First and last time I will order what a joke. I ordered on Saturday and to pick up monday at 10am. You think it would be ready for pick on monday right. On top of I was 40 minutes late or 10:40am. I had to wait 11 minutes for them to make my order luckily it was only a brithday platter and not a big order. I must not under stand the point of ordering something ahead of time. Do not waste your time with this business.

Was disappointed in an order placed for mothers day from the North Haven location (I placed the same order for delivery to my sister from the West Haven location and it was perfect). This order was not presented advertised and looked as if it had been shaken up; it did not look presentable to gift at all. Also, I am aware the variety of fruit is subject to availability, but the entire order only included strawberries. When I called, I was told a manager would reach out in a day or 2. She did call the next day and left a voicemail justifying why the order arrived as it did. The reason for my review is actually more due to the service rather than my initial complaint. I found it extremely unprofessional, and aside from that, there was no effort made to rectify the situation. I was concerned as I had an anniversary order to place this week as well and wanted to ensure it came out presentable. After the service I recieved, I ended up ordering from a neighboring store, even though it was farther from the where it be delivered.

Great job on chocolate coated fruits. Very large strawberries. Smoothie was delicious. Rich was most courteous.

I love the people that work here. VERY FRIENDLY. UNFORTUNATELY.. today i go there and get the fruit cup. The fruit taste super weird and slimey. And i had TWO FLIES in the fruit!!!!!!! i had to go all the way back and get a refund. super disappointed

Picked up an arrangement from the front freezer. When I began asking a few questions about the arrangement, the man responded to me with attitude as if I were interrupting something. He claimed it had been made the same day, but upon opening it with my family it was FILLED with fruit flies and the fruit was soggy. I dont believe that it was made same day. Disgusting that they have arrangements sitting there for god knows how long. I will never return to this disgusting location.

I ordered a 5 dollar fruit and I added a message to the card and I never received my card!! so annoying to pay for something and not get what you want

Disgusting fruit. Slimey and old. Flies everywhere. Got a chocolate covered strawberry and when I bit into it, it was mushy and brown on the inside. Disgusted.

“They are closed”Walked in 15 min prior to closing and everything was already put away. I wasnt getting arrangement only a fruit cup and she says they are closed. I guess...
