The wait time was a little long. But once the employees came to assist the process went smooth. Érica W was training a new employee. She demonstrated great leadership and knowledge. She was very informative with us and found ways to help us save money. We have been with ATT for countless years, and we cant complain. We have always had exceptional service. Michael Sullivan was so kind tonight. I needed to get a SIM card for my son’s iPad. The store was closed already. Google said they closed at 9, but they really closed at 8. He so kindly let me in and understood how important it was for me to get my son’s iPad working. Best customer service ever!!!! There are not too many places or people out there that would go above and beyond like this anymore! Well worth the drive from Maumelle to North Little Rock! Will do it again!

Let me begin by saying I have been with AT&T since it was Southwestern Bell. I began my service at the Lakewood location. I have never received the level of poor customer service in all my many many years of being a customer. I have never been so embarrassed or appalled for a business as a consumer.My husband and I went in a week ago to upgrade some phones. Not realizing they were closing within a couple of hours, we were met with relatively no customers and a handful of employees that did not seem eager to assist. While we felt somewhat put off we understood and said we would be back. We went back Saturday, allowing for ample time to assist our needs. They were quite busy so we put our name on the list and waited the approximate hour they said it would be. Our introduction to the young lady that was to assist us started out poorly. She seemed more interested in fussing about her job to her coworker, in front of us, than assisting us. When she finally got it together to help us she basically acted like doing her job was not was she was intending to do. As I said we were there to upgrade some phones, 1 being an iPhone. Since I have had an iPhone they have always been able to transfer my data from one to the other. She basically told me I needed to buy extra cloud space, go home and back up my phone to the cloud and then come back. All while raising her voice and trying to talk over me as I would try to explain this has always been a service provided me. Another lady appeared, I assume, in an attempt to diffuse the situation. As I was trying to explain to her the reason for our trip to the store the young lady, again, talked over me as if I couldn’t explain what I needed. I literally had to ask that she be removed from the table we were at. The 2nd lady basically told us the same thing about buying more cloud space and going home. Fine, okay maybe this is what AT&T teaches their employees to say? Funny thing though, the young man from the previous week said he didn’t have enough time to transfer my data since they would be closing in less than 2 hours. At this point I just felt like we were not going to be assisted, simply asked where another AT&T main location was and left. We ended up going to the AT&T on Chenal at the Promenade, purchased 2 new iPhones with accessories and guess what happened?? That young lady did her job. She was pleasant, she explained everything to us, attempted to transfer my data (I have a lot of pics) and succeeded. She may have had to spend a bit of time with us, it may have been very annoying or could have cost her the commission on the next customer that walked in. But for every minute we were there she treated us with respect and never acted like we were a burden to her.AT&T y’all worry with some dumb and petty things, obviously customer service at your retail locations is not one of them. The manager of that location should be very embarrassed and if not, there lies the problem.Young people please understand this is your job. This is what you get paid to do. If you are not happy with your job please don’t be an embarrassment for the company you work for. Please don’t stick around and treat people with nasty and disrespectful behavior. Asked for help with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was told att could do nothing for me. Said I would have to call apple for help. Att would not help me. Apple did. Att support is terrible.

This store has provided me with the best experience since moving to Little Rock, AR. My sales Consultant Dave E. On two occasions, has gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best customer service. Recently I upgraded from a Note 8 to an iPhone 11 and wanted to make sure my IMO discount would be applied. Dave spent more than 45 minutes to research the necessary documentation to make sure I would receive my discount. His Manager also was very accommodating and patient with me. This in my field is called a 5 star visit. Dave is truly good at what he does and extremely patient. This will be the only location I frequent to take care of my AT&T errands. Thank you Dave!
I ordered accessories online for curbside pickup on Thursday, November 5, 2020. I waited in the area for an hour and a half but had to leave for a prior engagement. I got the notice to pick up my order about halfway home. I came back to pick it up on Friday, November 6 a few minutes before 8. I had checked online as the email said for current hours. Open til 9 - what it said. I checked in. No one came out - there were 2 other cars sitting beside and behind me at the time. I waited until about 10 after 8 when I moved over one parking spot to see the hours on the front door - closes at 8. There were people inside. When some came outside, I told them I was there for curbside pickup. The lady told me they were closed. I said that the website says 9 pm. She said they had put in an order months ago to have that changed. She also said that they had not gotten notice that someone was there for pickup by 8. I could come back “first thing in the morning and they’d probably bring it right out.” I’m not happy with this service. I have medical reasons for needing curbside and drove here from several miles away expecting the store to be open. Please correct the website or be open until the advertised time. It would also be good for the notice of check in to go straight to the proper folks. I am frustrated. I understand the lady was ready to go home, but she wasn’t overly helpful nor was she pleasant.Thank you for listening to me.
All the managers are wonderful. Except the time before one employee asked if I needed help. I told her that I need to see manager I had to pay my bill 😒and she treated me like a criminal!!! I will be filing a complaint against ATT with the Attorney Generals Office over this billing issue. Ive been a client of ATT for 20 yrs and its an error on your side..not mine about my bill.. you refuse to help.

I was there for 3 hours!!!!! And still did not get what I came for. A very simple thing. Getting off my parents plan into my own and purchasing a phone. 3 hours and they weren’t able to get it done. Unreal. When it was time for them to get close to closing the person helping said I would have to come back tomorrow. Unreal! So disappointed in the service. The guy obviously just wanted to leave.
When walking up to the door an employee opened and held it for us to enter. He then immediately took care of us and got the right person for our specific need. The wait was not that long, we were in and out. I would recommend that anyone adding a phone to a pre-existing plan double check their bill. They tried to charge me for my previous single line plan plus an added multishare plan. I caught it before we left and the lady was very apologetic. Overall, great experience.

My grandmother came in around 8 and the store closes at 9. Why did the staff have such a terrible and dismissive attitude when it came to assisting her as if they were about to close and she would have to leave. A female employee gave her a help number and basically brushed her off. She was ignored and that is not what she pays for. Ill definitely be there the next trip, dont even worry.

I can’t begin to describe all the effort that Shannita Lewis has put in to correcting issues for me. I have had to make 4 trips to the ATT store to have her correct them. She has always greeted me with a smile under her mask and gotten to work. Most of my issues originated with porting over 4 phones from two Verizon accounts. The majority of issues were with the phones not porting over correctly which required a Verizon supervisor’s assistance. Ms. Lewis is the type of employee that every company desires.
Thanks to Michael, Kendal and Jason I got excellent service. They were able to correct a mistake Sams Club made and get me the correct phone on the spot. After receiving the run around for a week from the Att contractors at Sams, I went to the Att store and they immediately corrected someone elses mistake and poor service. Thank you!

This AT&T is the best by a long shot, I bought a I phone 11 pro last week from Jon for my wife and I bought a I phone 11 pro max today from Dray. Two different people two great experiences, I never feel forced to buy anything and my questions are always answered. This will be my main store from now on!and I bought a I pad from here also from Dray a few months ago and service was exceptional that day too. I hope the owner/manager notices his hard work and ability to drive costumers back! MVP FOR DRAY!!!
I have had a major problem with my wireless account for 4 days. On the phone each day for hours to no avail. Came to the Lakewood Village Store in North Little Rock, AR. The two geniuss in the store (Rep. Christian & Manager Gary) would not leave (after closing hours) until my problem was resolved. Thank You Thank You Thank You !!!

This location is so inconsistent. I’ve had a few good experiences there but most of the time I leave frustrated. I want to use this location because it is nearby but I have to remind myself not to expect too much. Tonight the store was clearly understaffed. It appeared there were 3 people to work the entire store and one of them left about 5 minutes after I arrived. That left 2 people to work the store. One of those appeared to be tied up with a customer. The other employee then was left to stand at the front door and take names of people arriving who needed help. When I arrived I told the employee ( the one who left 5 minutes later) I had a question about a possible upgrade. I just wanted a question answered. It probably would not have taken more than 2 to 3 minutes for that employee at the door to answer my question. However I was told someone would be with me. There were 4 people in front of me. I soon realized there was basically one employee actually providing customer service and the others waiting in front of me were clearly frustrated as well. It then became apparent I could be waiting an hour or more to have a single question answered. So, I left. How hard would it have been for the employee who checked me in to tell me they were short staffed and that there were 4 people in front of me so I might be waiting for a while? That would have been basic “good customer service”. In general my experience has been most of the employees at this location are lacking in the area of customer service. If you have to go to this store be prepared for a long wait and don’t expect too much from the staff.

I do not think that she would have been able to help me the Where are you she did if she did not care about the customers. The sales person I had was very rude and condescending throughout the entire time I dealt with her. I left with an upgraded phone, but I also left very aggravated that I had to deal with such rudeness. Do they not realize that without customers they have no job? Oh, wait! Did I mention that she angrily told me they shouldn’t even be open to the public and that they should only be offering curbside service.Ahhhhh ... there it is. Went there to trade in my note 8 for the note 20 ultra. I pre-ordered the phone, at least I thought I did. When the phone was released on August 21st, it never showed up...August 22nd, no phone. I called the store and was told I needed to call 611, I called 611 and was told I needed to call the store, I called back to the store and was told I had to come in to discuss my issue. I drove 50 miles (one way) only to find the guy NEVER ORDERED the phone. I will never use this location again and encourage others not to as well!!
