Customer service skills are lacking. Called to get a quote and asked if it were possible to get one over the phone was told no because they didnt know what I wanted. So I rephrased my question and said I was going to let you know what I wanted on it but just wanted to see if a quote was available over the phone and again in a snappy tone told NO, because I dont know what you want on it. This was all after a hesitated greeting in response my initial Hello, how are you doing greeting. As a business owner myself I know the value of great customer service the key to such is LISTENING and ASSISTING the best way possible. Greatly disappointed! First impressions are everything!!

Very Professional and helpful. My shirts came out better than expected. I placed a double order my second time around.

I went to get my niece’s name embroidered on her diaper bag and was not familiar with all they offered. I began asking questions regarding their services (i.e. if they outlined in different colors, the different fonts they offered, what type of colors did they have, etc.) and the lady “assisting” me, for whatever reason, got really irritated with me asking her questions. When asked to look at different fonts she blatantly told me “I don’t have time for this. You’ll have to go somewhere else.” The lady there is VERY rude, hostile, and unprofessional. This is not how any business should be ran. I’m extremely disappointed.
