Purchased our beds on 9/6/21. Jacob made our shopping experience great! No pressure, took his time answering our questions and helping us decide on which mattress would work the best for us. Can’t wait for ours to deliver!!

Our sales consultant, Drew, was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the products and was eager to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured in any way. When we didnt decide right then, he graciously gave us time and space to think about it. In the interim, he called and updated us on new specials/deals, which eventually convinced us that this purchase would be best for us! We made the purchase soon thereafter and are anxiously awaiting our new bed!!

Our sales person seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous.We actually laid on 2 of the beds but the one we bought was not on display with an adjustable base. We will have to wait about 4 weeks to try it out. Were looking forward to it.

The store itself has been very well designed to allow you to lay down on the beds and listen to the sales persons explanation of each type of bed and what it offers, then you can make a decision as to which mattress you would like to purchase. The sales lady was very knowledgeable, but strictly business. This was my second Sleep Number purchase, since I had had another one since 2006, so I knew I was going to buy one and I knew the majority of the attributes I wanted before I went into the store. I think if you dont know, it is best to just listen and then ask the questions at the end of the presentation and then decide. I am looking forward to having my new luxurious bed and pillows!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our recent experience at the NLR Sleep Number store. Jacob was wonderful and somehow managed to juggle three sets of customers at the same time by himself. Very impressive! He answered all of our questions and somehow even managed to make shopping for a new mattress fun! We went two other places before visiting the Sleep Number store and there was no comparison. If you’re thinking about investing in a new mattress save yourself some time and go see Jacob first. His knowledge of the products and friendly helpful attitude will not disappoint!

We arrived at the showroom late in the evening and received outstanding service. Our sleep number representative was helpful and allowed us time to evaluate and make a decision. She stayed 30 minutes past closing to give us time to make our decision.

Friendly staff, but then Im sure they get paid commission, so why wouldnt they be. We bought one. Well see how it goes.
