Worst customer experience.I bought 40 pieces of rock wall earlier that day and came back in the afternoon to pick up the rest. They messed up the price and they dont wanna honor the price given the first time.Management an even want to talk to me. She didnt even let me talk and was super rude. Im reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau. It wasnt even about the dollar difference it was about the experience and the way she talks down to me and my family.We just finished buying a kitchen with you guys at your location over $16,000.

A lot of the staff here are unhelpful. Anytime I come to this location, I am never greeted or asked if I need any assistance In fact, last time I was here a total stranger helped me with my project. I made a return today and cashier Gilzine was absolutely unfriendly. She didn’t greet me or smile. Her whole demeanor was unfriendly. I do not feel like a valued customer when I shop this store. Please teach your staff how to have a friendly demeanor and be more helpful instead of ignoring the customer.

Very happy with my new door and new lock, always great service to every one of the Home Depots that I went to check the door that I wanted and check which one was available.

HD is my goto hardware store the staff is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the department they work in.

I will never ever ever go to this location ever again, couldnt get anyone to help me, one person spoke while walking away so i dont even know what she said, wasted 30mins in this place for a simple task. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

So there not stocking the brands they used to have for years. I used to be able to find everything but now it not very contractor friendly.

Horrible Customer Service. Bought some wood to be cut. Three young ladies standing by cash registers. Asked if they can page the wood department to cut. Waited 10 mins. Went back up. Asked again. Waited. Went and spoke to Richard the Manager. Another Horrible experience. He said he would cut. Walked all the the way to the back and. Then tells me. I cant cut it. It is to short. You couldnt tell me that in the front of the store. Finally returned part. The one star rating. Cashier at return. Horrible. Associates. Horrible. Everyone to busy to help a Customer. Talking to other Associates. But cant and wont help. CUSTOMER

I love shopping at that place because its really close to my house and theres one guy in flooring that gives the best customer service ever! They also have two older gentlemen in plumbing thats very knowledgeable and helpful and one or two in electrical that knows electric like the back of their hands. Why would I shop anywhere else?

My Manager and I had to rent a lift. The lift was okay but the Hitch was so worn, we had to use a hammer to have the trailer lock into place.Also, we had to buy 3 (5 gallon) buckets for water but we were also charged separately for the lids. $16 plus was ridiculous!!Customer service would have been a lot better if the gentleman behind the counter understood ENGLISH!! Dont get me wrong, he was a nice, older man but theres a language barrier that was a tad bit difficult. We asked him about the bucket price but it was if he didnt hear us.I wont stop going to Home Depot, its my favorite one stop tool store.

Too hard to find things in this place its not like the typical format or layout and if you ask somebody they never know what Ill obey your supposed to go to they always give you everything wrong youre better off just looking on your phone on the app it tells you better directions than the people that work there and of course their prices have gone extremely high better off going to Lowes

Although she was very busy, She took the time to get involved on helping with my purchase, making my coupons to work, making phone calls to customer service about my credit card, she really was into it!!I purchased tiles for my apartments, lights, fans... Pretty standard Home Depot. Was surprised at the lack of selection of basic gardening tools. Some of the layout is also strange - items usually bought together werent located near each other. Still, we could find everything we needed at a reasonable price.

Very disappointed in garden gifts for mothers day. No matter what the government says, we have an extreme inflation in the cost of building materials.

The selection at this home depot is inline with a smaller Home Depot that dwells in the heart of da hood ... dont go there for the garden selection... as a matter of fact dont go there for any thing decorative. It is a contractors heaven not a place to get inspired or even excited. Dont get me wrong t hff e customer service when I was there was above and beyond!!! Will always LOVE Home depot for that.

I prefer the store in Sunrise, because Gwen works at that store. The right sales associate makes all the difference and in this regard this store falls short. I dont like writing reviews on big box stores because Im usually under whelmed with the service. In a pinch however this store is ok.

I have bought several times here, and the truth is sometimes I have not received the expected attention treatment when I ask for help to find a product. This HomeDepot is better organized than the one in Coral Springs. But the last time I bought here, after someone who works serving the public explained to me that what I was looking for was available only online, Marlene made the difference. Unlike the previous one, she looked for the SKU number, took me to the shelf, looked for the product and handed it to me. Up Home Depot ... people like that raise the prestige of a company ... Thanks Marlene !!

Quick and easy. A/C was so the store was cool. Found what I needed - they had quite the assortment of bulbs, all of which would have fit my exhaust fan over the stove. In and out, lickety-split!

I really hate Home Depot the people who supposed work there have not cloue when you asked about anything is very frustrating we have the HD credit card and I get the gift card from American Express and is very close to our house and you can see the employee really do not want to help, said if you dont see there we dont have it, we look in the back and was plenty of them, and they make you feel like you are bother them 🤮🤮🤮

DESIREE is the best customer service representative I ever came across. Fast, efficient and friendly. She always have a wonderful smile and is always professional. Very difficult to get assistance

Good store. Home Depot maintains prices even though people steal like crazy from their stores. I wish they would not accept returns so easily from Contractors who purchase item for one time use, customers end up buying that stuff. What I dont like is I have tried to return items I know I have purchased and due to the fact they change the barcoding cannot find the items in their system. All in all great place and better than Lowes.

I was looking for a switch when Kenny, in a wheel chair rolled up to me and asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking for a switch that could turn on the fan and light, he said follow me. When he started rolling I was thinking we are moving away from the Electrical area I wonder if he understood what I said. Well he brought me to Exactly what I was looking for. I told him thank you and gave him a High 5 and we gave each other a hug. He is the definition of customer service an amazing team member to represent Home Depot.

Quite possibly the worst shopping experience by far. From the beginning of the process of selecting items I needed to the delivery and pickup the service was rotten. It is such a shame when good customer service costs nothing and yet carries so much weight. It is a huge disappointment to shop at this Home Depot and there is a huge lack of leadership and everyone marches to their own drum beat. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Disappointed customer who has made a career of customer service. I gave one star because I got my refund.

I had the worst experience with the delivery of a door and baseboard purchase. My delivery was supposed to arrive June 16 and without any call to notice they delivered on june 18 and was incomplete delivery. We had to call them several time to ask for the products. On June 19 finally arrive the rest of the product but they delivered to a wrong address where I was living at this moment. My husband have to go with them to the correct address. The person driving the truck totally unrespectful and the products on the truck without any protection against rain....I cant believe this situation from this store. I will never purchase there anymore...

Went to find self stick plastic to protect rugs from workers, asked two guys on paint department, their reply? We dont carry that check rugs, after walking the entire rug and tile area, not one employee to help, made the line for customer service the woman there said the rug expert doesnt start till 9, if I want to walk around on the mean time, didnt bother to even try to look it up on the system, bad enough we have to be our own cashiers their CS now sucks too.
