We just had Roman and his team design a double door custom made to replace a single door with side windows and are beyond pleased with the outcome. The quality of the materials are excellent and the staff were very professional. They ensured we were pleased with even the most minor touches before finishing the job. I highly recommend them. My mother has had three beautiful custom iron doors designed and installed by RG Supply Inc over the last year. She couldn’t be more pleased with the way they have transformed her home, providing security while creating a more light, elegant, and airy atmosphere. The service Roman Ivanov has consistently provided is professional, courteous, and responsive. He cares about the quality of his product and the satisfaction of his client. My mom has very specific ideas about what she wants for her home, but because English is not her first language, she is sometimes met with frustration when working with contractors. This was definitely not the case with Roman. He was very patient and understanding while designing and later redesigning her ideal doors. Suffice it to say, she has more iron work home improvement projects in the works with RG Supply Inc, and we can’t wait to see the final results. We’re really lucky to have found Roman, and everyone who comes to the house asks where we got our doors.
