I just called US air to inquire about a few questions I had about a charge I was not expecting. The guy who answered the phone could not be any more rude, his customer service skills are lacking to say the least. Not only were his answers short but he almost hung up on me when i told him i did not have the paperwork he asked for in front of me. Later Im the call when I gave him the info he sats he needed to look up the charge, he practically said I should feel lucky I didnt pay more and that the warranty covered the part. Total inability to want to help out a customer. I really hope this place gets their act together soon, if it wasnt because my warranty dictated that I had to go through them I would have taken my business elsewhere.
