If youre looking for good people to give your money to I suggest at least giving them a chance before you make a major purchase. Due to the holiday the interest rates weren’t that great, so Sam told me to wait the next so I would be able to get a better rate it was worth the wait my rate went down 9% more. Cars are not maintained. Car was not in good condition as stated in the description on cargurus.com. It had a lot of cosmetic damages and their reason for that was because “they bought it for too much.” Car has oil all over the valve covers, no coolant in the radiator, overall bad car. Also customer service was not the best, maybe a 3/10 on a lucky day.

At first I was ignored because they were a bit busy, and I was really annoyed that day because I had been car shopping all day. Then Sam greeted us and his energy just changed my whole mood . Out of all the dealerships I have been at that day this one was definitely different. They were the first ones to offer us water without any question. Any question I had was answered, i bought my car from them and it was worth it I promise.

The family seems super nice and really cool when you arrive to get a vehicle but you will soon find out that after you get a vehicle that they will help you out if something goes wrong I have definitely made a mistake on my end of thinking that the vehicle I got didn’t have an oil change but In fact it did and the light just needed to be reset....they are making sure they stick by their word!

I applied with my sister in law here and never heard from a sales rep, we were the ones to reach out to them and all we got from them was I got my rep working on your loan. They ran our credit multiple times and never got a call, we got an approval for a lower loan yet they never reached out to ask about a cosigner or even higher down payment which we could have done. Reporting this dealer to the BBB. I wouldnt waste your time here.

We had seen a vehicle we were very interested in..but unfortunately the car had been sold! Okay...i was a little annoyed because it was (still) listed as available on their website. By chance, I came a across another car from this lot...so right away I contacted (via text) the number listed for a pre-approval...all of my questions were answered right away. We decided to move forward and finance this car.They responded (via text) within 1-2hrs that we were approved...and then we didnt hear from them again! I made numerous attempts to reach them by leaving multiple, descriptive and very specific messages (VM, EMAIL & TEXT)...still no avail!?!?
