Amazing pricing! Amazing staff! Prices beat any retail price. Not a typical scratch and dent store. Appliances are actually in very good shape just basically out of the box. Definitely will be back to shop for more appliances in the future.

I wish I could give no star.They are a scam.Ordered,never delivered.Never return calls,or messages,blacklisted my phone number.Dont fall into their trap of cheap half price appliances.I recommended a friend,who is waiting for almost a month for his appliance.Please dont throw in your hard earned money to these scammers.EDIT- April 30.Because I posted the review the seller contacted me with stories that she wasnt able to deliver.It was a cash on delivery order.I said to her I will ask my friend to go and pick up if she isnt able to deliver at my convenient time.She was pressurizing me to change the review.I will never buy from this place.Uploaded conversation screenshot and calls log with this person right from April 21,2018 .EDIT-May 1-This lady said she could not find in the system few days before when I posted my review and the funny part is we exchanged messages and calls right from April 21,2018.As you all could see crystal clear from chat history and calls log that I shared in the form of screenshot to the public.God Bless her.God bless you people.I wont recommend this store.Please spend some extra and go to a legit and trust worthy store,worth your time and money,not worth there.

I purchased from Prime Appliance Outlet, at unmatchable price!! Lauren was very informative over the phone and got us a great package deal. Front desk lady was very friendly as well. The microwave had a very minor scratch and they swapped it out the next day. I recommend 3 friends to them so far.

So far one star is overly generous. We paid for a dishwasher and they said it would be delivered in 4 days. The day before the delivery I called and text many times to get a time, and they said they would confirm before closing. Guess what, they never did give us a time, and now they are ghosting on our delivery. Haven’t heard or received a text back in 4 days. Starting to think this company is a total scam. Be very careful. Luckily we purchased on a credit card and will now be placing a stop payment on the card so that this place doesn’t scam us totally. Thanks for wasting our time. You have been warned.

DO NOT BUY HERE! They are shoddy and absolute crooks!!! I have been waited big for my appliances for two months now. They are impossible to get a hold of, never contact you back and make promised delivery dates that are never kept. After threatening to sue them they finally came up with two of the three appliances I ordered. I had to pick them up myself after numerous failed promised delivery date. When I got home with them, they were the wrong ones!!! Now I am in a place where I have two wrong ones and one they haven’t even gotten me yet.I have asked for a refund and for them to come get the wrong ones and now no one is getting back to me!Will be calling my lawyer on Monday.Don’t make my mistake...learn from us and go somewhere...anywhere else.UPDATE: been another week. We were made more promised deliveries that never came through. We’re offered the opportunity to go pick them up today and they still are not available and no one will call us back. Supposed to get a call by 10:00am it’s now 5:00 and no call. Will update again if I ever here where my $2500 is.

It’s a smaller business not typical big retail store. The prices you will not find any where. The items are mostly open box but to be honest they are very clean, not a typical scratch and dent store @ half price. My delivery was two days late, I have worked in a retail store before and have seen this happen all the time. I would come back again and passed the word to all my coworkers and friends.

You might be wary of shopping from this place, and I can totally understand if you are. Fairly new, not too many ratings yet, hard to find information about the store. When you call the number, its someones cellphone. But at the price theyre quoting you, I say its worth a try.And it was worth it! Got a nice set of LG washer/dryer with pedestals for almost half the price I would have gotten somewhere else. Delivery was 2 days later than quoted, but at the price Im getting, its not too big of a deal. They are a small business and they try to be upfront with what they are selling - open box, sometimes cosmetically imperfect, but fully functional items. I will buy more appliances from them in the future.

I normally dont post reviews like this but I have to warn all of you out there looking to do business with this company.I purchased 8 refrigerators from them. Sold to me by a lady named Sophia Lauren. I believe she is the owner. Six of the fridges were delivered very very late (I mean weeks) and thats after screaming at them every day. The last two were never delivered. Got tired of waiting and requested a refund. It has been over a month, I am still waiting for my refund...Sophia became stealth (not responding to calls and text messages). For so many people to have similar experience like the one I had with her, she must be running some sort of a half scam. I am filing a complaint against this business for fraud and abuse of trust and to get my refund.If you like their prices, buy and take the item with you at the same time. Never give them your money believing they will deliver the product to you as agreed. I would have given 0 star if there were such thing.

Found them on offer up, came in to look at a certain dishwasher. The store looked pretty shady but the woman reassured us that the just moved in. The dishwasher we wanted to purchase was out of stock, we paid for it to be ordered and was promised a call in 4 days when it arrived. 3 weeks later no call. Tried contacting them and no response. Went to the store and it was closed. I had to show interest in something else from another account to get a response. So we set up a meeting and sure enough they didn’t have my dishwasher and wouldn’t give me a refund . I had to spend 115more dollars for a different dishwasher and bring it home the same day. I’m hoping that this one works. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone you will definitely get scammed.

Had to share this!! Just brought over the weekend vanity in the box with sink for $89, and a range in the box for $299. Gentleman at the store was very informative and polite. Still can’t get over it, it’s a hidden gem.

I came down to this store, Home Depot put off my order 3 months and my order has been in two weeks already. They had the wall oven and cooktop I wanted in stock. They ordered the dishwasher for me wasn’t in stock. It arrived a bit later then the date anticipated, but the prices and service was amazing!!

Amazing deals!! Lauren took the time to get a package deal that no store can match. They were a bit off on their delivery, but they are a start up company that’s going through growing pains. I didn’t bother waiting since I was getting saving $2300.

Brought an entire kitchen package for half the price. The cooktop they did not carry at the time of purchase. I wasn’t ready for the install for 35 days, they held my appliances for me and found the cooktop for me. They are a startup company, sometimes hard to get a hold of because the owner is somewhat a one man show. But definitely coming back to purchase my washer and dryer from them.

Had a really bad expierience with the customer service. They promised three different delivery dates and times before they actually delivered it. Dont think i would have gotten my items by now if i didnt stay on them. They do not keep in touch with you about when they are going to deliver. The delivery driver was really helpful, he went out of his way to make sure the refridgerator was able to fit into the house. She called him during the delivery and told him it was not an install and to leave it outside. luckily he was a good dude and helped me get it in, he is the only reason for the 2 stars

Horrible horrible service we bought appliances from here and they scheduled it for 2pm the next day and they ended up showing up at 1130pm that night in the rain with our appliances not covered, it was bad the people the sent to install didnt speak any English at all so we couldnt communicate....

Can’t believe it brought a Samsung Washer and dryer gas set basically just out of the box for $1199. Quoted at neighboring retails store for $2199. Will be back for more.

I ordered a kitchen set, and washer dryer. Saved $2000 if I was to purchase at a big retail store.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE!!! Refund me the $1,700 I paid for my dishwasher and stove vent that you never delivered (after promising me delivery and making me wait around for hours) and I will delete this review.
