Very disappointed and upset with this company!! I bought a battery there exactly two years ago and now the battery is dead!! I take three battery in to have it charged only to be told I need to buy a new battery because the one is have now is 4 years old!!! So clearly I was sold a used or a bad battery!! Now I have to buy a new one without explanation from the store clerk!!! Definitely will not being going back here!!!

Employees close before regular posted hours.They are there laughing and not working as they should...

Went to store today, Mr.M gave me an attitude after I ask him just to double check an make sure all the accessories are there that I need, he didnt want to double check he just rip the box open but didnt really check. Long story short he kick me out the store which work out better for me because I found it cheaper online an I could see all the parts Im getting. Manager please dont respond an say sorry for my experience because then an there someone should have come over an try to rectify the situation, on the other hand not all persons there are rude there is nice staff there.

Very bad customer service in this place. If you need to test a battery from your car, you have to take out the battery and go inside. If you need to buy a battery They dont give you the service to install it. The attitude for the staff very rude.I never go to Napa to buy something, but with the today experience, I hope never need this place to buy something or to need a service.Terrible.

Ive enjoyed massive help from these mechanics. My car currently works perfectly thanks to their wonderful repairs.

I needed microfiber towels, wiper fluid, and RTV silicone sealer. They had everything I needed and all three were on sale.
