Good helpful information and supplies for our remodeling. Jack was a huge help. And Mr Pack is always there with his little buddy Scooter. We enjoy going here, there are so many things to browse through and get new ideas for updating our place.

Called Odus Packs to price some 2x4s and the rude gentleman on the phone told me the price 3 times as I was trying to as the length. He then proceeded to hang up the phone and while doing so he used the Lords name in vane. I called back and told the gentleman that was not acceptable and ask to speak with the manager. He tells me he his the manager and hangs up. After the Odus him self calls me and I tell him that is not the way to speak of our Lord and how you treat or talk to customers. And his response was the guy was having a bad day and that was it. I will never in my life step foot in a place that treat customers and speaks of MY GOD that away.

Very pleased with my cabinets and the customer service. They have Lowes and Home Depot beat with prices and especially customer service. They even help you load and tie down your items unlike Lowes or Home Depot where you cant get any help with anything especially to help you load heavy items. Visit Pack next time you need lumber and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Their kitchen cabinets are all WOOD and no junk. Much cheaper also.
