The people we dealt with at the office were all very pleasant and professional. The only problem was trying to get in contact with anyone. The automated phone system almost always led to a voicemail, some of which were not set up. Communication of install times was lacking causing a weeks delay when the outside contracted installers did not show up. I was even referred to an email address when I attempted to pay my invoice by phone.The inhouse installers were excellent! Rodney, John, and Matt worked constantly and purposefully. They knew what they were doing and did an exemplary job. Polite and courteous, they answered all of our questions and had no problem with us watching the interesting process. They also kept the work areas cleaned up as they went. Very organized and precise.We purchased the fiberglass Impervia windows. They are gorgeous! Black both inside and out, they really pop and look modern and fresh. Time will tell if they are as durable as advertised but right now we are pleased.

The two young men that installed our door were Matt and Rodney. They were very professional and their workmanship was exemplary! They did a great job installing the windows. They were prompt. I was concerned, I had to leave my house in 3 hours and they would not be completed. They assured me they would be complete on the inside and they followed through with what they said.They did a great job taking my blinds and window treatments down and also put them back. I was really impressed when Nick took my decorative plates off the wall to be extra careful not to bump them when bringing in the new windows. The icing on the cake was not only did he take the plates off the wall he took the time to put them back on the wall. Garry and Bill came to adjust some hinges on some older doors for me. They were so kind and helpful. They adjusted my doorhandles and showed me how to keep the area around my door seals draining properly as well (not sure if I am explaining that correctly). They patiently answered all of my questions. I feel better prepared to take care of my doors - and that is above and beyond in my opinion. We had all of our windows replaced (18 windows in a 41 year old home). Our 4 installers (Nicolas, Devin, Jeremy and Sam) were professional, polite, efficient, and very hard working! Picture window with failed seal was replaced under warranty. Pella representatives, from the person who answered my initial call to the technicians (Garry, James, Rodney and John) who performed the replacement were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Refreshing to have a company stand behind their product and do exactly what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.

Had our Pella storm door installed by Justin originally and he and Kayla came later to install the glass panel. Justin was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything and assured us if we had any problem to immediately let him know. Excellent service from this young man.

After 18 months I noticed some clouding between the windows. I called for service and scheduled a convenient time. Garry showed up on time (even a little ahead of time, which I was pleased about) and showed me that the glass on the sliding doors opens on a hinge so I can clean the inside of the glass. Simple fix. I love my Pella sliders. They match my existing windows perfectly and give a much more updated look than the old non-Pella patio doors. Garry was so courteous and instructional on how to do this maintenance with a very tiny screwdriver.

Lauren was very helpful and courteous when we called to ask about our broken mini blind cord that broke. We dropped the blind off at the office and Gary repaired it or us for our designer window. He delivered it to our house and brought James with him. They were kind enough to install the blind for us. They did it much faster than we could have done. They were very courteous and we would highly recommend all of them.

Justin and Rodney were very professional with our front door and storm door installations. They showed up on time and cleaned up as they went. They also went over how to change the storm door from a screen to the full glass. I was very impressed with both of them.However, I was disappointed with the notification that our doors were in stock. We were told it would take about 8 weeks to manufacture our doors. After 9 weeks, and not hearing anything from Pella, I called our salesman and left him a voice message. I heard nothing back from the salesman. I then called Pella and was told the doors had arrived and were in stock and that I would be contacted within the next few days to set up installation. After waiting another week and hearing nothing, I had to call Pella again to ask about installation and only then was the installation set for the next week on Tuesday. Then Pella called and had to bump me to the next day due to another clients emergency.

Matt and Justin replaced our broken window. They were in and out in 10 minutes. Matt showed me how to open the windows so I could clean them. Matt and Justin were nice and efficient.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional work done by Garry. Answered all my questions and had quick and good solutions to my issues with the doors.

We had some streaking occurring on inside panes between the 2 glasses where the blinds are. Technician Garry Lewis came out and removed windows, and then we cleaned them. He recommended to not use ammonia type products on the windows. He is an excellent friendly service technician.

I was not pleased with the installation scheduling or the person responsible, Katherine. I was pleased with the actual installation and the crew, Matt and Evan. They came today and were pleasant, on time, professional, and did an excellent job. I appreciated their work. They wore their masks and were very polite. I like my storm door very much.The Installation scheduling was not a positive experience. I waited and waited and installation was never scheduled until i called. Then, it was scheduled and no one came or called. I called twice and she did not return my calls. I finally called Patrick and he had her call me back. I sat all day calling and waiting, leaving messages. She finally called after i talked to Patrick and explained she had over scheduled the crew that day. she apologized and we rescheduled for the next day. The lack of communication was an issue and definitely a negative experience. Matt and Evan also apologized for the scheduling issue even though it was their responsibility.

The salesman (Michael) did a great job of providing the information and specifications for our replacement picture window. The installation crew (Rodney and Bill) did an excellent job. They took their time and did the job right. When they left the work area was spotless.

Our house was built in 1987 and we love our Pella doors and Windows Product. Our Pella Windows its the old version of Pella product but still in great conditions. Recently, our Pella Windows Blinds came apart and I contacted Pella corporation for services. Lucky, I kept the windows blinds for services. As you know Pella is upgrading their products. I would like to share my appreciation and I am very thankful for Mr. Garry Lewis. He have been with company for 37 years and he was telling me that he is the only guy in the area that knows how to fix old Pella Products. Mr. Lewis is great Services Tech guy and he did a phenomenal job and make everything look so easy. I wish I recorded him because he was very professional, polite, and spent at least 3 hours making sure our blinds was working properly. He is great guy.

Pella just finished replacing all of the first floor windows in our 53 year old house. We couldnt be more pleased. We had all our windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced last week. We are wondering why we didnt do this sooner. Your sales consultant, Patrick, was very thorough in explaining the product and procedure. And the installers, Rodney, James, Matt, Justin, and Bill did a wonderful job. The installation and sales team are awesome!! This time we installed new windows, we already have Pella doors . They helped us choose the best and when it got here they installed everything fast and clean. James, Matt, Bill, Justin and Rodney all did an amazing job and were VERY polite. Just had windows installed in our home had spoken to Jack owner of Acords Home Center in Eureaka Springs which he hooked us up with Dan Lewis of Pella Windows! Jack has been great to Work with and Dan has been awesome to deal with and great on providing pricing and follow up as the project moved forward! After Jack and Dan helped us pick the windows and start our process Dan then brought in our installer Daniel to take our final measurements.Daniel has been great to deal with and his team has done a great job with the installation and always cleaning up at every step of the way!! Really makes it nice when folks like Daniel and his team take pride not only in their work but also your home and keeping things picked up and clean!!Our install ran into a Saturday Daniel and his team hit here and never slowed down! Right off they knew they would be short on trim to finish a window Dan was called and he made the drive to pickup what was needed and no time was lost on the install!! I bought windows 2nd hand and was looking for two more to go with what I had. I called Pella because that was the brand I had already. They put me in touch with sales person NEIL GRAY he was very helpful and fast to respond to any of my questions. We bought two new windows from Neil and then got all new screens for our 2nd hand Pella windows. One screen was damaged in shipping and again no questions asked Neil responded without hesitation with I have you another one on the way. Wow awesome guy and amazing to deal with. I will always send everyone I know to Neil for any window or door needs. Ps they are pricey but as the old adage goes!!!! You get what you pay for!!!! And I can tell you it’s first class all the way!!!!!!! Thanks again Neil great to have people still in sales that are honest and hard working to go above and beyond to take care of a customer.

Our windows and doors are beautiful and work smoothly! Garry Lewis has been a great service tech both times I have interacted with him! He takes his time and makes sure he has taken care of your problem or answered any questions. He is very knowledgeable!
