I love going to Wigs & Beauty Plus. They have a very nice selection of hair,braids,twist, and wigs. Theyve got just about whatever type and color hair you want. Ive never had a bad experience there and the ladies are always nice.

Most definitely don’t RECOMMEND this place I went there 2 days ago to buy some hair and it wasn’t the right kind so I took everything I bought back. My total was 54.33 and I had given her a $100 bill and she gave me 20 dollars as change. I knew my change was wrong as I proceeded to walk out of the door I turned back around and told her once again I will return everything just give me my money back and she refused. This establishment should be shut down !

There sign says that they close at 8pm! I came all the way from out of town just for them to lock the door in my face at 7pm!!

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU REQUIRE DIGNITY AND RESPECT WHILE SHOPPING!!!! ....I was asked multiple to put the wave cream I had in my hand on counter after asking the lady at the register where I could find the male brushes. she told me and then frantically insistited that I put the cream on the counter before I looked at the brushes. i said no thank multiple times but she kept insisting with her hand out i then told here i was not planning to steal the cream if thats what shes worried about. Yet and still she insisted on me leaving the cream at the register before I went to look for a brush. I place the cream on the counter and walked out the store. that is poor customer service and absolutely ridiculous I never did anything that would give her reason to believe I would have stole her merchandise. As I sit on the parking lot in my vehicle I see multiple patrons feeding this place revenue and I can rest to assure they are receiving the same customer service experience. please dont accept that as a normality for how you should be treated while spending your hard earned money thats my rant for today.....

They are always nice but they actually didnt have the color hair I wanted in the pony tail bang

I have been to many wigs shops and could not get over the huge selection. The customer service was great too.The lady gave her honest opinion and helped me select the perfect wig for me. She told me how to care for it and what to do and not to do. I will definitely be back!

Very attentive customer service but I did not appreciate the lady following me around the whole store. I dont know if they have had problems w/ theft but I dont appreciate it. I will not be back.

An absolutely terrible experience. We took my legally blind 82 year old grandmother to shop for a wig and got lied to several times regarding whether it was synthetic or human hair. She then began to make up prices on a few that my grandmother liked that did not have price tags; as you guessed they were $200 plus every time they did not have the price tag and $89 or $129 when they did. Very immoral and unethical business practices.

I went here to buy a couple of turbans and wig supplies and was attacked by 2 women that spoke very little English, they were pulling me in different directions hollering what wig you want, short wig, long wig what wig you want I tried to explain to them that I was needing supplies and I had an issue with my wig it was riding up in the back and one of the women is saying I adjust I adjust and she almost yanked the wig off my head I was so embarrassed because I had just shaved my head due to health reasons, A girl named Jamie appeared from behind some racks and came to my rescue I think she saw I was in distress She was so nice and helpful I tried on several wigs and actually bought one from her but once the wig was paid for the other 2 women who I assume were the owners came over while Jamie was cutting the lace front for me and said you done now have to go have new customer, well I was not thru and when Jamie got thru cutting the lace I tried it on again and left I will never go here again, I would love to have Jamies help but not in this store very rude and unprofessional owners. I bought my first wig at VIP in Maumelle they lady was so nice but it is a long way for me to drive but I will either ho back to VIP or find another wig shop for future supplies.

I took my grandmother here to buy a wig and was so relieved to have such a nice women to help us she explained how to care for the wig, wash it and even gave us a brush, hairspray and 10% off we will be back...Im really surprised by all of the negative reviews.

The woman running the place was rude and inconsiderate. I left biting my tongue, but wanting to scream. Will never step foot in there again.
