My daughter and I were out shopping for jewelry for her engagement photos. We had gone to several places in the mall. Some welcomed us from a distance, some showed us a few pieces of jewelry but when we described what we were looking for, they said they didn’t have it and sat down. Then we saw Robert Irwin Jewelers and said let’s try that. We were losing hope and we were running short on time since everything was closing soon. These people welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. We told them and right away there was the bracelet. Shortly after asking my daughter what kind of earrings she wore they had the earring that matched her engagement ring. We couldn’t find the necklace and thought our luck ran out but they had her describe it again and they pulled out this huge book flipped to a page and my daughter screamed, ‘that’s it that’s the one’. They had this at another store location out of state. They said they can have it in store by Wednesday and they did. The people in this store not only managed to pull off a miracle, they treated us like family and we could relax around them. The stress just melted away. I can’t thank them enough. I went into this store after being devastated by Zales and my wedding ring. The ladies at Robert Irwin seen how upset I was and immediately began to ask me what I was looking for and wanted to know what happened and how they could make my experience better. Chris personally went through each bridal case to help me find something to fit my needs. She helped me pick the perfect ring. She was so patient and kind during the process knowing I was heartbroken when I walked in. The store manager also talked me through procedures of sizing and care and any repairs I’d ever need. They took all their time and focused on me and made a heartbreaking day into an amazing day. I’m extremely pleased with my whole experience today. Thank you to these ladies.

The Store Manager, Nicole was very accommodating. She took her time to make sure all my needs where met. For the most part, these days customer service has proven to be a thing of the past. However, todays service proved me wrong. We do have people who care about their customers. I give Nicole a 5 star. In my review, I gave it a four star because of the storage of stock.

What a hidden gem of a business! This is the place to go. Unique, quality, gorgeous jewelry and a staff that wants to help and wants to know you. They never once made us feel like we were just another number to them. A good chunk of business practices is not really selling your product but selling yourself. These people had me sold with the amount of time and care they took for me to look around and find what I wanted. They entertained my kids while my husbsnd and I looked around and the experience was just so amazing. And their prices? We traded in a set for a new set. They disposed of my old set before the new set came in (ordered in yellow gold and my size). I was not told this was a special order and non returnable. There was delay after delay. By the time it finally arrived, I did not care for it at all. By this time, my original set was already disposed of so I couldn’t get it back. Now I’m stuck and regretting it terribly.

My significant other gave me a not so expensive Bulova watch for Christmas 2 years ago, it means the world to me because she gave it to me.. The battery died last month. Could not find a jeweler who was willing to change the battery, some said it was the watch design, others simply said NO.. i, at my partners advice, stopped by Robert Irwin Jewelers and they immediately said YES, we can and will. There immediately was an issue getting the back off, and I was again expecting another failed attempt at repair. Not so, My watch was sent off to a specialist who resolved the issues, replaced the battery, sent it back like new. The watch has a special place in my life because it was given to me, The Customer Service provided by Robert Irwin Jewelers means a lot as well because we rarely find that type of over the top Customer Service effort anywhere anymore.
