Problem with damaged screen protector; thought phone glass was cracked. Yazmin determined quickly what the problem was, got me a new screen protector, installed it, asked if I needed any more help. Couldnt have been a better experience. Thank you Yazmin, and Verizon.

This is by far the greatest service I’ve ever received. I recently left T mobile due to limited promotions, horrible customer service and less than mediocre cell service. William was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and was determined to find the best deals to suit my needs. Also, the Black Friday promotions could not be beat. I got more than my money’s worth. Needless to say, I left the store feeling like a valued customer (unlike T-mobile) with a brand new iPhone 12. I would highly recommend this store and agent!

Walked in assuming this was a Verizon store, its not, its an authorized retailer. I had a question about the status of my account after purchasing a new phone elsewhere. The first thing the salesperson said to me was That was a mistake, you should have come here.This was not helpful and actually rude and inappropriate. As if that comment was going to help my current situation.The phone I purchased was not even on display inside this store, so how was I supposed to even buy one from this store if they werent ready.There is no way I will ever step foot in this building ever again.

Unscrupulous Crooks, they charge over $100 than whats listed on the Verizon website. On the outside this store looks like any Verizon store but they are an independent dealer called Cellular Sales. The rep i dealt with was Josue Champagne who likes to take advantage of customers. In this case it was my son who is a minor who had no choice because his phone broke had to go to this store. Luckily for me i was able to call Verizon and dispute this and get credited. If anyone plans to go to this store, beware and make sure you review the fine print. Even Verizon told me that these stores are not allowed to charge whatever price they like. Its sad that even during this pandemic there are crooks out there trying to make a fast buck.

IT WAS AWESOME how the sales associates all were so amazing, nice, and relatable. They were able to help me get great deals and care about how I use my account. Truly they show compassion towards what us as customers need. Michael Vallerie helped my girlfriend and I to get what we needed and it was great. My kids got me a tablet for Christmas that I didn’t really use because I didn’t know how. I went to the Verizon store in North Haven on Washington’s Avenue and worked with Valerie. She was a very sweet and patient young lady. She helped to teach this old timer how use my tablet. She also helped me to download apps and showed me how to use them too. I’m not a huge fan of technology but Valerie helped to put me at ease with her kind nature. I would definitely recommend this store.

It was finally time to upgrade my phone and I surely am glad that I came to the Verizon location on Washington Avenue in North Haven. Several of my friends and family had recommended this location to me because of their great customer service. I definitely received some of the best customer service with Valerie. She was very patient, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and made some great recommendations. My first time in the north haven store I had a great experience with a associate Giovanna, ordered my phone and everything. Giovanna is has a great friendly service I give her 5 stars. However she was not in today when I picked the phone up. The lady’s who helped my bf and I was very rude about the mask thing as soon as we walked it. I wanted to open the phone myself and everything and they opened it took everything off!! We were in there for 45mins all three networks crashed!!! They were calling other people when I was clearly sitting there waiting to finish my process. The two women that were working on my file one was a new hire and was not Professional at all. The manager or whoever she was the older female was very rude did not have any respect for her employees. Had the worst experience with them!!! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE UNLESS Giovanna in... POOR POOR SERVICE IF YOUR GOING TO GET A PHONE HERE DONT THEY ARE SLOW AND NOT A IN AN OUT PROCESS!!!

My experience at this store is always phenomenal. I come in whenever I have any questions about my phone and today my email stop working. I had Akeem and his crew are the most professional, they help me reset everything for me and got my back up and running.

Youre better off going to the actual Verizon store on universal drive. First experience was I needed a new sim card for my new phone I ordered online. I later found had I gone to the store on universal drive I wouldnt have had to pay for it but because this is a franchise store I had to buy one. Another time my parents wanted to upgrade their plan due to low data limit. They went to this store and the person working told them there was nothing they could do, they had the best plan they could get. I brought them to the store on Universal drive and the person there got them on an unlimited plan and they no longer have any issues. Skip this store and go to the one on Universal, theyre much better at helping you.

This place was great. My brother went here to get help for his old phone. He eventually got a new phone and Luis worked with him and my brother said he was great. My mom thought he was wonderful, he had to call her a few times for information. Then I went the next day and worked with William and he was great, loved his sense of humor. Then my mom went to look and talk about getting a phone but with a little nudge from me and Vincent she got one. She worked with Vincent and he was wonderful. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Answered all of our question. I would recommend.

I came in to get my elderly grandmother a phone. I worked with Valerie and she told me about a trade in promotion for my old phone. I ended up getting a phone a tablet and lowered my bill. I absolutely will come back to this store everyone was so friendly.

Went to the North Haven store to set-up my daughter’s iPhone 11 Pro Max from her current iPhone 8. Akeem provided best-in-class service and professionalism in seamlessly doing so. My favorite place in North Haven! I come here at least 1 time a week to see my friend Akeem who is extremely helpful with all my technology questions. Its been about 2 years and this place keeps getting better and better, I would never go to another Verizon store.

As an elderly woman not very technically competent, I have found consistently good help from staff at cellular sales they are patient and competent and do not make you feel foolish if you need directions repeated! Notable staff is Akeem and Yazmin they were very helpful.

I have been at the store on Tuesday for over 5 hours with no resolution. Factury default, have not been able to use my phone for weeks. Brand new phone. They have no problem selling you everything but no one can call you back or help to rectify anything. Customer service was horrible!! I went through tech support over and over!! I am so frustrated!!! I feel like the other way to get John Alexanders attention (store manager) and call back is to stand out side his store tomorrow with a sign saying how awful their customer service is. They blame it on training reps. If they are training they should not be left alone
