Great service. Followed up after installation when I had questions

These guys are the best! I run three small business in parts of town that aren’t always the safest so security cameras and alarm systems are essential for me to be successful. The technicians are always professional, the materials are always top of the line without the added cost! They always exceed expectations and I can’t thank them enough, I wish I could rank them 10/10 stars.

We recently decided to go with these guys for a system for our office and warehouse space. In my first call I was greeted by humans and got a meeting rather quickly with the owner, Ryan to discuss our needs. He was very thorough in all information provided I and didnt feel pressured. The team who did the installation was very friendly and knowledgable and communicated very well every step along the way. After we had a successful installation, Ryan came by again to make sure everything was working well and we all understood how the system worked.I honestly had intended to get multiple quotes, but after having such a great meeting and ease of communication with this company and making one call to ADT where I couldnt get a human on the phone I decided to spare myself and go with the company I could get a hold of and hold accountable, rather than just another number in a system. I am very glad I did as the system is awesome (such a great business investment!), Im supporting another local business, and I actually feel secure that I can call for help whenever needed. Thank you so much guys!!

Ryan has always been great for us. They actually do the security at my business for the last 5 years and he’s done 2 of my houses. Everything has been as described and if I’ve ever had an issue he’s jumped on it and got it sorted right away. I called Extreme Security Services on a Saturday and Ryan took the call, and based on my scenario, he provided a solution that not only met my needs, but exceeded them. He talked me through the security camera system he proposed, and I booked a date for installation which just took a few days for ordering, travel and arrival.The installation was flawless, and the crew worked on-sight to ensure every aspect of the system was explained and demonstrated the multiple uses, and features.I am incredibly impressed with the response, the professionalism and the more than reasonable pricing.I recommend them highly,Bryan

We recently switched our alarm service to Extreme Security Services. Ryan was responsive to email and calls and answered all of our questions about converting the existing system. He made the transition easy and did not try to sell extra equipment or give us a sales pitch. He simply wanted to provide the service we asked for. The technician that came to set everything up was professional and we are pleased with the company.

WOW... MY Family and I are more than pleased with this company. The Installation went smooth, they guys worked great together in the record heat we were experiencing. I was more than happy when they were done. We got the extra bells and whistles with this system and the price was more than competitive and it went GREAT. They did a Takeover of the old system which was originally ADT, and vivint was the current system when we purchased this house. They added us 4 Cameras, and a doorbell sensor. When someone rings to doorbell we get a text and I can pull up that camera and see who it is and what was left. WE can arm the alarm from our cell phones, I get a text when my kids come in from school, and we also have the thermostat with it, which we can operate from our phone. All 4 camera we can pull up from our phones and see in real time, we can back up and save footage to send to police if we need to. WE did not have to commit to a 5 year or 6 year contract, and the monthly fees are exactly what we paid for a much less comparable system. You cannot beat Extreme Home Security Service.... Now they wont be coming door to door so dont wait of them to come by, you will have to call them for them to come out and assess your property and quote you, but I promise you will not be sorry. Fred was great and very honest and now days that is hard to find.
