The guys that helped me out did a great job and did a lot more than I could have expected. They knew a whole lot and pretty much automatically gave me a response with specifics to my questions and my car. They honestly deserve double their pay for the way they helped me through, at one point in the middle of a rush. Im terrible with names so whoever was working around 7 pm on Nov 1, yall deserve a raise.

On 8/10 I came to the store with questions about my battery. I received helpful knowledge, understanding, patients and even better someone who could help me install my car battery. The guy (David) I think was even Courteous and checked the Alternator. Good old fashion kindness and customer service. It was and more beacause it was very hot out. He didnt Hesitate to help or even give Attitude like most place. Even his Manager was very polite and helpful. Thanks you guys for great customer service

At least they werent rude! But the help i received didnt help much. The employee who I interacted with very out-of-touch with the store inventory. Im glad I didnt take it at his word that the part I inquired about was not a stocked item. He was standing about four feet away from several variants of what I was asking for.A redeeming factor though: This location is open way late! Till eleven. Thats awesome.

A joke employees rely waaaaay to much on the computer instead common sense or actual experience working with cars beware people their only as smart as the computer in front of them. Walked in there for a battery for a welder, employee asked what I needed told him I need a new battery for a welder he said that they dont carry them so he looked up the name online and said autozone dont have a part number for that so I cant look it up and I should try napa or oreileys. Told him napa dont have them and that its just a regular 12 volt car battery several times and after looking annoyed with me he decides to look at the number on the battery and what would you know they actually had a battery. Its a good thing I didnt ask for something complicated like armorall wipes probably wouldve had a heart attack

I went into this autozone to have my car battery charged...when I came back to pick it up a young man named David p. Was very rude to me I asked him how his day was and he kept telling me to hold on and was very short with me he had a bad attitude and was so disrespectful

Auto Zones are a great place for just about anything auto related. I bought some new wiper blades from a store not associated with Auto Zone. I went home and couldnt figure our to install them. Auto Zones business motto has to be Be nice and smile with every customer and do whatever you can to help the customer. I say that because THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO. They help you! I went there to get help putting wiper blades on my car that I purchased from a competitor and the employee i spoke with came outside to help! Wish I could remember his name because I OWE HIM LUNCH AND/OR DINNER. THEY WERE OPEN Thanksgiving Day. The guy who helped me had to work it so I told him I would bring him some Thanksgiving food from my moms and I forget. So I owe you dude. Ill come by soon. The blades I had were not the correct ones for the type of wiper arms I had so I purchased some from the kind employee at their store, he slapped them on for me and I took the ones I had back to the store I got them from and got my money back. And I forgot to bring him some food when I said I would. Appreciate you man. Ill see you soon.

To expand on my rating, I called this store to verify that an item was in stock before I bought it online to pick up in store. Instead of going to the items location as requested (to avoid wasting the drive to the store, the whole point of that process) I was quoted the price of the item (which I was looking at) and told they had the item by reading the same information I had. When I clarified my request, they repeated their response and blew me off by saying it was there.Another occasion I had an item from another location sent to that store, bought it, and when I was called and told that my item was there, when I got there they said that it wasnt. After I regrouped outside I went back in the store and asked another individual who was able to find it with no problem.Thirdly I stopped by for a tap and die set that wasnt on the floor. When I went to the counter to ask if a metric set was available at the store closest to my house, the associate walked to the items spot on the floor to find it when I had already figured that out for myself and moved past it to ask if it was available at a specific store. That store said it had two on hand incorrectly. And the following store was out of my item, but another store that didnt matter (because I wasnt going that direction) had my item in metric and the requested store was out of inventory. Because the Elkhorn store inventory was incorrect, I requested, again, that someone walk to the item spot to make sure their inventory was accurate. Instead of asking my requested store to do that, I was told that the third story was going to be open for awhile, which was not what I asked for, again.I dont have a disability or a yspeech impediment that would make hearing and understanding what I was asking more difficult, they just wanted to do what they wanted and my actual request was ignored. I gave two stars because there are better options for parts than this store specifically.

They were pretty busy with customers plus answering the phone. The store was clean and shelves stocked. Good prices on products. However they didnt have what we were looking for but they tried. We tried their recommended suggestions but it was a let down. But like i said they tried. Still recommend shopping at AutoZone for your auto parts.

I likes there because open til this late, 11pm but some workers not know their stuff. I usually go the one on Auburn, all of the workers know their stuff! Even to went out of store to check my car and give me advices etc. My car wouldnt pass smog if not for them!

I had to wait 10 min to even borrow a wrench so I could even get the part number so I could buy the part.. when I came back in they workers didnt even want to help me. The auto zone rewards program is scam!! Ill just take my business elsewhere!! Future customers beware!!!

By far most horrible customer service ever, people that help you dont know how to use the system had to call and find the Part number myself in the store, and they leave for 5-10 min just to ask someone how to use the system or if they have the part that Mexican manager sucks at her job. Waited for 20 + min still was waiting for her so just left to oreillys which they helped me in 5 min. Save time and get great customer service with professional knowledge at oreillys

Slowest service ever. One employee kept having to call manger over to put his password in each time he did a search for parts. No one working the register had to stand in the line for parts service, when all I needed was a quart of brake fluid.

This isnt the first time this happened but I recently went inside to order a bushing for a 2002 Cadillac Escalade and they gave me the completely wrong part went to go to another store to try to return it that was still open and they were unable to return it due to the fact that the worker at the first AutoZone had given me the completely wrong part therefore I could not return it at any AutoZone but the original. Big pain in the ass just going to stick with NAPA Auto Parts from now on.
