My wife Crystal and I bought not one but two beds for ourselves and our son.It was awesome customer service by Mr. Winston Henry as he was closing at 8pm we showed up at 7:30 and he stayed to help us until 9:30. Winston Henry was our sales expert and the experience was excellent from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out. My boyfriend and I are in our mid-20s and had no previous mattress buying experience. We figured we’d just go sit on all the beds and pick one, but I’m so glad that Winston was there to help us. He explained all the new bed technology to us, asked us what we’re most concerned with, spent time going through each bed with us, and put so much effort into finding the right bed for us. Then when an unexpected delay in shipping came about, he knew we couldn’t wait any longer for a new bed, so he went above and beyond to get us an upgrade so we’d be able to get our order on the scheduled date. The experience couldn’t have been more positive for us. We currently sleep on a terrible mattress that is causing us problems and we cannot wait for our new bed. Salesman very rude!!! I was only person in the store tonight I came to buy 7 mattresses for my new home my beds are being delivered tomorrow. I asked the salesman for low cost mattresses stating that I was on a budget he looked over his glasses and pointed to a area in the store and sat back at his computer. I came back and asked could he tell me the difference between two I was thinking of getting he would not help me I just left, very upset i I didnt tell him up front I was there to buy 7, 6 are for my children, 3 are going on bunkbeds this is reason I asked for low cost 3 are for my older children which I planned on spending more on an 1 was for myself and my partner who is with child i planned to get a top quality. I did however as I left let him know he missed out on a 7 mattress sale and that Id be going to Ashley or somewhere else that has customer service, I would not recommend anyone shop here!

Incredibly negative experience. The guy who was working there on 7/14/19 (didn’t get his name) was being very condescending about my lack of mattress knowledge. He also made fun of the way I laid on the mattresses.The mattresses seemed like they were good quality.

We have made purchases at this location before. Every time we come in we are genuinely greeted by Winston and Peter. We purchased a beautiful king size mattress as an upgrade and Winston made the whole experience carefree and easy. We had a little issue with the delivery of the king mattress but Winston made sure that everything got straightened out. We needed a bed for our daughter so we decided to visit the North Haven location. Peter helped us make a great decision for our daughters first bed. Part 1. I purchased a mattress online in CT and it was a fiasco from start to finish. When I purchased the mattress I was assured by the agent that delivery and set up were included in the purchase. When the movers arrived to deliver the mattress a large guy came in and drug the mattress into the hall and flipped the box spring and stated they were not going to take it because it was broken and I needed to contact the company. As I was contacting the company I heard one of them say take a picture. Apparently they were unable to bring the box spring up to the 3rd floor even though the box spring they were SUPPOSED to take is also a queen. The large guy told me they were taking everything back and I now needed to call the company and tell them I was refusing delivery! I asked him why I would say that when it was absolutely untrue. The truth is you cant get it up the stairs! He became angry and said so now youre claiming I cant do my job Im offended. I said YOURRE offended, the first thing you did was take my bed and then decide NOT to honor part of the service agreement, then YOU said you cant bring the mattress up the stairs, He said all you have to do is tell them you made a mistake and need a split queen box spring. I said but I didnt make a mistake I already have queen box spring that is not split and was delivered with no problems whatsoever but I called the company, the 1st of 4 calls that started with a 45 minute wait on hold! I finally reached someone on the chat and explained what happened to them. The person Nateka stated that he had a picture showing that the box spring did not fit and they wont leave it if it doesnt fit. Also they dont remove broken items so they would not be removing the box spring but I could order a split queen at a higher cost and they would redeliver it.

And with free delivery (even on short notice) and a flexible return/exchange policy, this company clearly works hard to impress customers and make sure everyone ends up satisfied. Check your box spring !!! check your box spring !!!Box spring had a crack and there is no returns....customer service was poor, did not explain that the box spring you want for your bed may not be the box spring you get because its floor models.

I went to purchase a mattress which was rather on the cheap side. Around $100 when I asked what the return policy was if the person I was purchasing it for did not like it could I return it. Well the gentleman working there did not speak english very well and said that there is a small return fee. The return fee is $150 which to me is a waste considering the fact that the mattress is $100. The other time I went in the store I was wondering how much just a mattress was and the guy was RUDE as can be about what the price of a mattress was and proceeded to tell me that the pillows that I was purchasing for $20 are originally $80 I was like WoW. I will NEVER EVER shop at any mattress firm again.
