Ordered my cake days in advance, Went to pick it up and was told they were sold out of my specific order, charged me full price for their largest serving size but somehow gave me the smallest serving size. Thanks for ruining my birthday party.

Online says they are open 24 hours, but no matter what time I go there in the evening, the lobby is closed and the drive thru says they stopped serving ice cream. Update the times or get rid of the lazy employees.

I havent been here in years and my experience was horrible. There were no basic ice cream flavors and 1 of my ice creams were served to me melted.

Awful service. Ordered an ice cream cake online to be picked up. Manager says it’s not there. I reiterated that it was an ice cream cake. She yelled, “I know it is, I can’t find it.” Very rude and never even apologized for not having my order, which was an important birthday cake. She stated she never received the order even though the receipt had their address on it for delivery. Extremely unprofessional. Manager needs to go to training to handle stress and pressure.

Placed an On Line In Store Pick Up at 3:33pm. Arrived at store at 3:45 to find front door locked. Had to get into Drive Thru line, made it to menu board at 3:55... Finally left Drive Thru window at 4:10p. Employees had NO personality and couldnt have cared less!! All I could say was Thank You, have a Great Day. I dont believe in being rude to workers, but promise I will never return to this location!

I would give this place a 0 put of 5 if I could. Litterally terrible customer service. The dude wasnt even in uniform. They had little to no flavors. Like bro you didnt even have basic vanilla or chocolate. Like the dude was on his phone not giving a damn.

Place a order for snicker sundance and I received a darn snicker sundance with m&ms whipped cream sprinkler and no body fixed the problem.

Rudest Manager working there. They apparently close their store doors at 9:30pm and it isn’t listed ANYWHERE on the building. Online claims 24 hours which is a lie. Doesn’t say to go thru drive - thru so everyone thinks it’s closed. Denied to give me her name.

They are not 24 hours and also we continually go there before 12 and they ignore us at the window every time! Terrible!!!

Ive been going to this baskin robbins for yrs never really had a problem with them just like other places or establishments theres times when they run out of stuffs but other than that there pretty decent.

Waste of gas! They dont have ice creams like strawberry and vanilla. How you dont have simple flavors such as that?!

All areas dirty...seems they are not instructed to clean. Employees have very poor customer service training and supervision. What a waist of time getting there.

Out of Rocky Road.... again. There are 31 flavors, how hard can it be to actually have them in stock? Seriously mismanaged, and unfriendly staff. Was in drive through and they seemed bothered by me asking what flavors were available when what I ordered wasnt available. The flavors arent listed on the menu board at drive through... Ive come to the conclusion that the five star reviews here MUST be fake.

Dont know why this says 24 hours when they refuse to serve ice cream after 9pm. They have coffee and donuts 24 hours but the rude emoyee told me baskin Robins closes at 9pm. Mind you they are the same location!

The staff was friendly, overall area store was pleasant. Bathroom was deplorable. No lock on the door; only one bathroom for men and women at the time...i just had to wash my hands but the floors were wet and slippery. Not safe!

At 8:45 tonight Monday, August 26th I visited one of your locations. Specifically 7135 W McNab Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. I walked in and was never greeted. As I approached the counter, I noticed the girl was on her phone and did not look up until I spoke. I asked for a Banana Royale she finally looked up and said ... We aint got no bananas and she looked back down at her phone. I was there to get three different sundaes but she couldnt be bothered. I asked for the manager and explained the situation but all she could do was stare at me and say, REALLY? In the end, I walked out with nothing and went somewhere else. Menchies which is way out of my way home from work.Bad service - If you dont want to be there and you dont want to help your customers then maybe serving ice cream isnt for you.

They were out of almost every flavor. Claimed to be 24/7 but the inside wasnt open when we went around 830 pm. They really only had a few random flavors in stock and the waffle cones were stale. It was like eating an old taco shell. Duncan donuts is shared space with the ice cream place and there were employees there inside but they wouldnt explain anything and just yelled to pull around to drive through. Accents are very heavy so its hard to understand what is actually being said

Only place i could enjoy both ice-cream & coffee.My daughter with her ice- cream as for me a nice hot cup of coffee at dunkin doughnuts

I called to place an order for an ice cream for my boyfriends birthday. When I did this, I was told I can just come in & pick it up. Since the style cake I wanted was a popular one, I didnt question this, thinking they just had that many in stock. When I showed up they didnt have the cake & said that the person I spoke to was probably just trying to get me off the phone & I needed to come in to place the order 24 hrs in advance. What upset me is that I had called more than 48 hrs prior to & when I called to complain, Rosa (who said she was the manager) basically just said too bad, so sad. She didnt offer any help or recourse when I mentioned I had a coupon that expired. I will be following this up at the corporate level.

Most of the time during the day, there is a lady working the drive who is as dumb as nit! This is not just one bad experience Ive had.. its everytime I go there and she working the counter or the drive thru Ive come to realize she doesnt know how to use her brain. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

If I could rank it any lower I would. The worst experience I have ever had. We were on vacation and wanted ice cream. We had to wait forever on service. Then was told they have no cones. Ok we can deal with that. We got two scoops of ice cream and was handed a fork to eat it with. Bc apparently the are out of everything . Terrible !😬
