Honest owner! Very well at communicating. Great work installing central air unit

Sal was a good guy he worked hard installed 2 bran new HVAC systems for me last summer for over 20,000. At the end of last year one ac was acting funny he came back to refill it no charge that was great. This summer the same unit has failed and doesnt run. I called about that and to have him do the 1st year service for the furnaces. For approximately 2 weeks now I cant get a phone call returned, I can get a response from text but then no follow up on setting up a time to come out. I am highly disappointed that within 1 year of install the same unit has failed twice and the installer of the product doesnt seem to want to stand behind his own work, or look to see if it is a damaged machine covered under a warranty. I wouldnt use a contractor that doesnt stand behind a contractor who isnt willing to stand for their own work within a reasonable span of time.
