I started working with CustomXM on a large order of custom promo items in January of this year and now they are my go to guys! Custom XM is terrific to work with! I am with a small non-profit and we work with them for digital marketing services- website upkeep, emails, social media and other digital marketing, and graphic design. They are extremely responsive and proactive when it comes to helping us market ourselves online. Michael is also a very talented graphic artist- they are really a one-stop shop for design, print, and marketing work! Would highly recommend.

Customer Service to me is very important. If Im given good customer service, I will stay a loyal customer. CustomXM does all of our letterhead, business cards, envelopes and file jackets. They also do our mailing labels. We work on a rotating basis. I will place an order and they deliver half to me and keep the other half as my stock. When I call for the stock to be delivered, they automatically put in another order. I really think they have great people and thats great because its family owned business. Im all for helping out the family owned and small businesses. But they are high-tech. Dont let family owned or small business mislead you. They do a great job for our law firm here in downtown Little Rock, AR . Thanks a bunch to all of you!
