian. Not only did he immediately provide me with comparable options to the dryer we had, but he was able to get us in for delivery next business day which saved us an additional day of having to go to the laundromat to dry things. Cant thank him enough! Fabulous service!

I dont usually write a review unless I can undoubtedly give a good one. Well, I have to say that my experience at PC Richards today was a great one! I was shopping for a laptop for my son and wasnt sure what to go with. Sean, a sales associate, was FANTASTIC! He spent time with me and answered all of my questions. He went over specs and helped me compare laptops and ultimately make a choice. Sean is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is talking about. And, he has an amazing personality and is super kind. We have always had good experiences at PC Richards but today exceeded all visits! Thank you, Sean! Bought a new freezer from them, it was replaced, because it wasnt freezing properly. I later went in for a compact refrigerator, but there wasnt one in-stock, only the store display. A sales representative tried to order one for later delivery, but couldnt, although the system shows over one hundred of it in-stock. He said the system wasnt letting him . We ended up leaving them for a competitor. Another aspect is, one representative thinks you have to talk to another when you need assistance, it doesnt matter what.

Why did I even think to try ordering my new fridge elsewhere? After a fiasco with *redactedname (lowes)* I turned to PC Richards. Even though I am in MA, they got me the same fridge and delivered /exactly/ when they said they would. My apt isnt an easy reach and I was worried about the fridge getting up to my 3rd floor home, but the guys from CT did a GREAT job!
