I have taken all my vehicles there for many years. Ben is always kind and helpfulAnd they have high standards when it comes to taking care of there customers. I have been a loyal customer since 2006.

Paid Ben to do a front and rebuild for nearly 1K plus an alignment he outsourced it and left me with a car that would kill a soccer mom! Refused to show me paperwork and then stole my truck. Every car in the parking lot has missing license plates and some with vin numbers gone covered in dust; which I’m assuming are stolen as well. Went to take evidence for bureau of automotive and cry baby Benjamin zero stole my cell and threw it out on Watt Avenue After assaulting me. Look for yourself and make your own phone calls for the sake of public safety!!!

Ben is a very dishonest man. He is the owner of the shop. Beware of bringing your vehicle to him. Your vehicle will miss parts, they will not fix things correctly and they will overcharge you. The shop is very dirty. I lost over $1,200 from dealing with this man. I implore you to take this review seriously, as you will get screwed over if you do not take heed of this warning. And just to let you know, those reviews that have five stars are his friends putting that information there.

Great shop I took my truck there first time I used them and they did me right gave me a good price and had my truck back the same day and that includes ordering and changing out my oil pressure sending unit thanks guys

The customer service was nice. Guy knew what he was talking about to help me with my car. But I GOT JIPPED. I paid nearly $600 for new parts, but then my car starts dying on me so I take it to my sisters boyfriend. He tells me that they didnt put new parts, they just cleaned them.What a waste of $600 and a day of them having my car. I was recommended to them and I heard they were great. Pshh, yeah right. Thanks for the great service and taking my money. Now to quit my job cause I no longer have a car.😑

If I could take stars away I would. Not only did the guy show up 2 hours late to open the shop. I paid for a smog test that never got done, he refused to refund the money. Sitting in this filthy shop, I saw not only myself being ripped off, but he messed up another gentlemanss registration and put the wrong information in it and was completely disorganized. Just a complete chaos in this shop. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stear clear of this place. Especially if you are just trying to smog.. $70. Found another place that got it done for $25 and was in and out in 15 minutes .

After getting the run-around from another mechanic and stuff stolen out of our trunk, we took our car here and wont go anywhere else! Jake is great and they constantly go out of their way for us.
