Our rep, Angel, was super! The ultimate product actually surpassed previously installed hurricane impact windows we purchased, and we ultimately ordered an additional slider for another room. The quality far surpassed what I expected, and it looks gorgeous. I dont even cover this up with curtains any longer because it blocks out the heat and is beautiful by itself. Any time I had a question, Angel would always answer the phone even if he was busy with another client (more than I can say about the first company we dealt with!). So all in all, the quality and support are both phenomenal!

We used NewSouth for 9 windows and a rear glass door. They just installed them yesterday so we cant give a long term review but based on our experience so far we are very satisfied. From the original meeting with the salesman up until installation day they kept us informed of what was happening and the windows were ready when they promised. The install crew The Family were a great group of guys. Very professional and personable. They were quick, neat, and explained their install process. We did get cheaper quotes when originally shopping around but we are glad we went with an established company and feel that we got great value for our money.

I had all my house windows and sliding glass doors installed by New South Windows 3 yrs. ago. Although their price was more than a few other companies I got quotes from I was sold when I went to the showroom and Mark explained New South Windows promise for lifetime quality & service of their work. There were some minor issues that came up after installation, however, I would like to commend their customer service to send technicians to satisfy the customer, as they promised. Recently I had an issue of water coming in the track of sliding glass door & also there was no weatherstripping in one side of the door. Both these problems were due to the factory not including the weatherstripping nor did they drill the peepholes on outer door. EJ & Chris came out today to ensure these issues were taken care. They were both very professional & friendly. Their motto is that New South customers become Family to them. They truly made me feel that way. There is another technician I would like to commend. His name is Anthony. He is a smart trouble shooter. I highly recommend this company as it is sad in todays world finding dependable workers is hard to find. Only suggestion I have is for New South Windows to check the quality of their products before delivering to customers.

So. I was in the market for new impact windows. Wanted to have options so went through a couple companies before they were quick, easy, measured the windows, gave me a quote within the day. Exactly how it should be right? Nope not New South, the salesman pitches are obscene, it’s as if I didn’t need windows and they were trying to convince me. Money in hand literally. Salesmen literally let’s himself in without asking. He wouldn’t even listen to word I said. All he cares about was making sure he was aggressive even though I was ready to buy. I asked for him to measure and quote me he responds with. “I can’t do that” huh. Can’t do that. That’s what you do. Measuring my (expletive**) window and give me a price. No, they want you to sign first and then measure your windows and waste your time. I tell him ok then bye, no let’s reschedule and make sure your wife is here, he forces me to make an appointment instead of allowing me to do on my own, I cancel the appointment 30min after. He personally calls me within 2min, I ignore, calls again, calls again, I answer and he pesters me into why I cancelled. More occurre after this but I’m wasting my breath. Beware, the salesman are annoying as hell. They are in the business of pitching and pestering you into buying a product. Beware. You’ve been warned.

- Production timesThese products, like any construction/renovation project, takes time. The long production times will affect any provider/manufacturer of these specific types of goods. Do not expect this job to be concluded by tomorrow morning. Remember these goods are customized to the current openings of your home or business, not off-a-shelf.Although it took several months, the personnel at New South were attentive and showed willingness and empowerment to get the job done, and keep a customer informed. Note that we were very difficult customers, with no much patience to wait for things. Even in the middle of this pandemic New South did what it had to be done to be ready and delivered fully, went beyond things they really did not signed up for. If you wish to be ready many months before the next hurricane season, close the transaction and order now, so you are protected with plenty time to spare.- InstallersThey really knew what they were doing, did not cause much mess inside the home, installed 9 windows, a mammoth sliding patio door and a front door in less than 2 days, and left early the second day, that is how fast that job was; that is how good that team was. They showed us how they did their job along the way with tips on operation and care. They did not cause any stucco damage outside, nor the frames inside. We got a quote from New South . The sales presentation, while intense, was thorough. We decided to sign the contract for impact windows for the whole house even though we only intended to do the front of the house, except for a small partition above our front door. We requested a quote for that portion, and the cost came in at 5% of the previous contract. This seemed high for such a small window so we decided to cancel the contract.The contract terms to cancel is 3 business days and must be delivered to the sellers office. Upon delivery, the manager was extremely sarcastic and insulting stating that he was about to call us to cancel because we got too good a deal and handed us back our deposit.If he is the sales manager and deals with a potential customer in this manner, I would shudder to think how he would deal with a warranty claim. I have since looked at other reviews and see that there are other potential customers that had similar experiences.My advise is to steer clear of New South Window Solutions.

We had a sales rep come to our house. While we certainly got the impression that we were looking at a quality product we found the entire sales process dissatisfactory. The sales person took almost an hour of our time pitching us the product, then gave us a price he calculated on the spot (on a piece of paper), and then wanted us to buy then and there. Went out to his car for a while and then came back with a lower price (took off the doors)and wanted us to sign, then went out and said he could give us an additional discount if we signed today. We refused and he left. Never received anything in writing for the estimate to review.We informed the sales person that he was the first company we had out, and we wanted to shop around - he didnt like it and said we were basing our decision on price and not quality.The whole process seem antiquated - like a door-to-door vacuum sales person or buying a car in the dealer, but we were in our living room.

Mike is excellent! He spent so much time with me explaining everything. He had a great demonstration on the windows and doors using a heat lamp to show how it keeps the heat out of your house. All windows and doors are Category 5 rated.

The whole team at New South was great. From our sales person, Jim to Chris in install and project management, and Reggie that helps us with some adjustments after the install, they were excellent. Even their division President got involved when I had a technical question about permitting, etc. There was no we cant do that, it was when can we come by to take care of that. Updated us on every aspect of the process. The family that install our windows were superb. Great at explaining the process and even helped us with managing our cats during the install. The windows looked great, cut our energy bill by $100.00 per month, and greatly reduced sound. All at the best price of all 5 other companies we had bid. They even had the windows installed two months early. Their professionalism is unmatched. Dont even bother with other companies, just save yourself trouble and money and use New South!

Too long for installation almost a year and still waiting on a screen for one of my windows, they broken marble that was not replaced.

From the time we started looking for a company that will do the best windows we found that even though other companies were cheaper it does not compare at all with the quality of the New South Window, their warranty is amazing and they have different options to finance the windows, also the fact that they own the factory that makes the windows and doors is a plus, Mike the salesman and the owner Mark were excellent to us as well as their staff, they explained everything to us and the windows were installed 3 weeks before the schedule time frame, which I was so happy about that and surprised too.The installer staff were such nice guys respectful and took care of everything, protecting the furniture leaving everything well as it was before and i was a bit worried because the weather has been bad with raining, but they finish the installation right at the time needed God is so good because I prayed about it and all worked out perfect.I highly recommend New South Window they are the best.Thank you guys for all your help God Bless you All

Their claim of factory direct pricing is total nonsense. They were the most expensive company out of all the estimates I received. I would definitely not recommend them.

The quality of these windows are superior to anything else out there on the impact window market and theyre guaranteed for life. They cost more but youre getting what you paid for. We got the blue shade of glass and l am thrilled with how they look, how quiet my house is (they block outside noises amazingly), how much cooler my house is inside and how much my electric bill went down. If you buy NewSouth windows make sure you specifically demand to have The Family crew to install your windows and doors. They were just amazing. They installed everything expertly with such attention to detail and quality looking precision that there is almost no touch up required. And they left our house nearly as clean as when they walked in after removing and installing 16 windows and 3 sliders. There just arent enough contractors in Florida who take pride in their workmanship like this Family of installers does!! I cant rave about them enough.

I met with Mike Frawley a few weeks back for a set of sliding doors on my townhouse. Honest and informative. I liked what I saw/heard and I Iiked that the Windows are manufactured in Florida. I had to put the renovation on hold for work/personal reasons but Im hoping to move forward in the coming months. If you are wanting to get storm windows you should give them a call and see what they offer. Their office has a lot of props and demonstration pieces to help you visualize everything.

The young men who installed the windows were very efficient also very pleasant. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up very well after the windows were installed. It would have been even better if ALL of the screens fit properly. But, I know that they will be fixed shortly. LOVE THE NEW WINDOWS!!

After many, many years of listening to stories about other peoples nightmare experiences with various types of contractors I was prepared for the worst - endless delays, terrible mess & disruption, unresponsive/unaccountable project managers. NewSouth Window Solutions on all points exceeded any expectations I could have had. All the delays came from city hall and this company went above and beyond to complete the permit process. On the day of installation they sent a 6 man crew that in 8 hours knocked out and then installed the equivalent of 14 windows in our 3rd floor condo- including a floor to ceiling, wall to wall, Florida room window. They cleaned up thoroughly and were respectful of our home. Everyone in the office was friendly, patient and responsive to any concerns and questions we had. Love our new windows. It was quite a process removing our accordion shutters and windows, so it took three days. We had replaced 16 windows, Pretty big job. Hats off to Felix and his crew, hard workers. We had an issue with one of our sliding doors that needed some extra TLC and Steve came to the rescue. I am a perfectionist and so is he. Now its sliding like a charm.Everyone at New South has been extremely friendly and cooperative from Mariah answering our calls, to Chris and Mark. I called NewSouth yesterday because water was coming in through one of the windows that they installed. I spoke with Lydia who was concerned about my distress and immediately started working on the problem. She called me back within 1/2 hour to tell me that a repair person was on the way.The repair person, Anthony, was phenomenal! He also focused on my concerns and after inspecting the window, taking it apart etc.., he explained what was happening and why. He too was wonderful.It is so rare to have this kind of experience. After interviewing several window/door companies, my husband chose New South Window Solutions. He liked their product better than the others he spoke with even if they were not the least expensive. Their team of installers are a family who work together like clockwork. Each one knows what he needs to do. In about 5 hours, they replaced all the windows and doors in our 1000 sf condo. I just had my windows installed last week. Installers were very nice and neat. Windows are nice and good quality however after waiting more than 5 months I received deffective windows that wont stay opened .I now have to wait a few more weeks to get them fixed.

We just completed having New South Windows put impact windows and doors around our house. Im so very happy with our windows, I cannot express this enough.Sales: Mark came by to show us samples of the windows and discuss all the options available. It was like speaking with an old friend. He was not pushy at all, and even came back to the house to confirm a few things. He also suggested different financing methods to use that I hadnt even thought of.Waiting: All the windows are made to order so I didnt expect this to be completed start to finish in a short amount of time. I actually had to call the office back as I was expecting to put down additional money than my initial deposit before the windows were installed, but was informed not to worry about it. From initial signing of the contract to installation was about 4 months. Again... I was expecting this, Im just putting this hear so that youll have a baseline if you decide to go impact.Installation: Whoa... Let me tell you I am still in shock at how quickly the installation team was able to get our windows installed. There were like 3 teams working all around the house. They manged to install 9 windows, a sliding glass door, and a front entry way door by lunch time. And after they left, other than the new windows, there was nothing to indicate that they were there at all. Im still blown away.Aftermath: During the installation, we turned off the AC. No sense in letting it run while they were working. Once the doors were on, we turned it back on. The temperature dropped from 83 to 79 in like 5 minutes. The house is so quiet now the clocks are annoying me.Conclusion: If you are looking to get impact windows. I would definitely recommend going with New South Windows. They are professional from start to finish. Im in no way affiliated with New South Windows, nor was I asked to give this review. Im just literally still awestruck that I felt that I needed to.

I have found that from the time I purchased the windows, including the salesman that called upon me, that everything has been just like I was told it would be. On time with scheduling to install the windows to the inspections by the city after installation. All New South Window employees have been courteous, and always cleaned up after themselves.

I am very happy and pleased with New South windows. When I was looking and quoting impact windows I was hesitant at first. New South was offering the best deal for me even though they are alittle bit more then previous quotes. It took almost two months to get windows in which in my opinion is good because of apporaching hurricane season and business demand.Once windows were in, the installation team was here within two days and installed windows and a front door. Felix and his crew were outstanding, professional and very funny. They did a awesome job!Ever since windows have been installed it is cooler in the house, the outside noise has been very minimal to none depending on what is going on outside, have a sense of security and cosmetically looks good. I cannot wait to see electric bill.Overall my experience with New South Windows was a very pleasant one. I am very satisfied and happy.

CAVEAT EMPTOR- PROCEED WITH CAUTION- FALS E ADVERTISING !Their commercials imply deep discount by cutting out the middle men, they promise you can save up to 40% percent when you buy directly. It’s all a lie or a SCAM, whatever you would prefer to call it. Their price were a lot more than the HOME DEPOT & LOWES retail quote that I have received.I never received a 40% savings, ie like their commercial promised. I will be filling a complaint with the Florida’s attorney general for misleading/false advertising/bait and switch. SCAM ALERT- I will be filling a complaint with the states AG.Also, they won’t tell you their prices just for their windows, everything is with labor. If their windows are far superior then why not just sell the window to the public without the expensive install.

Surprised to see some good reviews but here is ours: we got all new windows and doors installed, used our savings for it. It was supposed to be a top grade product and service and all went well untill everything was installed. Mis-measurements (ok, can happen) wrong entry door (should not have happened, we had a few calls with Riccardo the sales person to confirm the door we needed). Energy efficient windows. A JOKE!!! These windows are as energy efficiënt as an open window! The installment...well... We had an entire family for one day to install everything. These guys rushed it, left a big mess and a service guy from South Windows had to come back three times to fix the issues (he atmitted they screwed up and it wasn’t the first time...) The details of the windows are very poor (bad craftmanship) and i have been fixing a few errors myself. Should you condider this company, think again but I would advice you to look elsewhere.This didn’t look like a single incident to me so should you consider new windows, I suggest you do your research on other contractors/ suppliers. Good luck.

El personal que esta compañía contrata son muy altaneros y agresivos, ofendiéndome a mi q soy mujer y tratando de agredir a mi esposo. Solo con el simple echo de aver llamado a su supervisor o encargado en la cual nos quejábamos del mala instalación que estaban haciendo. Al momento de decirle q dejaran todo como estaba y q por favor se retiraran de mi casa ellos me mandaron a callar y me dijeron q no se iban hasta terminar. Uno de ellos con actitud agresiva parecía q me iba a ir a golpes yo siendo mujer y estando en mi casa. Además q el vidrio de la ventana era de impacto y me l colocaron rota y me lastimaron el marco de la ventana por q la golpearon con martillo q no era de goma. A mi esposo siendo una persona de la tercera edad estos muchachos también trataron de agredirlo. Pero terminaron yéndose cuando mi esposo los amenazo con llamar la policía. No recomiendo para nada esta compañía. Y de ser #1 no tienen nada.
