Being in Little Rock on vacation and staying at a hostel near a park that get a lot of foot traffic, my car was broken into one night. These guys were able to find a window for me in a pinch and get it installed in the same day. Cannot recommend enough! Cheaper than dealing with the insurance deductible and quicker than the dealership would have been able to order the glass. Cannot recommend enough!

Had the windshield replaced on my 1996 Subaru Legacy outback. Was very pleased with the staff that work the desks and how nice and welcoming they were. Job took less time than the 2 hours they quoted and the glass/trim was installed perfectly. Will absolutely recommend and utilize their service in the future if I need windshield service.

Awesome customer service, I had to reschedule a couple times due to my job being demanding and they had no problem moving me around. When day of installation came and I gave my insurance info they didn’t have my vehicle’s windshield in stock at 10 am but could have it there at 2pm . Dropped my truck back off then and they were done by 4pm. Installation was flawless and they even reattached my dash cam to new windshield!! IWould recommend to anyone.

I was super impressed with everything about them. My Jeep Commander needed a new windshield, so I called on Wednesday, made an appointment for Saturday at 9 AM, and was told it would take about an hour. They also quoted me a price that beat the competitors by $80! So, just to make sure, as its a good drive for me, I called to confirm my appointment on Friday and was told I was still good for Saturday. I showed up about 15 minutes early and was told they were running behind, so I thought Oh great, Ill be here forever. They pulled my vehicle in to start replacing my windshield at about 9:13 and had my vehicle back up front at 9:56. I couldnt believe it; in less than 45 minutes! Even with all of the other customers coming in as I was waiting, they continued to run a smooth, well-oiled machine.The job was clean, my headliner was spotless, and there was no marring or scratching of the paint. I feel that they took as much care of my vehicle as I would. I will definitely be back for any of my auto glass needs! Bravo, gentleman!

I called and made an appointment a few days before today, and I was worried they weren’t going to have my windshield in time, but I got there and took care of me in no time!

Kevin was so helpful when I needed a last minute windshield replacement after my insurance company wouldn’t cover it. He went out of his way to order the correct windshield and have it delivered the same day and got me in the next morning. My windshield was replaced in 45 minutes and I saved $300 by going through Discount Auto Glass instead of paying a $500 deductible through my insurance company. Thank you!

Well I liked the service, however when u tell me it takes 2 hours to replace and recalibrate a windshield, it should only be 2 hours, not 3

Went to Safelite auto glass in Little Rock, Arkansas. they first told me i needed to replace the windshield for a a small crack. Safelite said they could attempt to fix it, but would probably crack the windshield. Took my 2018 BMW X5 to Discount Auto Glass. repaired my window in 10 minutes for half the price as Safelite. Great place. I will recommend.

I called Discount Auto Glass for a quote, they beat the other guys by nearly 100 dollars! Additionally, Brittney went the extra mile to call the car manufacturer to check on my rain sensor. She let me know they could come to my house the same afternoon and install my new windshield. It came with a one year warranty on the install and against defects in the glass. The installer was on time, professional, and fast. He took the time to clean up my dash and new windshield after the installation was completed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use this company for your new automotive windshield.

I called and made an appointment and they told me it would take about 2 hours to replace my windshield then recalibrate my cars cruise control systems that are embedded in the windshield. I showed up on time and they took it back and finished in an hour and a half. The windshield looked brand new as did the headliner and everything else around the windshield.

I will never use your company ... this morning when driving to work, one of your employees driving a company vehicle, not only honked at me for not letting him merge (he was driving like a bully) he then flew an inappropriate gesture. I can understand the frustration but the gesture was completely uncalled for! When signs say your lane ends, you merge right not try to bully your way in by passing on the left. You just dont do that when driving a company vehicle. You are representing the company and on stage at all times! This happened on I-30 between Bryant and Alexander on the access road.

Was warned it would be a 2 day chore, some vehicles, like my baby dinosaur chevy van, have a history that way... so i get home, after 2 hours, the same day, into chores get a call that windshield installed, van ready to roll... paid by phone, hurried back, got into my baby dinosaur and went thumpety (i like to pretend im on top and shes a real baby dinosaur) thumpety thumpety down the road... fast, sweet, and low cost!
