Friendly staff I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this store. Also very knowledgeable about where to find what your looking for. I very pleased instead of a 5 star, I give them a 10.

After going to these stores for years for all my supplement needs I decided to take my business elsewhere because I was asked to pull up my mask over my nose. No thanks. you do not own my body and I should not even have to where a mask in the first place. Theres plenty of other businesses that will respect my personal space. youve lost a customer.

Staff is always very courteous and knowledgeable and the selection, as you know if you ship here, is really good. Prices on the Vitamin Shoppe brand products is really good.

COVID-19 safety protocol was good ... plexiglass @ checkout ... customer checkout station was at least 6 from checkout counter (great idea) ... very helpful staff.

I was told no mask no service and I was the only one in the store. So who was I supposed to social distance from. That’s okay I get better deals on amazon.

From the minute I walked in the door the sales people never looked up or even asked could they help me. Dont waste your time or money where clearly the browner skin isnt helped or wanted in the north haven store.

The store near me is always super helpful, push deals, but being informative and not overbearing. Everybody always wants to help me when I have questions which is great

Staff are not really very motivated, and I suspect are largely untrained. The shop in a good resource for what you need, if youre already knowledgeable and are looking for good prices. If you are, Amazon will probably be cheaper. If youre not, pay the extra and go to a specialist health shop.

I always come to this store to buy vitamins but on 08/June/2020 around 12:30pm the Clerk in the store was so rude and had zero (0) Customers service the way he talked to me was showing like he had a bad day so I came to edge of the wood the Vitamins & Grocery store on Whalley Ave New Haven they give me coupons at store for better price.I recommend edge of the wood rather then Vitamin shoppe thank you Vitamin shoppe Guy you saved my 14$ on coupon at different store hope you keep losing your customers like this.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me pick out a great plant based multivamin and tasty plant based protein powder.

Poor customer service. I walked in and the staff ( two girls) didnt acknowledge me. I went and got my stuff and when I was ready to pay, again poor customer service, there was a girl at the register and I smiled to state that Im ready to pay, she faked smile back at me and then looked down at the register. After one minute standing there, I had to ask can I get help and pay for my items and she said still looking down at the register, NO EYE CONTACT someone will assist you, another two minutes pass and the second girl who was just near the register, clearing up things, decide to get up and ring my stuff, and NOW she wants to play customer service. I wanted to just get out of there and didnt care about her last minute fake trial at customer service. I will only go there to get stuff, forget the staff- totally UNPROFESSIONAL !!

Gentleman there older guy is very rude. Always begins with “what Is it that you want” in a very rude tone. I will avoid that place at all costs. I’ve been there twice when he’s been present and he’s been rude every time.

Used to be my main place for vitamins but Ive been noticing recently Ive been researching their prices some of the vitamin to get for like $30 less a bottle of wine so I mean I know its a walk in place but theyre not very competitive anymore oh well
