I came to the garage for a second opinion after being referred by a friend. I told the mechanic (Bubba) very little about the issue with my SUV, and didn’t share the diagnosis that I’d gotten from another business. In short order, I had a correct diagnosis. The owner/mgr (Daniel) quoted a Very Competitive and reasonable cost, and I was able to be on my way within a couple hours. Another repair required a dealer part, so I had to return a couple days later. Since the problem had been explained to me I was reassured that I wouldn’t damage my vehicle by driving until the part came in.The pricing, plus respectful and patient interaction with folk at this business means that this will be my first and only future repair & maintenance call.

More than one time to find the owner Drunk in the shop....be careful and watch out..

I am in the military and was traveling to my new station when my truck laid down on me on a Sunday and these guys did everything they could to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They were very helpful for being a Sunday. Its hard to find people who care in these times. If you are in the little rock area and need work done I recommend this company.

I am from TX and had car issues on a Sat coming through Little Rock. There are very few shops in this area open on Saturdays. (For whatever reason). I called AAA who towed me to this facility after I went online to find a local shop. I was apprehensive because most shops would take advantage of the fact that it was an emergency that I get back on the road and over charge me. This shop was AMAZING! My repair was done in no time. I had to buy a new part but the cost was reasonable. Before he let me go, Bubba checked all my fluids and made sure I was road ready before I got back out there. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Daniel, Bubba, and Tommy and I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone. I will also be calling AAA to make sure they add S&F to their prospective lists of repair shops in this area as they were only able to provide the names of big commercial companies like pep boys who were only able to do general things like check brakes or change oil, which was totally useless to me as I needed someone to do an actual repair. Thanks a bunch fellas!

They towed my car away very quickly and called within a hour to tell me what was wrong and had it done within a few hours. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had to get my car towed on a saturday. Near closing time, they waited for it to arrive, had it fixed by monday. Great communication, professional service. I had no issues with them which has not been my experience with taking my volvo to other shops in the area.

Was on my way back home to TN when my car started messing up. They had it fixed in a few hours & was back on the road!

On my recent trip home over Thanksgiving, during a 9 hour drive, my car was making a loud noise that I could only ignore by turning up the radio. Once I arrived, I had a friend check it out, only to tell me it sounded like a wheel baring.I took it to the shop he recommended, where they confirmed it and commented how lucky I was that my wheel didn’t give out on the road. Despite the holiday, they were quick to order the part and got my car in the same day.The communication was great from start to finish. I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it.When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn’t experienced in a while, since I’d apparently gotten used to the howl. They’d checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender.I can’t comment on the waiting room, etc., as I didn’t stay, but I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Little Rock/NLR area to call S&F for honest, affordable car repair and maintenance!

Ok so I’m from out of town and I my car was giving me some issues and my warranty doesn’t work in other states. So I brought it here to get looked at and he did it for free! He checked it and told me what was wrong in like five minutes and then assured me that I’ll be good on my trip and told me what I need to get done once I get home. When I asked him what do I owe him he said “a smile”. The customer service alone is out standing!

I don’t ever worry that he is going to tell me I need a repair that I don’t need, or that he is going to misdiagnose any issue that my car needs addressed. He always provides prompt service and call-backs, and I know he is always going to do what he said he is going to do. Also, his pricing is more that reasonable!
