Just left. Simply asked skinny red head for a 14inch in premium now. She asked did I want a 12 & 14. I said no. She said I don’t have to be rude. I said you don’t have to be sensitive. Then acted like she did nothing wrong when I asked for a managers. No One there even cared accept the red head at register. She was the only person who answered the simple question of HOW MUCH IS A PREMIUN NOW 14 INCH. I will not be spending my money here. Elegant Beauty is right around the corner and they are much nicer.

I bought a pair of girls sandals at this store. My daughter tried it on ONE TIME at home and we saw that they were too small. We left them in the car in the same bag with the tags still on. By the time I returned them, the glue had separated the sandal stap but I didnt even notice until I brought them in and put them on the counter. They did not exchange them for me. Ive spent so much money supporting this local store. They are unreasonable and do not deserve my business. Stop selling cheap shoes you crooks!!!

The manager at this place really needs to check the women who work there. You have workers just standing around grilling you up and down while you’re trying to shop. At least act busy. No one asks can they help you. Very unprofessional and felt extremely uncomfortable. I WAS going to spend more money on other products, but because I felt so uncomfortable I got what I needed and left. Never going back.

I visited this store to purchase a wig. First off, the young lady who came over to assist wasnt too pleasant. She behaved as if I was bothering her. They do not allow you to try the wigs on without purchasing. The gentleman at the cash register stated that the city would lock down the store if he allowed anyone to try a wig before purchasing. Imagine purchasing a wig between $50 - $150 and not being able to try it. I had just been to 2 Beauty Supply stores that allow customer to try the wig on display. I guess this store will not be getting my business, although they have very nice wigs.

I love this hair store, The customer service is always A1 and I never leave disappointed. I have brought two wigs from here and was more than satisfied, this store is always clean and that’s a plus for me!!!!

First time going to a beauty supply and find everything I needed.They had a wide variety of lotions, creams, shower gel and skin oil.I had to call at least 10 stores before finding one that could provide me with what I needed.This store is amazing.

Honestly the most cost efficient beauty supply store in the area and my go to spot. You wont be disappointed with prices, Ive been going to this beauty supply chain for at least 10 years now.

Would give 0 stars if I could. No wonder its always empty. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NATURAL HAIR PRODUCTS. They tack on $5-$6 extra dollars for no reason. Go to target or even the walmart in the same plaza. Hell even ordering the product online from the manufacturer is cheaper than the prices here. Something that costs $13.99 costs $21.49 here. speaking from experience. All these reviews must be left by ppl who work here using different accounts. Would give 0 stars if possible. I was pressed for time and bought something here and I regret it so much.

Went there to get a simple nail filer and was completely overwhelmed with the items this store has. You can find the smallest detail of the huge variety they have. The prices was shocking as well. Very affordable. I really believe you can find anything relating to beauty there.

This is my favorite location. I’ve always felt comfortable and welcome and the employees are really nice and helpful, they answer all my questions and converse with me about different tips and sales to know about.

Great place to shop they are very nice and treatment with much respect! And they give you great customer service try them out they sell everything to look nice!

I came into the store at 9:15 for a sale they are having for the first 50 customers, I asked two sales associates if they have the hair in stock .i was told yes, it’s sold behind the counter.i go to the counter where I am then told there it is out of stock .That’s all fine . My mother then goes into the store just moments after me, all of a sudden they have more hair in stock for the sale price. I literally do not understand how they magically found hair to sell to another customer who came in after me . Why do you get to choose the customers that can purchase things at sale price ?

I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!! And I never write reviews but this time I NEEDED TO! Customer service was very UNACCEPTABLE! These people are very unprofessional! The employees are not knowledgeable and they purposely don’t put the barcode numbers on the items so they can change the price on you! I bought 4 items for a specific price and came back to exchange them. The cashier said they only rang up for $1.00 each when the receipt CLEARLY showed I bought each item except 1 for $1.99! Without the barcode numbers on receipts and items they can EASILY screw your over!!! It becomes their word against the customers’. They definitely lost a valuable customer. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Poor customer service!!!! the girls that work there have really bad attitudes, and the cashier forgot to remove the security device off of a wig I purchased. 😠 I will not return to this location to buy ANYTHING!!!!

The manager is sick if he really even is the manager and coughed on me and my 1 year old son in my hands after an employee threatened to punch me in the face with my one year old in my hands. STAY AWAY FROM HERE MANAGER IS SICK and they are disrespectful. No one should shop where they will put hands on a woman after making a disabled woman stand at the register for 10 minutes because 2 people didnt want to cash her out. The police has a record of this and I am allowed to protest as this is not the first time an incident like this happend there.They also teased me because of my size and facial hair
