Went here with a friend that needed some products, the woman working the counter seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. Coming from someone who doesnt buy beauty products it seemed expensive, but she was more than willing to go through different priced items for those on a budget.

I love the amount of customer service provided here. She doesnt over shadow you, she lets you shop in peace and if you need help she is there immediately. She is very knowledgeable of her products and offers other products. Hopefully she stays in the area we havent had a good beauty supply store in a long time

I went here with my boyfriend last night and its by far the BEST wig shop in the sacramento area! I have been to all of them you will not get customer service as good as this ANYWHERE! I like supporting small buisness (husband and wife they are adorable!!!) Plus they have a great selection and they offer tips and tricks about their products they sell. They really make it a fun experience!

What a hidden treasure! I was driving by & decided to pop in, just out of curiosity, as I was not in the market for a wig. Glad I did, as I happily discovered there were just as many, if not more, fantastic beauty supplies to browse than there were wigs! From lip liners, lipsticks, ‘stunning’ lipglosses to foundations, powders, eyebrow pencils, to nail polishes, nail supplies & more!! They even offer clip in hair extensions, both synthetic & human hair, (all the way up to 22 inches) as well as a vast array of clip in ponytails, all styles & colors!I believe it was the owner who helped me, but whoever she was, she was amazing! Extremely friendly & welcoming! She’ll even greet you, as you enter, with a warm ‘Hello’, a welcoming smile & a dollop of hand sanitizer, to boot😜With her assistance (‘personal touch’) & superb product knowledge I ended up spending way more than I could’ve ever imagined I would. Actually, when I was walking into this little store, in an unassuming (and to be quite honest, somewhat rundown strip mall), not in the best area, on Watt Ave, I didn’t think I’d be spending a cent, but I’m glad I was wrong! And, who cares about the neighborhood!!! I plan to stop in regularly. In fact I’ve already been back, twice, since my first visit!I just had to share! Honestly, if you’re looking for exceptional makeup, hair, jewelry, (they even have clip-on earrings), hair dryers/curling irons/flattening irons + shampoo/conditioner, all things ‘hair health & beauty’ & even accessories you need to check them out!And I realize what I’m about to say, may sound Cliché, but it’s just the perfect way, to convey...‘Personal Touch and Beauty Supply’ is truly, ‘A Hidden Treasure’btw: The cliché rhyme wasn’t intended😝 & I was about to go back & edit it, but decided I was actually amused by it🤣 especially because it happened by accident!
